Experiencia fantástica: I am a post covid patient after 31 days bed ridden. I did 2 weeks of PT and occupational therapy at Encompass. I started Results March 14. I could only breathe enough to sit up and down. I was using a Rolalator to get around. May 26 my last day at results, I am able to do sprints and burpees!! I can get around without using my oxygen all the time.

Until I started physical therapy a few weeks ago, my foot was in severe pain and very difficult to walk. With the excellent help of Lauren Moran, and the rest of the team, I am able to return to my rocksteady boxing classes.

Experiencia fantástica: To be honest, I don't even know where to begin with this review. The short of it: if you are in pain, please please please go to Results in Cordova. Like, my review won't even be able to begin to touch how grateful I am to Lauren and the rest of the team at Results Physiotherapy. The long: I have struggled with migraines most of my adult life. For a while, I had found a solution that was working. Then, about 8-10 months ago, I began getting debilitating headaches again, out of the blue. These headaches would begin shortly after I started my day and would get progressively worse until the end of the day. They lasted for sometimes a week or more, sometimes only a few days, and I’d only have a ‘break’ from these headaches for maybe a day/day and a half. OTC medications didn’t even make a dent. I work at an endocrinologist, so I started my journey for a solution there, hoping to rule out diabetes/thyroid/sugar issues as the cause. There were no causes found there. No high blood pressure. No issues with my blood work. Next stop was a neurologist, who diagnosed me with occipital neuralgia. My main goal with this diagnosis was to find a long term, manageable solution that would keep me away from prescription pain medications. I was sent to a pain specialist and to Lauren at Results. Lauren dug in from day one, starting me off with stretches at home and various exercises, stretches, and manual therapy in office. She was encouraging and educational, very willing to answer any and all questions I had. She was hands on, working me through all sorts of different types of therapy to help the tension in my neck and my occipital nerves (I have no idea if I am getting the terminology right haha). I worked my butt off at home in hopes of avoiding nerve blocks with the pain doctor. She, seemingly effortlessly, found trigger points, tense muscles, etc and always managed to get them to loosen up before I left for the day. She listened to whatever pain issues I expressed experiencing and made sure that she addressed them while I was there. I always left feeling infinitely better than when I arrived. About 3 weeks / 6 sessions in, it’s like my body ‘clicked’. I never considered myself to have chronic pain until I woke up the morning after a session with no pain at all…not a single stitch of pain in my entire body…for the first time in months. I had been living with a pain throughout my body that I didn’t even recognize that I had until it was gone. From the first day of therapy, I went from 5-6 days a week having headaches, to a day or so less each week of therapy, until the day I woke up with no pain at all. It’s been nearly 2.5 weeks now and I haven’t had a chronic / occipital neuralgia headache since that day. I have had a couple of normal person headaches in that time, but that is it. I spend my days at work actually able to focus on my work rather than trying to get my headache to ease up. When I tell you I cried the day I woke up with no pain and that I cried the day they discharged me, I mean I cry cried. I can’t express sufficiently how grateful I am for Lauren and the team at Results…I don’t know that I ever will be able to say thank you the way I feel that thanks. All I can say is that she / they have changed my life. Like, 100% altered the course of my physical health for the rest of my life. Sure, I had to pay a copay each session, but I couldn’t put a dollar amount on what this has been worth to me. If you’re in pain, GO THERE. If you are suffering from headaches / chronic headaches / migraines, GO THERE. If you listen to them, put in the time at home, and ask questions when you have them, the strides you can make in your overall wellness is invaluable. If you’ve made it this far in this review, I figure you’re serious about your care…so go there. I cannot stress enough how worthwhile it is. LAUREN, seriously, thank you. Thank you so so so much.

The facility was clean. They work with your schedule. It seemed like all the therapist were great. Seeing them work with other patients.

Experiencia fantástica: George and John were really nice. John helped me with my pain for the 3 weeks that I was there. I walked in with pain at a 10 because it was a constant bother and by the end of my first week my pain was at like a 6 because it would come and go randomly. And by the end of my 3rd week my pain was gone. And even after I was discharged they gave me exercises I could take home to do that would help if the pain came back and said if the pain came I was always welcome to come back.

Personally I am very thankful for the progress they helped me achieve. They made sure I was informed and comfortable with both my pain management and physical progress. Everyone was kind and courteous from the first visit to the last. I would (and have ) recommended friends and family to go see them.

They stand by their mission to pair physiotherapy and exercise. (See their website.) The tools my therapist has added to my toolbox are invaluable to daily life. Physical therapy is vital and daily for survivors of all challenges in my opinion. Results Physiotherapy will help you reach your goals plus gain some independence. In addition, it's nice to know, I can call them for an appointment with or without a doctor's referral. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They're especially motivating at just the right time. It was a nice experience for me.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an Excellent experience. After a Complete Shoulder Replacement, I attended 25 PT Sessions with Results Physiotherapy at the Cordova location. They are wonderful! Very professional and knowledgeable. Very attentive to my individual needs and concerns. Provided one on one personal attention throughout each PT Session, and gradually guided me through each physical exercise to ensure my safety, comfort level, and help me achieve the maximum results, while performing each exercise properly. Constructed specific programs of treatment to meet my overall goal of recuperation, and also to meet my evolving personal issues/concerns with my mobility, during that time.
