She adjusted the treatment as I healed. All members of the team, and all the staff at the facility, are very helpful, kind and efficient. I highly recommend the facility and Dani and her team!

Joseph King helped with pre-surgery fitness, and has continued to help me resume fitness post hip replacement. THE BEST. You'll see all ages working side by side each committed to their personal goals. Great front desk staff and effective trainers and support staff. Sorry that 6 stars is unavailable! 2023 update: 75 now, and able to keep up my activity level thanks to the competent, skilled, positive, encouraging therapists and staff at this Foothills. Joseph King is not only skilled, but also adept at being your partner in rehabilitation.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing team. I had neck pain for nearly 20 years. Someone recommended I try Foothills Sports Medicine. In just a few months of going regularly and following their exercise regimen, the pain is gone entirely. Also, the office staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I love riding my bike. I really enjoy a morning walk to the park. Sr. Aerobics was fun before COVID. At 77 lots of us may be thinking that we’re “too old” to do some things. Or, we may have had an injury and we just stopped doing certain things. I’ve had some injuries, but I didn’t want them to change my life. Itamar Stern at Foothills Sports Medicine showed me that my bike accident didn’t have to stop me. With his amazing help, it didn’t. Fast forward two years and he’s shown me that the shoulder I injured excercising, wasn’t a show stopper either. ….and his help isn’t limited to we folks over 60. When I’ve been at Foothills, I’ve seen young ballerinas and athletes; 30 something tennis players and hikers; people recuperating from surgery. They’re all ages.. The Foothills staff is also fantastic. They and Itamar work as a team with every patient. They give everyone wonderful, personalized attention. I hope that anyone reading this, who’s been held back by an injury, takes action . Contact Foothills.! You’ll feel and move so much better….and you may even have a few laughs while “getting fixed.”

Experiencia fantástica: After a few breast cancer related surgeries my range of motion was limited in a variety of ways. After only a few weeks I am significantly better. Dani, Emily and the team really listen and focus on the specific things that need work, and adjust as necessary. I would highly recommend Dani specifically, but the whole team really does an awesome job!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter has spent the last year and a half being treated by the wonderful Itamar Stern and his crack team. Her gymnastics career was saved by her therapy at Foothills after a major injury that prevents many gymnasts from ever competing again. Not only did my daughter recover, she recovered stronger, and she a full-ride gymnastics scholarship with an amazing college. The office is incredibly friendly, highly accommodating, and super convenient to visit. They worked with our crazy schedule to make sure my daughter got the treatment as needed, when she needed it. I will be forever grateful for our terrific experience with Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy on Glendale Ave.

Experiencia fantástica: Lets face it, if you're looking at physical therapy your probably in pain or trying to recover which stinks. The good news is Jordan Brocker is as good of physical therapist as you'll find in the valley. Having just completed a full rehab from a second ACL reconstruction surgery (rehabbed at a different facility the first time) I can say his knowledge and skill made me feel comfortable and safe. He also made sure the vibe was light and PT was a fun experience.

Foothills has a uplifting and calm patient-oriented atmosphere with sanitary and appropriate equipment. The front desk staff are so welcoming, always work with your schedule, and answer any questions you could have. The physical therapists, PTAs, and techs are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they strive to create an individualized physical therapy program that works towards the patient's goals. They provided a seamless transition from inpatient rehabilitation to outpatient, and I have reached amazing personal milestones at Foothills. I am so grateful for how they have listened to my goals and helped me. I highly recommend anyone in need of physical therapy to try Foothills North Central!

Experiencia fantástica: Went to Foothills shortly after having my son due to an epidural injury. I came to therapy barely being able to walk, with no feeling in my left leg/foot whatsoever. And finished being able to walk again unassisted and have the majority of my feeling back. They helped me be able to care for my baby, and that’s all I could have ever asked for. The front office staff always made sure I was taken care of, and Juliana (PT) and her tech Megan were amazing with my treatment. If my schedule didn’t match theirs’ however, the front office always accommodated me with another amazing therapist. Anyone you encounter here truly has your best interest at heart.

I voiced my concerns and returned to work with a different therapist and coach. This time, the attention, interaction, care, concern, focus, and goal oriented treatment I am receiving is EXCEPTIONAL. I feel that I am working with mindful professional healers who genuinely care, are fully present, and have my complete wellness in mind with every exercise, correction, and step toward recovery. There are truly amazing therapists here, so if your first team is not a fit, ask to switch. I feel very fortunate and blessed to be receiving the treatment and attention I am currently receiving and I would not want to go anywhere else.

They got me up and running in no time, and back at it in the guy. They really listen, care, and not just help you heal, but teach you better techniques so you don't get injured again.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to therapy for my foot. The front counter office staff are so friendly and always know my name. My therapist Joe is so caring and patient. He spends ample time with me and all the other clients, explains what he is doing and why and what to expect. His assistants are also patient and caring. I really love the app that you can download. You login and your customized program is there for you to follow. You can start and stop the videos and go at your own pace. I’ve been doing my exercises at home everyday. Definitely a great place for therapy!

Jordan (the PT) and his associate Brad are very engaging, encouraging, knowledgable and give. me the client the kind of care and information I need to work on my physical improvement. Experiencia fantástica: I have been treating for a few weeks now with Erin Zoch, DPT, at the North Central Phoenix location. I am extremely pleased with the facility, the staff, my own progress, and especially Erin's demeanor and knowledge. The surgeon who sent me to Foothills said it's the best physical therapy outfit in town, and I am inclined to agree. UPDATE: I've now been treating for a little shy of a month at Foothills. Erin and Brian are fantastic, and weirdly enough, going to PT is becoming one of the highlights of my week. It feels more like a personal training session than physical therapy most of the time because the environment is collegial, positive, and upbeat (but also relaxing even though treating for a serious injury can be extremely stressful and depressing). I have nothing but good things to say about these folks.

Here it is really about you the patient, most places they eventually think it's all about them, they forget what they are supposed to be about. Foothills really continue to care and it really, really, shows. And as you progress the adjust their plan to you so that you you are always getting the best from them unlike other therapists who are too lazy to reevaluate their plans as you grow. They are beyond excellent in there treatment and caring. Nobody else compares.
