Experiencia negativa: I was being seen regularly over the course of 3 years. I was told everything was covered by my insurance and I had never once paid out of pocket. I was even offered additional services told they were covered so I said ok. One day I walk in and am given a bill for $600 when the charges are from 2 years ago. They said they were unable to get covered!!!! STAY AWAY from this shady practice! What a scam I feel completely cheated! I explained all of this and there is nothing they can do. They put it through to collections and I will NEVER come back!

Right away they wanted to shove pills down me and have injections done, which I truly didn't want to go down that road. The nurse hot line via my insurance company suggested that I try chiropractic work done and suggested McMillen due to having great reviews. I called and they got me in asap! After only 1 visit, my headache STOPPED! I was and am still floored. Today was visit 2 and I feel like a brand new woman! I am in so much less pain, can't believe how I just put up with it. Started taking my daughter for her back issues too, she's feeling an improvement. They were complaining of aches and pains and had bad sinus issues and before giving them medication I decided to look into a chiropractor and I am so glad I did. Doc has helped my kids Nero issues, sinus issues and pains. I know that they will grow in healthier bodies while going here. When we walk in the kids feel like little celebrities because the two front desk staff are so nice to us and make them feel so welcomed and comfortable. They have been just as nice every time we’ve went as they were on the first time we met them. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and environment there. We are so thankful we found them! If you have little ones with growing pains or aching or sinus issues I recommend getting them checked out here. They accept most insurances and have extra services on top of chiropractic care.

The options for treatments and therapies are numerous and they have always had reasonable payment plans for uninsured, underinsured and self paying clients. This is not somewhere you go and use the treatment plan they offer. This is where you go to get a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and wants.
