Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about this place! Dr. Lauren Heinem was so wonderful and kind every time I saw her. She makes you feel like family and you can truly tell she loves her job. I was anxious to do this at first, I had never had to do any type physical therapy in my life until after delivering my son. Dr. Lauren is a mom herself, she gets it and was so knowledgeable about postpartum on a mothers body. She has even written a book on the subject. She came up with a treatment plan and each visit we worked on it. It truly helped and I’m am so grateful for the experience. Thank you Dr. Lauren!

Karrington and Lauren both guided me, with compassion, into confidence that I can regain my pelvic health with just a few daily exercises. I highly recommend Heinen Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Brice is awesome! I was frustrated and overwhelmed with my injury before working with him. He was very professional and understanding throughout our sessions. I was experiencing intense SI joint pain and sciatica that was really affecting my quality of life. Brice helped me get out of pain and design a system to manage my flare ups while also building strength. This was my first experience with PT and it was a great one.

Experiencia fantástica: In general, I have degenerative disc which particularly causes excrutiating pain in my lower back; scoliosis; narrowing in my cervical spine due to arthritis, and have had bilateral knee replacements (whew!). Heinen PT is my "go to" for both rehab and pain management. I am OVER surgeries, pain meds and steroid injections. Heinen PT is a first-class facility with a friendly environment with first class therapists who provide individualized first-class treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good experience with Bruce and his team. I presented with TMJ and severe pain. Upon graduation, the pain is gone and I have instructions for exercises to make sure the pain is eliminated. Kind, instructive and effective. I highly recommend.

Everyone is so special that it makes a person just want to go in and absorb the wonderful, positive energy of the place! Now my husband is going for therapy for dizziness. I’m now doing pelvic floor physical therapy with Lauren and Anna. They are knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to help you with your needs, and make you feel so comfortable. Karrington and Brice have been great with my ankles. I would recommend Heinen Physical Therapy to everyone . All the therapists are kind, and super helpful. Tiffany the receptionist is also the sweetest person ever, it’s just a fantastic place!

I actually really enjoyed my sessions, everyone is very personable and I got so much out of them. You can tell they really, truly care about how you're doing and if you're getting better. His ability to needle and release muscle tension also impressed me tremendously. Overall, awesome place and I'd definitely come back if I have any issues in the future.

Brice and Lauren run the clinic in a patient first way, and they really do care. The team has brought me from not being able to get out of bed due to a bad back, to back to living a normal life. Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Brice for about 4 months because of hip pain. I’m very active and didn’t have pain with movement, but lots of pain while sleeping. Every time I came in he has something different for me to try and do to help the night pain and we got there! Brice has a lot of knowledge, clinical and evidence based, that helps each patient individually achieve their goals. He also has great manual therapy skills and techniques that helped a lot of my persistent pain, between dry needling and different mobs I always walked out of their clinic feeling and moving better.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so lucky to be able to work with the Heinen family. I’m a college gymnast and I tore my achilles at a competition in late February. In just 6 months, I am running, jumping, and am almost back to doing my sport, which is what I love. They are the best physical therapists that I’ve worked with and I would absolutely recommend going to them if you’re seeking to get healthy from and injury. Thank you, guys!

Experiencia fantástica: I had really tender and tight muscle knots in my shoulder blades. After seven sessions with a lot of soft tissue work and strengthening exercises, I have improved beyond my expectations and am confident I am on the track to fully recover. All of my therapists (Anna, Brice, Karrington and Devin) were extremely nice (TY guys!) and I would absolutely reccommend them to anyone in need. If I ever needed physical therapy again I would come back here, no question. Thanks again for everything!

The treatment was so effective I felt improvements after my consukt and progessively better each visit. In one month I was alot to be discharged! Great staff- so knowledgeable and friendly!! Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lauren Heinen was incredible! I started working with her as I was experiencing some pain in my lower abdomen after a C-Section. Over the course of my treatment, I went from not being able to engage my core to being able to brace my core for lifting weights. The postpartum journey is a roller coaster but Heinen PT helped me feel better physically so I can be the best version of myself. If you are looking for a pelvic floor PT, I highly suggest Dr. Heinen. She and her staff (shout out to Karrington and Laura!) gave me exercises that were challenging but fun. I am happy to have ‘graduated’ but I am sad I won’t be seeing them on a weekly basis. Also! They were kind enough to let me bring my infant with me!

I’m doing back to back replacements within two months and they have gotten me to where I fee very comfortable heading into my second. I feel like Norm walking into Cheers! They are all so great! Experiencia fantástica: In the 12 years since my car accident in 2010, I’ve gone to at least ten different physical therapists. Heinen PT is the best place I’ve ever been. Lauren and Brice take your treatment as seriously on the first evaluation as they do after you’ve been coming for months. I’ve never had a relief of symptoms on this level. I originally came for knee pain & they found issues with my low back and treated both things. I felt better more quickly than I ever expected to. I will never go anywhere else!

Devin was instrumental in helping me gain range of motion and strength building exercises to strengthen my very weak core. I will continue using Heinen for any future back problems. Their whole staff is wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Heinen Physical Therapy after a Total Knee replacement. Dr. Devin was wonderful and knowledgeable as I progressed through my rehabilitation. I graduated this week with the same Range of Motion on my surgical knee as my non-surgical. Guaranteed I’ll be back after my next knee surgery!!!!

Having seen the entire staff at some point or another, I can attest that everyone who works at Heinen physical therapy is top notch! The administrative staff has always been extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. Although, I hope I never need to call again. If I do, I know I can count on Heinen physical therapy to treat me great and help me towards my mobility goals! Experiencia fantástica: Having been to a few PTs over the years for various issues, Heinen has been by far the best. Because it is a small, family run practice, I felt welcomed and cared for by the entire staff. Brice worked with me on not just my shoulder issue, but on several other issues that were contributing to a lack of strength and mobility, educating me about everything we were doing along the way. They are fitness focused and super knowledgeable about CrossFit, lifting and other sports and I’d highly recommend them, especially if you are an athlete or trying to get back in the gym.

Working as a nurse and being active in CrossFit, it was really important to me to make sure I was able to get back on my feet quickly. Lauren, as well as all of the other staff members, were always so kind and encouraging. Lauren was attentive, listened to my concerns and made sure I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend Heinen PT for any physical therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a total knee replacement in Oct 2021. I started PT the next week with Devin. He is absolutely amazing. He answered any questions I had and he had me up and walking unassisted by week 4 post-op. I do CrossFit so he really helped me with scaling stuff during our WODs. The staff at Heinen PT always greets you with a smile and is genuinely concerned about each patient. Hands down this PT clinic is the best one I’ve been to.

Within 3 weeks I felt like I was seeing improvement in my range of motion as well as less pain in my hamstrings. Experiencia fantástica: (Richie M)- I had a total hip replacement mid-June at AGE 32 (I know) and was referred to Heinen Physical Therapy. I can't stress enough how great the staff at Heinen is. I had the pleasure of working with Alex three times a week for 6 weeks. He tailored each session to how I was feeling that day. He pushed me while also making sure I didn't over-work the hip. Today, I'm done with PT. I'm walking out feeling very accomplished. I have no pain in the hip and I feel like I have my life back. I'm glad I got the hip replacement. Sarah was most hospitable and welcoming while scheduling appointments and working around my fluctuating work schedule. Alex was thorough in his assessment and treatments, communicating well throughout my visits. The treatments and exercises he prescribed were helpful in relieving pain and strengthening my back and shoulder. The whole staff seemed to work closely together with concern for each patient. The Heinen’s commitment to quality care with 1 on 1 appointments with a DPT is extremely rare. Between Brice, Lauren, and Reine they can provide any kind of Physical therapy that you would need with their expansive, and diverse set of skills that they have acquired in their profession. Each one of them cares very genuinely for their patients and has a unique and effective set of tools to get each patient better with an individualized plan. From your collegiate athlete to your 90+ year old I would recommend they go to Heinen Physical Therapy!
