Experiencia fantástica: I went in to get some PT for a Plantar fasciitis. I was frustrated as i had cortisone shots and they helped for a while, but it came back. Chad was my coach through the 3 or so months of PT. Chad was always upbeat, encouraging, a patient teacher. I did do the homework and we would work together to heal this problem. Thank you to Chad and his skill and encouragement, i am now pain free and walking my dog again!!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Creekside Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. I am 66 years old and John Zdor far exceeds any physical therapist (PT) that I have seen. He is highly skilled, professional, personable, and patient. John clearly presented concepts and provided relevant reasons for me to do specific exercises. He customized every session addressing my changing needs, whether it had to do with daily living or scuba diving. The office staff was friendly, informative, and competent. They closely worked with my insurance company and monitored my ability to do the home exercises correctly. I will return to Creekside Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation if I have future PT needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Brian Horak and his staff are very good at what they do! I have seen Brian for sports injuries, non-sport injuries and post surgery for several years. He's extremely knowledgeable and gets to the root of the issue quickly and provides excellent care. I would highly recommend Brian and his staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Last winter a neurosurgeon removed a cyst from my leg, which had been putting pressure on a nerve important to leg strength, stability and walking. After physical therapy sessions with Julie, my condition has significantly improved. I am so grateful to her. She is a kind and knowledgeable professional who tailored the rehab program to my special condition. I have the highest praise for her work and would not hesitate in recommending her.

Experiencia fantástica: After having surgery on my foot in November of 2018, I was worried that I was going to spend the following 12 months in PT, trying to walk and run pain free. After 5 months with Scott, Morgan and Beau, not only am I walking and running pain free, but I raced at the McDonald Forest 50k Ultra (with 6k of vertical climbing), coming in just over 8 hours. I'm back to doing what I love, trail running and Ultra's. I couldn't have done it without you guys - thank you!
