Experiencia fantástica: I saw Laura Zoch for Pelvic Floor PT and 5 stars seem like not enough. I was dreading this particular kind of PT for obvious reasons but she is a great combination of both professional and personable. Using her expertise and bio feedback, I quickly saw results. She took the awkward out of it as much as possible and most importantly, I am much stronger now that I’m done with sessions than I was before I started therapy with her.

You get text reminders of your appointments and when you get there, Cynthia greets you and quickly gets you checked in, asks how you're doing and works with you if you need to reschedule an appointment. My therapist, Laura was always on time and ready for my session. Laura is a caring, compassionate therapist who makes you feel at ease the moment you start working with her. She is very calm and explains your therapy and what it will accomplish in a straightforward manner. I learned so much from her. She really wants her clients to understand their issue and how to get better through physical therapy. She was a delight to work with! I will recommend her to everyone I know!

Experiencia fantástica: Camp Bullis Physical Therapy is an amazing facility to go to if the need for Physical Therapy should arise. Physical Therapy, in and of itself, is better known as a torture chamber! However, the services of Ms. Cynthia Harris, receptionist, Ms. Annette Thomas and Ms. Karen Keeler, both Physical Therapists, make the taunting experience tolerable. This is an amazing group of individuals who truly do enjoy the work that is provided through Physical Therapy. This shows in the work ethic that is provided by these wonderful women! Keep up the good work and if there is a need in the distant future for Physical Therapy my presence will be known at Camp Bullis.

Considering all that, when I met Laura, she looked so young, I figured she couldn't teach me anyhing new. Was I WRONG! She taught me SO MUCH (and so gently/kindly) about my pelvic floor issues. AND, she considered my entire body and history's inpact on my particular situation. She also realized when I needed medical intervention beyond her realm of practice. Experiencia fantástica: After experiencing ongoing GI problems, I was referred to Laura Zoch, PT, DPT at HealthLink Camp Bullis . Since the first session, I was truly impressed with Laura’s teaching techniques , her professionalism and depth of her knowledge .Lora was explaining to me how breathing techniques can help not only one particular problem, but affect a persons well being altogether. I learned more and more with every session and started to feel better and better. Laura’s Exceptional competence can be compared only to her Exceptional bedside manners. My time there is finished and I still have work to carry on with, but I'm so glad I had Laura to give me such a terrific start! The therapist are caring, professional and very skilled. I was also very impressed with preventive measures taken to protect patients against contracting the COVID-19 virus, Everyone is required to wear mask inside the clinic. Experiencia fantástica: I can't speak highly enough about Laura & how she has helped me. I went through pelvic floor therapy with her after complications from cancer & a hysterectomy. I had asked so many doctors if there was anything to be done to help me with my particular problem and everyone kept giving a shoulder shrug basically until I was finally referred to pelvic floor therapy. Laura has been such a blessing & is so knowledgeable. She even has a therapeutic voice and demeanor that put you at ease & make you feel comfortable considering the nature of the therapy. I've already recommended her to other women in the event they ever develop any complications & I hope more & more doctors learn about & encourage this therapy instead of jumping to medications or surgery. This is certainly the most cost effect & healthy option to improve or recover your pelvic floor.

Cynthia is so professional and courteous at the front desk. In addition, she is very accommodating whenever I call and need information or to change my appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: It's been quite an honor to work with the staff at Health Link at Camp Bullis for much of this year. I went due to nerve damage in my ankle which led me to have atrophy in my ankle which went all the way up my leg and to my hip. When I started my baseline was having my partner carry me around, as I was unable to even walk and support myself on all daily tasks due to pain. Before I found Health Link I had suffered so much and had been searching for the best help around San Antonio for a solid week. I called various rehab clinics and created a spreadsheet based on: kindness from the front desk, understanding of nerve pain/CRPS, finding someone who use to be a runner and/or could grasp my pain, as well as took my insurance. From the first week, I already saw huge improvements on my mobility alone once I started to see Anette (the physical therapist) twice a week. She encouraged me in such a way that helped me improve every week and reduce the "alarms going off from my nerves". I would be lying if I didn't say I depended on Anette and her help with sending me home with homework, creating daily to weekly plans, and access to ask questions if any feelings in my ankle occurred or changed. Seeing her twice a week and eventually once a week has dramatically helped me overcome my fear of encountering this sort of weight bearing injury. Annette has carved the path to recovery and even gave me more information and explanations then the excellent podiatrist I found. I am now able to drive, walk, do daily activities again, and do my weekend activities such as water my plants. I am slowly still battling the atrophy as this will take time, but I know I am supported and in great hands leading up to my ability to run again. I would say run, don't walk to Annette, but in my experience I would just like to say make your appointments as soon as possible with this clinic to avoid prolonging injury. I have had the privilege to work with a few other rehabilitation therapists at this clinic. Karen is another excellent therapist who could make a stone turn over from laughter. These women harness kindness and honesty, truly the greatest character traits you want when working to overcome extreme nerve pain. I would honestly trade a family member for any of these sweet souls including Cynthia, who works the front desk. Cynthia is the whole reason why I even chose this clinic based off of my first phone call. Words would never equate to the amount of respect I have for this clinic and the team here. I sincerely hope anyone who experiences life-changing bodily injuries is able to come here. I know my journey hasn't ended, but I do hope this personal testimony encourages someone to get the help they need from the best team in San Antonio.

My Therapist Annette is one of the kindest people i've meet since I moved to San Antonio. She is very down to earth & knowledgeable with PT. Everyone, starting with the cheerful greeting from Cynthia at the front desk to Annette my PT boss, Samantha my Trigger-point PT, Derek and the rest of the PT's, they were great. Thank you all. In fact I liked the warm water pool therapy so much I may be back for more, and by all means keep on piping in that "Old Time Rock & Roll Music" to PT by!
