Experiencia fantástica: I have had experiences with a few other PT’s due to sports injuries and none have even come close to my experience with Tom and his team at Banner PT. Tom spent an hour doing an evaluation at my first appointment and has coached me through my first 3 weeks post hip surgery. He and his team make use of every minute of my session, and he always explains the reason I am doing each exercise. The office staff is friendly and took care of getting my doctor referral. My post surgery recovery has been seamless thanks to Tom and his team at Banner PT. I would recommend them to anyone recovering from surgery or an injury.

If it weren't for the wonderful people at banner physical therapy (especially Christin) I would not be able to stand up let alone walk. They are friendly but firm and extremely knowledgeable. They are empathetic yet they push you to succeed. I have never finished physical therapy at any other establishment. This is truly a special place to go for your therapy; a real class act. You will not regret it!

He answers any and all questions I have to ensure I understand and am getting the best treatment possible after my knee surgery. The front desk/scheduling staff are extremely kind and help. Not just for me and my sister, I wish I had known about Banner Physical Therapy before my sister passed in 2021, she went thought so much with other therapy companies. Experiencia fantástica: The Physical therapist was very helpful,answered a lot of questions and went through all aspects of what to expect and my son really felt listened to. My son has been in pain for a while and it was becoming difficult for him to do certain things. My son having some sensory issues and ADHD was comfortable with the Therapist and understood what to do once we got home to help elevate some of the pain. We are scheduled for more therapy and I'm hopeful for my son. Thank you Thomas

Experiencia fantástica: Jake is amazing! He helped both my husband and I recover recently. My husband had a knee replacement, and I had illiotibial band syndrome in both legs. Jake was patient and kind, yet he also pushed us to keep doing better! He has a great personality and genuinely cares about his patients. I’d recommend him to anyone!

All the staff there are friendly and helpful. Jacob in particular (my PT) is very good about explaining everything in laymen's terms. He's a pleasure to work with. Experiencia fantástica: I am 35. I tore my medial meniscus. My surgeon sewed it together again after 7 months of relentless knee pain. As a has-been athlete with Multiple Sclerosis, a collection of herniated discs, a prior knee surgery, etc. I can attest to the kindness and attentiveness of the support staff and Physical Therapists. My therapist Jake hasn't quit because of me, so he's tops in my book. All the therapists look out for all patients, not just their own. I was scheduled easily for my first weeks of therapy by the support staff! I am grateful to be around this bunch of lovely souls for this part of my journey to my healthiest me! Experiencia fantástica: Great care but I didn't believe that my knee just started clicking for no apparent reason that it's just normal ? My knee never clicked before the job duties. They handled themselves very professionally but I had to cut my visits one short because I believe there is more to it but x-rays and imaging were never even talked about if I just had the imaging banner would have saved time over me and could help someone else. So only disappointment on banners side is the belief that my knee just started clicking from nothing and not from the job duties I performed. My knee wouldn't click if it weren't for abus usa locks.

Caring, and individually, they focus one on one with each person! always asking if your doing ok, not to strain, but to stay in your comfort zone! Always concerned with the outcome of each step, each exercise , everything they have you do! I was really impressed with the way they do not compare you to others, but your an individual and what you need may not be what the next person needs! you go at your own pace that your body is ready for! Always asking if your ok throughout every thing that they are teaching your body to learn again! At your bodies pace! Experiencia fantástica: Amazing!!! From the moment you 1st walk in the receptionist is very welcoming and accommodating. So far I've seen 3 diferent therapist and they are all very knowledgeable and accommodating to your needs. I felt better right after the 1st session. Living in pain for so long, I never thought there would be any remedy to my knee problem.....I was so wrong. Last night was the 1st night a slept through the night without pain, I'm truly in heaven. Looking forward and planning on a normal life without pain.

Experiencia fantástica: PT Victoria Woo is amazing! She works me out enough with stretching and manual manipulation where it helps, but never makes me feel like I over worked myself. She gives me exercises to do at home that continue to help me with my recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: Thomas Sorrell and Sophie did an excellent job of establishing a physical therapy program for me at Banner. It’s a program that I have been able to follow through with on a daily basis. By doing this basic routine most of the pain in my right leg has been eliminated. It’s a program that’s easy to manage and fits into my daily routine, just keep it up that’s the secret.

Experiencia fantástica: Christin is wonderful and very knowledgeable Physical Therapist. She takes her time to listen to what her patients say or things they may have going on. I enjoy therapy with her and I always come out feeling better and more accomplished in my goals. The schedules are pretty flexible just wished it was open later in afternoon to help those of us that may have children and no sitter. Overall I've referred 2 people here and will continue to do so.

Experiencia fantástica: Banner PT is such an amazing place. my son broke his ankle in football a few months back, had to have surgery and cast for almost 2 months. Once he started going to PT, Tom and all his staff welcomed my son with no hesitation. Set him up on a treatment plan and every time my son walks in to their office the whole office greets him by his name. They do whatever it takes to keep him motivated and get him back to a normal walking ability. Since my son has been going to their office, Damiin has been abke to not use his boot, and able to finally wear a shoe again and he has only been going a little less then a month. The team in the back always has a smile, humor and joking around with him. They even go out of their way to teach me what they are doing and why. They have never hesitated on making sure he is safe as well as checking temps at the door, washing hands and spraying down all equipment after every use. I would recommend this office to anyone.. They even do their best knowing all the construction that is blocking most access to their building, but still manage to make the best of all their visits. The part I enjoy the most is they push their patients just enough to feel accomplished, but also can see when its time for a break.. TRULY THEY ARE ALL AN AMAZING TEAM!!!!! Hands down...

Experiencia fantástica: Banner PT on 2400 W Dunlap is WONDERFUL. I broke my shoulder and had Physical Therapy before I came back to Phoenix. I tried it on my own but was getting no where. I chose Banner to help me get back on track. The staff is warm and friendly and their therapists are caring wonderful and know what they are doing. I also enjoy Movie Fridays! I am on my way to feeling better but without the help of Banner I feel I would be going backwards instead of forwards.

Experiencia fantástica: My therapist was Tom and student, Brennan. I got great treatment. Someone was with me at all times to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. Since I was also doing radiation, they made sure I was accomplishing what I needed but not overdoing it. Great place for Rehab.
