Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been wanting hand therapy for years and years, and I finally got referred for it by my new rheumatologist. The orthopedist I use referred me to Artistic Advantage, and they definitely knew what they were doing. This place is wonderful. The practitioners are phenomenal and caring and I am so excited to finally be getting the help and relief I so desperately need. They really took the time to get to know me and my specific condition and concerns and limitations. And they are giving me the beacon of hope I’ve been searching for.

Experiencia negativa: Small and very intimate location, which I believe explains why their schedule is usually full. My first and only appointment was an evaluation for my wrist. Filling out paperwork, answering questions and the like, then checking hand strength and mobility over one hour later. Then a warm compress, light massage and that was it. No exercises to regain full use of my wrist and hand. Last but not least I was contacted about an opening and drove out only to find out someone made a mistake. Bye bye. No let us comp your next visit, let me give you some techniques to focus on... Not even an "I'm sorry" from their business office. My guess is they don't want or need my business ... Maybe not yours.

Experiencia fantástica: Martha is a wonderfully skilled and experienced hand therapist, and has a unique insight into helping musicians. She is also extraordinarily warm and easy to talk to (and funny)! Martha took the time not only to heal my injuries, but to address all of the anguish that I was going through; she is a true holistic healer. The other therapists in her office who also treated me - Bianca, Anania, Jessie and Kyle - are excellent and I looked forward to our sessions not only because of the relief they brought, but also for the sheer pleasure of being with such wonderful people. The office is beautiful and welcoming which I feel is as important as the people who work there. Needless to say, being a musician one of my biggest fears was returning to active practice and here too Martha guided me step by step to being able to play again without risking another injury. I HIGHLY recommend Artistic Advantage, especially to musicians.

Experiencia fantástica: I had surgery about 3 weeks ago, breaking my distal radius after surgery my Dr. referred me to Artistic Advantage. I had a plate and approx. 8 pins inserted to stabilize my wrist. It was very painful and I was looking forward to starting PT. Honestly, I wasn't sure how long i would be able to make the twice a week trips from Sherman Oaks to Burbank, but after my first visit it is well worth the drive! Their technique and devices are unique and simply astounding. I have been seeing Bianca who was trained by Martha, her attention to detail and knowledge is impressive. They are caring and kind, I highly recommend them. I recently met with Martha and was in awe of how she could "sense" what I needed and eased the pain immediately. Her intuition and expertise is not only comforting but highly effective. They all have a magic touch.
