Experiencia fantástica: My son is a special needs teenager who injured his knee. We were lucky to meet Chris and have him as his PT. He was very understanding and accommodating to my son, but most of all he helped him recover. We also booked appointments with other PT at his location ant times when Chris was not available and they were all great, I would recommend him and this location.

Among all the physical therapists that have treated my Mother, he’s been truly attentive and an excellent “listener” to my 79 year old Mom. It’s rare to encounter someone who is willing to go above and beyond to assist a patient with care, patience, and true compassion to prevent them from enduring invasive procedures. Christopher also explains everything at a level that the average person understands and is never intimidating. It’s evident Christopher truly loves his job, but most importantly his patients!!

Experiencia fantástica: Saying Chris changed my life is an understatement. I came in with a broken foot & a hip that was very messed up after 11 weeks in a boot. Chris was extremely patient with me, especially because my foot was constantly going from a lot of pain to very little pain very sporadically throughout our time together. He was always quick to change things up if I was ever in too much pain. He challenged me, which I believe is why I was able to get back to 100%, even when I came in thinking it wasn’t possible. Chris was very personable & friendly, as well as extremely knowledgeable & professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERY SINGIE PERSON!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good about Results Physiotherapy and my time with Dr. Macy Basterrechea. From the very start Macy was so friendly and approachable. I was feeling vulnerable and disheartened when I first arrived and she was so encouraging and knowledgeable. She pushed me to grow without driving me away. I am so incredibly happy with the progress I made and the knowledge I walked away with. It was an empowering experience. I wish I hadn't put it off for so long because life has been so much better since!

Experiencia fantástica: I used to dance ballet, due gymnastics, ride horses, motorcycles and the pain stopped me gradually from doing all the things I love. It got to a point were I was very depressed with all the weight I gained and the fact I couldn't do much without hurting. My Ortho sent me to this amazing place and at first I thought I couldn't do it, but since day 1 everyone have been extremely nice and that helps a lot. Danny has been amazing! I've improved a lot, and even though I still have to do more to get to where we want, I have to thank him and everybody that works there. They have been giving me quality of life which is what I do with my patients. They treat you as friends and get the work done in a very respectful manner. I kind of fell in love with this place now haha. Thank you!! Thank you Danny and everyone at the office! I appreciate you all.

Experiencia fantástica: This has been my home away from home for over a year. The staff is absolutely amazing! This place makes you feel like at home while at the same time delivering exceptional care. I never felt like just a patient. Macy and Thomas always had a plan for me but wouldn't mind deviating from it in order to address whatever present concerns I'd have at the moment. I've been with them through 2 shoulder surgeries and if something else arises, I'll go back. Last but not least, the front desk staff is awesome! Megan and Taylor will go above and beyond to help with whatever is needed while being professional and funny at the same time. Thanks to the whole team for whipping me back into shape and thanks for appreciating my shenanigans!

After seeing multiple people regarding a torn tendon issue (other pt clinics and health care professionals) Chris finally helped me get back on track in 2 months, something I had been trying to do for 9 months with other people. Experiencia fantástica: I so deeply love this office for physical therapy. I have been going to physical therapy for about 5 years at various places. I never realized how great I could feel until I experienced the attentive care here. The knowledge and checking on proper muscle use has been on point. Checking in and changing my exercises in seconds based on what my body is experiencing has been perfect. Staff is super nice and welcoming...like it will feel like losing friends when I finally graduate. And they take Tricare insurance, so I am able to finally get superb care!

Experiencia fantástica: The physical therapy sessions were extremely helpful in significantly reducing my back pain. Dr. Christopher Serra (Chris) provided excellent exercises that targeted areas that needed strengthening in order to alleviate my pain. He always listened to the input I provided & he designed a home exercise plan that I used at home on a daily basis. Chris explained the exercises well & identified correct form for each exercise. I also appreciated that he modified the exercises as needed to meet my personal needs. When I initially met with Chris, I was unable to do daily household chores or take daily walks due to my back pain. Now I have resumed my regular activities & I know that the specific exercises that Chris provided helped me & they will continue to strengthen my weak muscles. I definitely hope to see Chris for any future physical therapy needs & I highly recommend him.

Thomas Melanson and his team were great about coming up with a therapy plan for my mid foot pain, and very knowledgeable on running techniques and how to help my foot pain while getting me back to my most loved exercise. Experiencia fantástica: I cannot sing the praises of Results Physiotherapy enough. Dweep is literally a master at his craft. My daughter was losing muscle mass and bone density and he brought her back to full health and I cannot thank him enough. He was patient and he was able to work with a stubborn teenager. Also, they accepted Tricare, which was a major plus for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to this location for lower back pain. Macy was my physical therapist, and she is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. With Macy's help, I was able to get my back feeling better. They put you though exercises and stretches that will help you improve and also make sure that you learn the exercises that you need to feel better. I hurt myself before leaving out of town and Macy was able to squeeze me in and got me feeling way better in no time. I recommend Results in Alamo Ranch to anyone who is in need of help with injuries and/or any type of chronic pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Tom and all of the staff are wonderful! Some of my visits were with Tom and some were with other physical therapists, but they were all very knowledgeable and professional. Once my treatment ended I was given home exercises to continue on my own. I was diagnosed with bulging discs in my spine and a narrowing spine, attending physical therapy has helped ease the pain so I don’t have to seek further treatment (surgery) at this time. In addition to what I was referred to physical therapy for, Tom gave me exercises and educated me on a few other minor issues I had. I recommend this place to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a horrible case of a certain type of vertigo. They were able to get me in with in a day and the Dr. In change was able to treat me with his large knowledge of A&P and really helped me when I was pretty much bed ridden for almost 2 weeks.

They are on time, knowledgeable, caring, informative and compassionate. You, the person, are included in your care and an active participant both in the clinic and at home when you perform exercises you are given to enhance what your therapist does in the clinic. Experiencia fantástica: I when for getting strength back after brain surgery because I was falling a lot. Then my other spine conditions come out too. So I stay longer getting my spine also strength. The compassion, care and understanding the they have is incredibly. I still have some pain, but that is do to nerves damage. But I got strong enough to be able to get release to continue exercises on my own. I going to miss the conversation we have. (Great listening too) and sure the massages the thanks to then I was able to do my exercises with minimum discomfort. Something I don't have in other therapy places. I walk out pretty good, compared with other therapist the I always come out crying of pain. I really appreciate everything they do for me. Thank you all...and God bless you all.

Have seen several other PT agencies for other ailments but this one surpasses all others. Highly recommend Results.

Experiencia fantástica: Seems like I spent most of 2018 at this place dealing with a knee replacement, then a knee replacement revision surgery from an infection, and therapy for a low back issue I’ve had for many years. What I can tell you is the staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to the patients needs. There’s a lot of physical therapy places out there that can provide “therapy” but Todd Akers at Results Physiotherapy has provided me a higher level of service and knowledge than I have experienced from three different therapists in the therapy after my previous three knee surgeries.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Results Physiotherapy after a Total Knee Replacement. I first called and thats when I encountered Astrid which she was very friendly, professional, and worked quickly to schedule me in for my evaluation. Thank you Astrid! My knee problems started 30 years ago when I had my ACL surgery. I then had two other knee surgeries over the years before my knee replacement surgery. I have not been able to straighten my leg for well over twenty years and never thought I would be able to again. Well after only a short time of outpatient therapy and lot of home exercises that I was given to do by my therapist Todd Akers, which by the way out of all the therapist I have been to over the years Todd has been the only one to achieve the results we did with virtually little to no pain. Todd also is very educated in his field of study and has a passion for what he does which shows in the final results for his patients. I am now done with the PT on my knee and was so pleased with the results and service I received from Todd Akers I have now started PT with Todd for a lower back problem I have had for at least 20 plus years. Experiencia fantástica: Suffered for several months prior to therapy at Results, severe pain and considerable reduction in range of motion due to rotator cuff injury. Therapist Todd Ackers was tremendously thorough, informative, patient, and obviously knowledgeable in his practice. The therapy plan he prepared for me worked extremely well, and the time frame he considered for therapy was accurate. When I left the therapy program, my range of motion has been greatly restored, and the pain was barely noticeable, and I no longer needed to take any pain medication. As I continue with my exercises at home and continue to use my arm as much as I can daily, I continue to get better. I recommended this therapist at Results in Alamo Ranch to my husband who is now receiving treatment for a back injury. Not only was the therapist the best, but the front office assistant was very pleasant and helpful.

I am recovering from a ruptured Achilles and Todd is getting me back on track with every visit. I was going to another branch of Results on the opposite side of town but it has been night and day with the progress that has occurred. Would definitely suggest this location for any physical therapist need because Todd will get you there. Astrid also rocks as she helped me with an insurance issue that came up as well.
