They have an extensive regimen of methods including dry needling that help solve your issues. Seth is amazing and the best in the business. Everyone is kind and professional. Elaina was so knowledgeable and I had huge improvements with both issues I came to her for. All the staff is super helpful and great to work with. It is such an inviting environment and I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. You can tell in just a few moments of spending time in the room that they treat each person as an individual. They listen and really care about getting to the root of the issue. I am actually sad it won’t be a part of my week now. They will be my first call if I need anything in the future. I have and will continue to recommended them to everyone!!

Experiencia fantástica: Was referred here after I started having worse than normal shoulder pain. I can tell you now today on my discharge day that my shoulders feel better than before. Whitney Decker worked with me explaining each exercise and even what muscle it was working. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for Vertigo and Katie helped me feel so much better. I had a swollen ankle at the time and asked Katie to look at it for me she agreed . She gave me some exercises and 6 visits later my ankle is healed no pain and the swelling is gone . Katie was very personable, explained all my exercises to me and was a great listener as I tried to describe my ankle was squeaky . I loved my care here and would definitely go back .

My back pain is much improved. Wish I had gone here sooner! Everyone is so helpful and very friendly. I feel like one of the family there. Especially Whitney! She has been with me there entire time. Experiencia fantástica: Elena and her team were very knowledgeable, professional and fun. Elena is very adept at the spa bed with her stretching and massage work. She diagnoses and communicates very well. After significant shoulder surgery they worked hard to get my range of motion and muscles back. Helpful with the handouts too. I have been to about 5 other clinics but this was the best one of all. Very satisfied.

Experiencia fantástica: We're do I start!!! Well as you come in the door, you are greeted by the two most beautiful young ladies,, name Christie and Caurly; I think that's how you spell her name. They are warm and friendly. When you leave, they tell you to have a good day/evening and see you the next time. Now as you go through door you have the MOST COURTESY Therapist's working there, they speak to you. Now I had the pleasure to work with Seth Jolly. He was the most patient guy to work with. Well my story is I got those darned SHINGLES. I had a bad case, were they had blisters on the palm of my left hand, were, I couldn't open my hand.. I had SERVE NERVE PAIN. I just knew I wasn't going to be able to use my hand. The nerve pain was so bad. I hated coming for I didn't see where the therapy was helping. I cried the first wk. I had one of your Therapist from one of your other office. This was before I start working with Seth. Well the young lady called Alana over to check me out. She reassured me I would get better. Now. I didn't know she was the HEAD/Boss until I start working with Seth and his helper Rob who also was great. Seth kept telling me I would get better and Rob would tell me just TRUST Seth for he was a good Therapist and knew what he was doing.I still didn't believe him. He (Seth) would tell me, I'm not just telling you this, I know you are going to get better just believe. Then he would say, I'm not on commission, I get a SALARY. Then I would tell him what ever. Long story short, this is the BEST PLACE I have ever been to for THERAPY. Now I've had 3 Back Surgeries, shoulder replacement, ACL tear, 2 knee Surgeries. Again out of all my physical therapy I have had, this is the BEST PLACE. Why I say so, you can feel the WARM FUZZIES in there. They couldn't have a BETTER BOSS LADY to work for. I watched how she compliments them. I also watched how she watch over the whole therapy room making sure her Therapist's were on Point assisting their clients. I thought that was wonderful, that way no one could say her Therapist's weren't doing what they suppose to do..I say That's good. They all get along with one another joking, laughing and Teasing each other, even my girls at the front desk and quiet Katie, she was the quiet one of the bunch. But when I look over at her, I would catch her SMILING. I told everyone that I knew that may need therapy to go PT RESULTS. They a Good group of people. I'm sad because, I don't see MY PEOPLE that's what I called them. I grew to LOVE ❤ them and I really miss MY PEOPLE. All I know, if I didn't have my disability, I would apply for a job there. I would love to work with them, they're PEOPLE PERSON and so am I. I just wanted you all to know what a GREAT STAFF you got in Alaina and her group. You will be glad and relieved you chose this location if you find yourself in need of physical therapy. Not only will you get the thorough and comprehensive top-notch PT you need but you will be greeted by the amazing front desk tag team of Carley and Kristi as well. The exceptional team of physical therapists here including but not limited to Elena, Katie and Seth are very intentional and a constant source of warm words of encouragement that always seem to help you through your session and humor that usually sends a contagious laugh throughout the room. I worked with Elena for quite some time as I had multiple areas of concern over the past year. I can't say enough about my experience in working with Elena. As her and I worked through my physical struggles, she was always listening and made me feel like she heard everything I was able to communicate as well as those times when I couldn't articulate exactly what I was experiencing. Dealing with multiple areas over a long period of time can and has taken a toll on me mentally. Elena was very empathetic and showed compassion to my struggles while keeping sessions goal oriented and focused on my overall progress. Elena's desire to genuinely help along with making me feel heard and seen goes miles beyond the typical cold medical experience that is so unfortunately common. Elena and her team do just about everything and then some to make you feel a part of their family and what seems to be an amazing place to work. Thank you to the whole team! Y'all are incredible!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to RESULTS PhysioTherapy for about 2 months. The treatment program of exercises there and at home has been so very beneficial to me. I am much stronger and have much less pain when walking and doing everyday tasks than I had when I began my therapy. I have worked with 3 outstanding and caring therapists who have responded to my changing needs and condition as Ive gone through my treatment. I highly recommend RESULTS. I am very pleased with my progress and the improvement Ive made. Im thankful they were here to help me to feel and function better!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been treated by Elena Black at the Blankenbaker location for multiple injuries over the course of 2+ years. I have been to other physical therapy clinic's but no other clinic even closely compares to Results Physiotherapy. Elena treated me with the utmost care, compassio, and ultimately results. The treatment I received was no less than exceptional for my physical injuries as well as just the treatment by all of the staff. This includes all other PTs, assistants, and receptionists Carly, one of the ladies that greets you when you come into the clinic, made me feel welcome every single visit. She ensured that my visits were scheduled ahead of time and worked to ensure that I was able to schedule according to my best times. I honestly can't rave enough about this clinic. And every single staff member in this clinic I know by name and they know me by name, that I believe is because they genuinely care. This was abundantly evident every visit. I personally feel that genuine care goes a long way to help in healing. If ever I need physical therapy again in the future, Results Physiotherapy will always be my choice. I also recommend them any time I can.

Experiencia positiva: I would like to clarify my star rating. I give this office six stars. The staff are knowledgeable, patient and care about their clients. Appointments were easy to schedule. There were some issues with billing but this has been rectified. I would come here for physical therapy if needed in the future.

Although I worked with several therapists, I was mainly with Seth. I can’t say enough positive things about his professionalism and willingness to listen to my concerns. I was an occupational therapist before I retired so I know a little about therapy and I think Results stands above all the other therapy companies. I have gone to Results in different states where I lived and their excellance is across locations. Currently my therapist is Katie Wilson at Blankenbaker location. She is excellent at evaluating and finding the problem...then treating it. At Results they give you hands-on/manual therapy as well as exercises. They also educate you about your condition. All the support staff are great too. I highly recommend Results and am always telling friends to go there.

My husband and I have been about 4-5 times over the years and we have always found them to be professional, friendly and effective at helping us heal & recover. I pulled a hip muscle in June. It was minor injury but not getting better after 2 weeks. I was so glad I didn’t need a referral to make an appointment. Katie & Robert were great! I appreciate how they fully evaluate how you walk, stand, & move to get to the heart of the issue. Plus - you may go in about back pain but the problem is actually coming from your hip. An orthopedic Dr I saw for similar issue said “allow 6 more weeks for it to heal & take pain meds.” With PT you can get exercises to provide some relief & build muscle strength to support injured area!

Morgan helped me so much and my lower back pain is gone! Everyone else is super friendly and caring. They will do their best and will switch things up if it isn’t working to help get you better. I've been getting treatments with Lauren Knaeble at the Brownsboro location and I continue to be amazed by how much she is helping me. Throughout my career as a personal injury litigation paralegal I have known this provider to be excellent with my past clients and that is why I chose them. Also, their records are very thorough and that really helps when it's time to settle an injury claim. Overall, if you want pain relief this is the place to go.

The one in Shelbyville is as good and was more convenient for me to schedule appointment as I had to go by to get to Louisville. Every thing was top notch here as in Louisville. The treatments were not only geared to the specific location of the issues at hand but also to the upstream and downstream locations indirectly impacted by the primary issues.
