Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Frank has been exceptionally supportive. I popped my shoulder & injured my ankle running. Dr. Frank has given me exercises to strengthen and I feel I am recovering as a result of these PT visits.

Experiencia fantástica: How good is Integrative Physical Therapy? Not good enough to intentionally reinjure my shoulder just to go back, but close. I worked with Frank, Jim (retired and current firefighters, respectively) and McKenzie. All were extremely knowledgeable, attentive, welcoming, and generally cool. In about five weeks, a partial rotator-cuff tear was fully rehabbed. I've recommended Integrative to close friends and also to a random person I met in line at REI. I give them 10/10. PS: If you've come in with a shoulder injury, and it's been almost fully rehabbed, don't let McKenzie clown you with her ball game. Stay determined; you can win.

I could barely walk due to a torn quadricep in my right leg when I first started at Integrative. Now 3 weeks in, Im doing leg squats. They have clean, modern private rooms for your therapy and the entire staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place for your PT. Frank, great team!

Frank and Mackenzie helped me regain shoulder stabilization without needing surgery and are now helping me with other back problems I’ve had for years. My back/shoulders feel the best they have in 5+ years. Couldn’t recommend more.

Experiencia fantástica: I connected with Integrative Physical Therapy of NYC because of a severe issue with my left wrist to the extent that I had little to no use of my thumb. When I came in for my first visit, Frank told me that it was the worst case he'd ever seen. It took months of work, but I have regained complete use of my thumb and wrist and the pain is entirely gone in that left hand. I have recommended Integrative PT to coworkers and have returned for subsequent issues, as well. The team there is welcoming, kind, down-to-earth, and proficient in their practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I found Integrative Physical Therapy after years of seeking help for the same recurring problems from other places in NYC. Jim Higgins at Integrative was the first person ever to actually identify the issues and explain them to me. He and Frank Ruggiero custom tailored a treatment plan and home exercise program for me. As a result I’m making more progress and feeling better than I have in a long time. And the Integrative staff is super responsive and helpful. This is the only PT place I recommend now. These guys are so good I’ve run out of things to complain about!

Before I came here I was being treated at a couple of other larger PT practices for months which ended up putting me on the crutches after my ACL injury. Frank, Mackenzie and the team helped me get off the crutches to walk again after a month of therapy and I cannot thank them enough. They really listen to you and a create a treatment plan that is tailored to you specifically, not the one-size-fits-all approach that I've experienced elsewhere. He is kind, caring, friendly, understanding and thoroughly knowledgeable of my medical issues and the application of the right type of treatment modalities for my problems. He is very patient- centered in his work discussed with me the plan of care, implementation of treatment modality and evaluates the potential outcomes and progress of the chosen treatment applications. His main priority was to help me get well so I could return back to my normal life totally pain - free of my symptoms. The Center epitomizes a great therapeutic milieu which has varied types of equipment for patients' use in the implementation of whatever modality of treatment is necessary to achieve positive management outcomes. However, I'm pleased to say that after a month of treatment, with the help of Integrative Physical Therapy of NYC, I no longer have any pain from my herniated disk! They quickly came up with a treatment plan personalized to aid my symptoms. They also would adjust my treatment plan based on how much my symptoms were alleviated since our prior session. Experiencia fantástica: I met Frank seven years ago when I came to Integrative Physical Therapy for the first time. He’s helped me recover from more than one episode of back pain due to herniated discs. I also came back to him after two back surgeries with good results. I came back a few months ago after surgery to fix a torn tendon in my arm and once again I have been very happy with his care. This last time I had the opportunity to meet Billy, and like Frank’s his care is second to none. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Physical Therapy. The practice location is very convenient because I work in that area. The office staff is courteous and professional. They send you reminders for your appointments one day in advance and always work with you if you need to reschedule. I have nothing but praise for Frank and his staff and I highly recommend them.

When you provide the diagnosis (X-Rays, MRI's, reports, etc) from your Doctor, he knows exactly what the course of treatment should be taken. Frank did a very thorough examination and assessment, considerably better than my previous PT or orthopedist. Frank explained the various aspects of my condition; used a multi-tiered approach including home exercises; communicated well and answered questions promptly by email; responded to phone calls; and worked with my insurance company. I came to Integrative PT, which is in a very convenient location near Grand Central, and was treated by Frank. I was able to get back into my training plan after only 2 visits and ran the marathon without any issues. Frank used multiple treatment methods and gave me marathon running advice as well. He was always able to fit me in at short notice and I really appreciated the follow up emails and check ins. I highly recommend Frank to anyone with running injuries.
