Experiencia fantástica: I have walked into Ariel's office with back pain and walked out in no pain. I have had a chronic back problem for over 20 years and Ariel has changed my life! I am able to do so many things now without fear of pain and if I do get pain, she has taught me the exercises to do to relieve the pain and get back on track. I recently became a grandma and she taught me how to safely lift and carry my grandson. That's priceless! I have exercise routines she taught me that are manageable and target my weaknesses.
