I was very scared about the recovery process but felt immensely better after a few sessions with Dr. Dave. I also see Dr. Kayleigh who is an amazing PT that is enthusiastic and cares about her patients. I must admit at how naive I was about the benefits of PT but have become a huge fan and supporter. This practice generally cares about their patients and follows up with you to make sure you're feeling better. I cannot recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dave is fantastic! I went to a different physical therapist before I went here. At that place I went 32 times and nothing improved I shouldn’t have kept going but it was some relief. I was in so much pain I couldn’t do my daily activities and this pain lasted for 6 months. I talked to my boss and she told me about Dr. Dave and just to try him just once. I went for the first session and was a little nervous because at the old PT I wasn’t worked on much and didn’t have one on one time. Dr. Dave worked with me and he showed so much compassion and care. He even gave me exercises to do at home which I wasn’t given at the old place. He found out I had great mobility but my body wasn’t stable because I have such a small frame and my muscles are trying to make up for it. After 3 sessions I was already getting back to my normal routines and feeling so much better I could actually go to work without worrying about the pain. Of course I went more than the 3 sessions and I’ve had so much improvement. He shows that he truly cares about your health and works on every part of your body that you need help with not just pinpointing where the pain is and working on that area alone. He is knowledgeable and will break it down for you if you have any questions. I would recommend Dr. Dave in a heartbeat if anyone asked!

Experiencia fantástica: I've had many minor and a few major injuries from lifting and being active in extreme sports for a long time. I deal with a lot of pain and have a hard time knowing when something is truly wrong or something that needs to be worked through. I was dealing with a lot of pain in my right quad from heavy lifting and couldn't be more glad that I linked up with the PT Zach from Launch. In a short period of time he was able to nail down what was going wrong, give me specific exercises to do, work with my other injuries, watch my lifting techniques, and provide directed therapy to my problem spot via dry needling/deep tissue and stretches. Within only a couple of weeks I felt like I had a plan for improvement and permission to rest the area. Zach was professional, focused, friendly and clearly knew his stuff. If I have any future issues at all, this will be my go-to spot, and I won't be delaying like I've done in the past. HIGHLY recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: I first started working with Dave in 2019. Had torn muscles in my hip and challenges with my back. After quite a few sessions with Dave. I was back on the course and hiking again. 2022- a severe herniated disc, 3 epidural blocks- I returned to Launch Physical Therapy to once again recover. This time, Launch Therapy had grown quite a bit and the TEAM at Launch are all truly great professionals that actually care about the progress patients make. After the blocks, dr. referred me to an insurance based therapy place - where treatment was less than personal. I contacted Launch and scheduled the first of many visits with Dave, Kayleigh, and Cat, and Jessica a student completing her clinical hours. Wow! what a significant difference between the insurance model and the fee for service model. I am significantly improved and expect a full recovery. Do not waste your time shopping - The team at launch really cares about your recovery and know how to get results.

Experiencia fantástica: For the better part of the last 7 years I dealt with every level of incompetent care searching for relief from myofascial pain syndrome to no avail until I made the trip in to see Dave and his incredible team of PTs. This isn’t an insurance mill, but you are paying for a level of knowledge and care that will leave you wondering why you didn’t take this route years ago when you come to Launch. You will never leave this office and feel like you didn’t leave better than when you walked in. My review of their services is intended to let you know that this is the place that will get you fixed or as close to fixed as you can be depending on your circumstances. However, I want to explicitly address those of you that might be in similar situations as myself. I’ve been a competitive athlete, both in the military and my civilian life and have treated my body with the same aggression (and sometimes neglect) as the rest of you do in pursuit of athletic ambitions. If you feel rundown physically, have muscle knots and pain that are resistant to permanent relief and it isn’t obviously attributable to standard injuries, then this is the place you need to come to ensure you can continue to do what you love without having to suffer through symptoms we have all been conditioned by insurance oriented ‘physical therapists’ or doctors as something that can only be managed, not improved. Dave and his team of exceptional professionals are all soft tissue magicians and will improve your quality of life in ways you did not think possible. If you’re hesitant to pay for your own treatment, but know it’s time to give something else a try, Launch is where you can go that will actually make a difference and change your life!

Dry needling and Barral therapy has significantly improved my overall function. She has also dry needled a scar I’ve had for 18years. It’s barely noticeable now. Experiencia fantástica: Kayleigh is a LIFE saver and an amazing PT! She helped me completely heal my severe back pain that had no improvement (actually got worse) with another PT I tried before. I am a physical therapist myself and I was so impressed with her capacity to get me out of pain and quickly. After five visits my pain was completely resolved and I was back to powerlifting. She was thoughtful enough to check in on me multiple times and prescribed very helpful exercises to maintain my progress between sessions. One visit with her changed my whole experience with PT, as a PT, and gave me so much hope! I have now started working with Cat for treatment of TMJ, migraine and hyper-mobility. I have had weeks with no migraines, no more jaw or ear pain, and the stability work we are doing is improving my powerlifting. Cat is an experienced manual therapist and integrates cupping and dry needling to maximize outcomes. She understands the complexities of pain including lifestyle management and has helped me implant some changes to sleep l, hydration and working with the autonomic nervous system. With the help of both Kayleigh and Cat I went from severe pain ready to quit lifting forever, to planning my next competition. Launch PT is the future of PT. They are one of the reasons I started my own private practice myself. I can’t recommend them enough!

I can tell you with certainty that Dave Herzberg is one-of-a kind. He’s so good at what he does, but most importantly, he really cares. He takes the time to check in, to log progress and to continually come up with new ways to keep my program continually changing and advancing. Dave has worked with me one-on-one at my home and through telehealth for over two years. The result: increased mobility, decreased inflammation and enhanced strength. Experiencia fantástica: Since I was young, I have been dealing with terrible (at times debilitating) knee pain - in and out of traditional physical therapy for 16 years. As a member of Tangible I always saw Dr. Dave doing true rehabilitative work with his clients and had to get myself seen and so thankful to have done so and been treated by Jocelyn. At my initial consultation, Jocelyn had a few ideas as to why I might have the pain - something no physical therapist had ever told me in any of my visits. In just a few visits my knee pain had almost completely subsided and I was provided with easy at home treatments to ensure that I could keep the pain away. Now, almost 6 months later, my knee is better; I have a library of treatments that actually work not only to support my knee but also to ensure that the rest of my body is working to support my knee. Jocelyn is wonderful; goes with the progress she sees and adapts her treatment as needed - there is no program, it's all based off what you and your body need. I cannot recommend Launch enough!!

I have lifelong back problems - when I have a flair up it tends to linger for months. When I went to see dr Dave I could barely walk into his office - within three days I was feeling 90%. Thanks do Dr. Dave, I have much of my mobility back and pain free! No surgery too! Dr. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly what areas need work. I ended up having a MRI and everything Dr. Dave thought was going on was confirmed on the MRI. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dave has helped me so much! He has been working with me since shortly after a complicated meniscus repair. At only 8 weeks post-op I am much better and close to fully functional with his guidance and care. Dr. Dave tailors treatment to your needs/goals and your anatomy - he does not practice in the typical "one size fits most of the people within one standard deviation" style. He looks at patients as unique and tailors treatment to you. My only regret is that I did not get to work with him sooner. I am a dedicated yoga practitioner and I feel that his exercise plans are making my practice improve in addition to the recovery process. He is continually there for my questions/issues and I have every faith in his recommendations and treatment. I also appreciate his strict adherence to good cleaning and mask policies for COVID-19 so that I receive care in the safest way possible.

From the first discovery meeting of explaining to him where the pain was, and the activities involved that cause it, to providing fantastic treatment ranging from dry needling to exercises. In particular, the shoulder pain I had was something I was dealing with for years on and off. Dave was able to instruct me on what to do in terms of form during exercises, workouts, stretching, and helped me apply those techniques by demonstrating them.
