The folks in OT and P T were outstanding and went above and beyond to help me develop strength and have skills to take home. The nursing staff was outstanding, especially Jim and Mary the wound care

Experiencia fantástica: I recently spent two weeks at Vanderbilt Stallworths Rehabilitation Hospital. This was the second time in seven years that I was in VSRH. There was a huge difference in the cleanliness, and professionalism this time. I was also treated with more respect. I got so much stronger in just a few days! I highly recommend the team I had, Mitchum ( PT), Annie Kate ( OT), The Drs., nurses, care providers and dieticians. All of the staff that I met were friendly and made me feel comfortable even in the most sensitive situations. I highly recommend VSRH.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at Stallworth on 3 different occasions in 2018, 2021 and 2022. Each time I had a wonderful experience. The doctors, nurses, therapist all gave me excellent care. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know and I have. Top notch place to be a patient at.

Experiencia fantástica: Just left this place the OT Mary and PT Bella were absolutely amazing. The biggest drawback was their supervisor who felt more like a boss than a healthcare provider. Terrible bedside manner, and I was not receptive to her way of working and all she seem to care about was getting billable hours in!

Experiencia fantástica: I was there in January 2006, I had a massive stroke, I had to stay about 4 months, they took very good care of me, the staff was great and very understanding w/ my needs, all I know is I’m very lucky that I got to go there, I was so lost and scared trying to remember everything I had lost, my walking, talking everything, now I can walk(w/ a walker) and can talk, thank you for everything!! I don’t know if Kristie(speech therapist) is still there but she was great!!!! Robin Porter

Experiencia fantástica: They most definitely care about their patients and getting them back well! My father has been there for a week and they have worked with him in therapy 3+ hours, 5 days a week to get his leg/hip back to how it was before. I wish we would’ve brung him here instead of Nashville center of Rehabilitation and healing, that place is horrible! Stallworth thank you all so much!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't walk when I arrived and within one week I was up and walking without aid devices. The physical therapy techs were outstanding in their knowledge and safety. The food could have been better but the facility was clean and staff attentive. I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently stayed at Stallworth for almost two weeks with a broken neck and central spinal cord injury. It was everything a rehab center should be. While everyone has a different personality, to a man all their employees were very kind and had a positive orientation, so important for this type of facility. All the nurses were great, including Angel, Lisa, Gabby and Stacie going the extra mile. The rehab area had a great dynamic and seemed to be very well ran with lots of smiling faces. Even the director of the facility stopped by to say hello. Thank you to everyone for your help! Excelsior ! Shawn

Experiencia fantástica: My husband was blessed to be placed in Stallworth after a 2 week stay and surgery at Vanderbilt, after a severe fall last October. We were from St Louis and were treated like family. The house keeper, cafeteria staff, entrance greeter, maintenance were lovely. The PT and OT were excellent. The nursing staff were good. The discharge social worker compassionate and knowledgeable. There are varying degrees of care in any facility but we found this to be wonderful! Thank you to all we met and sorry I never THANKED you all sooner!

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but praise for the staff and facilities. I was admitted during the current covid-19 crisis and my wife could not be by my side. The staff and Kimberly made it a point to call her keeping updated with my progress recovering from my stroke. The only downside was the food, not that it’s bad but it is hospital food eaten in a bedroom. All would think I’m strange in the brain if I stated it was great as it was.

Experiencia fantástica: We were here for 3 weeks after my wife had a brain tumor removed. Wished we could have stayed longer but insurance required the discharge. The facility and especially the staff are wonderful. I cant say enough good about them. Very kind and caring and competent. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a very good experience. I went here after a stroke for rehab. The rooms are spacious and very clean and patient friendly. The staff and nurses and rehab trainers are amazing. They listen and help any way they can and listen to your needs and concerns. I was their for a total of 5 days. My mother staid with me in my room for the full time I was there. They provided her a roll out bed to put near mine and also gave he clean sheets daily as well. If she wanted the trainers always asked if she would like to come watch or stay in the room. Each session is about 45 min to an hour. They also allow you to freely go to the court yard which is gorgeous and plenty of squirrels running about and fun to watch. Also the training they do is very practical and stuff you can go home and do as well. I have to say after having a stroke and to be typing this after not even a month after. I am truly blessed, and I think a lot of the help came from them as well. Through there exercises and encouragement from trainers I have almost returned back to normal. I am walking with ankle weights a little over 2 miles a day and have returned to work with out restrictions. Thank You Stallworth!! :D

Experiencia fantástica: This wonderful place saved my life and treated me the utmost kindness anyone could wish for. Especially PT specialist SARA!! & OT specialist Beverly!! I would not be here at home one year after if it wasn't for them. I know I was a handful for them but they never blinked. They just kept being so kind and pushing me. What a difference I am now compared to a year ago. Thanks guys, you're special! .

Experiencia positiva: It was straight. They really worked with me, as far as my walking and standing. I wasn't able to do none of it, but as soon as I left that place I was able to do everything. It was fun also.
