Experiencia fantástica: My primary care sent me to Pelvic floor, I have hip and back pain for a few years now and I have come to realize it is what it is and I got to keep working on it Huge shout out the Laci Howell, the care these ladies provide is very therapeutic and helpful despite my pains and aches. The office is always clean and welcoming, never rushed and always engaged in what the patience pain level and comfort levels are. Reception is very accommodating and helps work around last minute changes to the schedule and very understanding. Thank you. It's a blessing to be able to come to physical therapy with this office. Laci is a very respectful and professional lady and I can't say enough about how much she has helped me work through my pain. Definitely have made a new friend. I recommend anyone to go here who is suffering from any pelvic floor injury, pain, concerns etc. You won't regret it! Tricare covers this my military friends

She took total interest in my problems, the horrific pain I have been thru with surgery and permanent nerve damage and treated me with kindness and compassion. She talked me through every step of the way with the breathing, exercises and therapy. I will need future surgery and therapy and will make sure to reach back out to Results Physiotherapy for my needs and especially make sure Ms. Bishop will be helping me through the process.

She listens to your needs and concerns and initiates a plan that works for you and your body. She is kind and respectful and so fun to work with. My experience with her has been wonderful - my body is in such a healthier place after working worth her!

Experiencia fantástica: I spent 4 years with hip and lower back pain before finally getting to work with someone who figured out real solutions for my body (post 2 kids). Aakriti is so incredibly good at what she does, she is magic. After multiple MRIs, hip specialists, various physical therapists, pilates, chiropractors, I had almost resigned to the fact I would feel pain for the rest of my life. Aakriti changed all that for me, and was instrumental in giving me relief from my pain as well as strengthening exercises specifically tailored to my limits. She is kind, knowledgeable, and has the best attitude and never gave up on me. I now have all the tools I need to continue to improve on my own and get back to normal physical activity. I can’t say enough good things about her!

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Lacie Howell for just a few weeks on strengthening my pelvic floor muscles which were inadvertently causing me extreme low back and pelvic pain. In just four weeks, my pain has been ELIMINATED!! This visits were such a true blessing and she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She is a great PT but also a friend, and I’m so grateful for her help!! It has changed my life.

Experiencia positiva: The facility is very clean, the staff very friendly, however they discuss you health in the open room where physical therapy takes place which I did not appreciate. No one wants to discuss their bladder control in a room full of people surrounded on all sides by other patients. Additionally, they allow patients to bring babies, like children two and under, into the physical common therapy space. As a parent, I can understand a sitter canceling here and there but I do not believe this was the case because there was the same parent and child combos habitually. I completely understand if a sitter isn't within the means of the parent, however, if that is the case, then I believe the pair should be given one of the private rooms to accommodate the family, and other patients. Another issue I had with the clinic was the constant over-booking and double scheduling. I can recall over three times in six weeks being called to change an appointment or cancel due to conflicting appointments with a therapist. Lastly, I do not believe the therapist should just declare that a patient no longer needs to attend therapy, without first discussing the matter with the patient. Honestly, therapy is a commitment between the provider and the patient, how can their mission statement be "we believe that people should not have to live with pain," yet the therapists is the one making the decision that care is no longer without the patients input? How is the therapist having the patients situation if the patients goals and expectations were not taken into consideration, met, or weighed?

Experiencia fantástica: If you need help, these girls are amazing and so nice. You won't find a better place. I drive a 300 mile round trip to see them. They really understand pelvic pain and I can't express with words how thankful I am for them.

Because no one really talks about pelvic floor pain, I was very nervous and embarrassed during my first visit... But from the very start, my PT Aakriti was informative, empowering, and kind, and has made SUCH an improvement in my pelvic floor pain through various exercises and stretches. She is seriously just a joy to work with, and the whole team is so welcoming and kind. I HIGHLY recommend Aakriti and Results PT to anyone considering pelvic floor therapy!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Results, nor about my therapist, Jesse Rapp. I visited the Pelvic Health clinic after the birth of my first child, at the recommendation of several friends. After attending PT for only a few weeks, I could see a huge difference in my core strength and after 2 months, I felt like my strength had returned completely. I only wish that more OB's would insist that their postpartum patients see a Pelvic Health Specialist as a standard of care.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Results Physiotherapy two months postpartum after my second child, and now, only a handful of weeks later, I feel right as rain! I seriously haven't felt this comfortable in my own skin in years. No weird hip pain twinges. No more 87-trips-a-night to the bathroom. No more so-weak-core-that-I-break-a-sweat-lifting-my-toddler. The change is remarkable! I actually enjoy working out now! Not only that, Jesse (who I saw for every appointment), is extremely thorough and empathetic. When certain exercises/motions were uncomfortable, she immediately had me try something new. She crafted a plan just for me, and I am so grateful to have had her as my doctor. As an added bonus, on top of being kind, Jesse is exceptionally witty. I'd go as far as to say Hilarious. Obviously, when you're having pelvic floor treatment, it's a vulnerable sort of thing. I typically handle that with humor (erring on the self-deprecating and irreverent). Without missing a beat, Jessie joined in my joking. Within just one appointment, I felt more like I was going to go see a buddy than to a doctor. I heard her interact with other patients as she swapped between us. It was almost like the customized aspects of her personality to better suit the emotional needs of her patients, just as she customized plans for our physical plans. For some people, she was especially sweet and kind. Others, she was no-nonsense. For me, she allowed herself to laugh and tease. Jesse responds to her patients' physical and emotional, which is truly remarkable. It's a mark of true empathy and kindness. The world needs more of her. As grateful as I am to be in tip-top shape, I miss my biweekly appointments. 10/10.

I also saw Akriti (spelling?) while pregnant when she was a student, and is now working as a therapist and is very sweet and a great therapist. This clinic is doing an excellent following COVID safety precautions.

Every clinic I have been to - Specialty, East Nashville, Downtown - have all created top notch experiences. The at-home concierge service is also excellent — Brandon came to my home and to my office to accommodate me during this pandemic and he delivered professional yet personal care. I have worked most with Brandon and Jessie (at Specialty). Brandon is such a gifted and creative PT, and Jessie is extremely kind and thorough. I can’t recommend Results enough — very grateful!

It was incredibly helpful to strengthen my pelvic floor, and also back/shoulder issues from carrying and feeding. I was able to bring my daughter to all the appointments, which made it extremely convenient. The therapists were so great and helpful!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely recommend Results Physiotherapy. Savannah was very helpful in finding a time that worked best for me, which was difficult because of my schedule. Liz, Kirstin, and Kayla thoroughly explained my exercises, showed me the proper way to perform them, and corrected me when I had bad form. I never had to wait for an appointment, and I enjoyed being around everyone during each visit, which isn't something I've been able to say about anything medical-related.
