My daughter struggled with chronic headache and migraine disorder for 2+ years and traditional medicine could not find answers or successfully control her condition. She started receiving acupuncture treatments and began an herbal regiment that has kept her from having any migraines and only a handful of headaches for 6 weeks. After 2+ years of daily headaches and weekly migraines, she is happy and healthy and we can't thank the Sundara team enough. Excited to see what further nutritional guidance with Cody will do for her overall health long-term!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a patient of Sadie Hollis.Sadie is the absolute sweetest person on the planet. She is always so welcoming. She listens to me babble on and on about all of my problems and never seems to be annoyed. She has done so much to help me and so great with her patients. We laugh and carry on and I can tell her anything. She never passes judgment and is such a kind person. I could go on and on about how wonderful she is. I work in Germantown and live in Millington, yet I do not mind coming there weekly because of Sadie. The difference she has made for me and continues to make is unbelievable. I had lost all hope in ever being "normal" after having a child, but she has given me hope again.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Sundara looking for a Primary Care Provider. I was referred by my daughter to Jessica Culver. I am 66 years old and had a heart attack 2 months ago. I was experiencing some health issues that I had never had before and needed someone other than my cardiologist to listen to me and address the concerns I had. Jessica was a perfect fit. Not only did she listen to me, she acknowledged what I was feeling was real, she provided medical help where warranted. I knew when I left her office that she was who I wanted to take of my primary needs. Everyone from the moment you walk in the door is welcoming and all have the spirit of service. The physical office is warm and inviting. I highly recommend Jessica Culver and Sundara Wellness Center.

They work so hard to make sure you feel so comfortable. All of my pelvic floor problems have disappeared and I’m so grateful. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I have seen Candace for acupuncture, Jessica for bloodwork, and Lucy for massage. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Amy Moses & her team are amazing. Literally, life changing experience from working with the pelvic floor therapists at Sundara. I was referred for therapy after endometriosis surgery, & with the help of the surgery & pelvic floor PT & their therapeutic exercise program, I conceived naturally after 4 months. I worked with other PTs at Sundara during pregnancy to relieve sciatica & went back to Amy postpartum. I had a traumatic birth & was holding lots of pain from that experience. Amy & her team helped me to feel safe & healthy again; learning from my body & how to properly rehabilitate. All of the staff are kind & thoughtful & make sure to make a momma feel comfortable there with baby in tow. The facility is beautiful & I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experiences at Sundara.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to 10+ doctors in Memphis before landing at Sundara, and all of my precious doctors were incredibly dismissive and awful. I came to Sundara and was met with practitioners that actually listened to me and validated my experiences. I've had Jessica Culver, Candace Billings, and Susan Rook all on my "team" supporting me and helping me figure out what was going on without any judgement and all of these women have made sure to support me in the ways my brain and body need which meant the world to me. I recommend Sundara to everyone I can because of how well I have been treated there, how collaborative the practitioners are and how they are able to provide care that is trauma and ED informed. I have been seeing Jessica about once a month since August and I absolutely love her and she has been the reason I have been able to feel better. Everyone is super informed and helpful and I cannot recommend it enough!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been searching for literally over a decade for the type of experience and knowledge that Jessica Culver brings as a nurse practitioner. Within just a few minutes of meeting her I knew this was a good fit. I have used several types of therapists at Sundara and have always been impressed with this center. When I heard they have added a nurse practitioner I decided to give it a try. First of all, the atmosphere of Sundara is not like your typical doctor's office yet you receive all of the benefits just with a healing, relaxed feel. I was not rushed, felt heard and was surprised at the amount of stuff that was accomplished in one visit, which would have taken three to four visits at a standard doctor's office. Every one of my issues was heard and addressed. She spent real time with me and was easy to reach if I had any questions. You can feel how much she cares. She is very professional but still has an amazing personality and sense of humor that shines through... which was refreshing! I have seen her a few times now and each time is the same. I can't say enough about her, highly highly recommend you see Jessica!!

She was so life-changing that I tell all my girl friends that they need to go see her, and this is especially true if they want to get pregnant, are pregnant, or are post-partum. She saved me from a life time of painful sexual intercourse (and the resultant UTIs, yeast infections, etc.), and she also helped my second labor and birth be soooo much easier and faster than my first. Please go visit her at Sundara!

Experiencia fantástica: Postpartum pelvic floor physical therapy at Sundara has been life changing for me. After the birth of my daughter I was having a lot of back pain and working with Amy Moses helped me to heal and strengthen my body -- I feel better than I did before I was pregnant. The space so relaxing and everyone there is so kind -- Sundara is a very special place!

Experiencia positiva: I really loved the physiology therapist. She was thorough, very helpful in explaining what happens when and what to do to overcome the issues. I just went for one session and after following the exercises that were taught to me, I was in a good place and didn’t have the need to go further. So I called and cancelled all my appointments. They were courteous and professional on phone and as well as in person. I have given 3 because my experience with their billing. The day I went they asked me to pay 90% of the amount stating my insurance covers only 10%. I didn’t care about that and I did pay what they asked me to pay. After two months, I was looking at my insurance claims and saw that my insurance paid them 80% and I had to pay just the 20% of the amount. I understand that they may have got a late reply from insurance and that’s the confusion. But, after they claimed it, they had 45 days to return only money back and they didn’t. I had to call them and ask them why there is no refund. The lady I spoke to said she will talk to the owner and will send me an email once refund is initiated and it takes up to 3 weeks. It has been two days, I haven’t seen an email or a call. So I have rated 0 for my insurance billing experience and 5 for actual therapist. So overall, I am rating them 3 for that reason only.

Experiencia fantástica: Candace is the best! All my family loves her. And she is an integral part of our health and well being. She has a beautiful facility that is a spa like setting and makes you feel peaceful. And Candace is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. With her help, I have gotten relief from several health issues and am no longer on any medication for those. My overall health had improved greatly.

It is hands down the most relaxing “office” ever!!! I feel so cared for when I am there. And shout out to physical therapist Amy Moses, the therapy I receive is way more than physical!!
