I cannot say enough about the high quality and caring services preformed by all of the therapists. San Antonio is quite fortunate to have such a highly professional group of people caring for us. They keep you strong, flexible and healthy.

Experiencia fantástica: Due to a pedestrian accident in 1990 I have worked with numerous physical therapy clinics and Pyramid Physical Therapy and Pilates is the best! Their attention to detail in making sure we are targeting the correct muscle is impressive! I have many body areas needing therapy and Pyramid is working with me to address all of them, my past therapist would only focus on one area which led me to become weary and overwhelmed. Working on the reformers and with the Pyramid therapist has helped me regain my quality of life,! I am walking much better bc they have addressed my hips, lower back, and bilateral knee issues, plus my cervical pain is much more manageable due to them helping me target those issues. When I first came to them I couldn’t use my right arm, today I have full use of my arm, my cervical pain levelI is lower, my endurance is up, and feel like a new person! Pyramid Physical Therapy is so good I will drive one hour twice a week back and forth! If you are tired of the usual physical therapy sessions, make a difference in your quality of life and try Pyramid Physical Therapy and Pilates, they were a Godsend for me!

Experiencia positiva: Pilates is an excellent way to rehabilitate and the staff are well trained by the head therapist Cindy. Taking one star because they are so busy and you have to schedule out by 4-5 weeks to get the time slots you need. Cancellations are few so a missed or cancelled appointment is unlikely to be rescheduled. It's so worth the effort. Definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Pyramid Physical Therapy has been so beneficial to me! Hate to say, but in the last 2 yrs, I have had 3 surgeries The therapists there have seen me through rehab for all! When I am released from treatment, they allow me to continue to rehab on my own with their independent gym! It is a wonderful place!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: These people are simply the best! I have been under their care for the past 2 months for a chronic issue (scoliosis). I have learned more in those sessions than I have in all my PT sessions combined. The focus is education so you can continue to integrate it into your life. I also experienced ZERO problems with insurance, billing, copays and scheduling. This is a huge positive to have not only a great clinical staff but also a great support office. I am beyond pleased with this PT practice and highly recommend them if you need PT services. And a plus they do Pilates!!

My experience at Pyramid Plaza with Dr. Mendez has been great! She is a wonderful, caring, and knowledgable physical therapist. She takes her time in explaining the rehab process during therapy and answers all my questions. She makes it easier for me to see the progress I am making in therapy. Experiencia fantástica: I didn’t know what to expect, being my first time with PT. The facility was clean, equipment modern and in very good condition and the staff were over-the-top Amazing! Everyone there, both patients and therapists were all having fun, laughing and joking. I’m 100% pain free after completing my therapy regimen. An incredible experience that I would recommend to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: My primary physician referred me to Pyramid about three years ago and hands down I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am currently going for core strength training but this time I asked my doctor to refer me because I knew they could get me where I need to be. The sessions are innovative and the personal attention is not comparable to any other PT facility in San Antonio.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so thankful my shoulder doctor sent me to Pyramid Plaza for treatment. Cindy and Fiorela are excellent physical therapists, and everyone on the staff is kind and caring. Now that my shoulder treatment is complete, I am continuing at Pyramid Plaza with their Pilates program. They make exercising fun!

Experiencia fantástica: I have just had 4 therapy sessions but already seeing some progress. The staff here is great from Lynn at the front desk to the physical therapists. You can tell they truly love their job. They are all very knowledgeable and give helpful advice and exercises to help you along your progress when at home. They are very attentive during each session to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly. I highly recommend this place.

I always looked forward to my PT appointments. Now I come once a week for Pilates class. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and encouraging, and genuinely wants each client to get stronger and healthier. Try it!

Experiencia fantástica: Pyramid Plaza is the best physical therapy place I could have ever found. I was at the end of my journey on PT and nothing was working. I decided that I would try something different. Everyone there was so nice, so knowledgeable, and they take the time to really know your situation and your issues and give you a plan made for your body. I firmly stand behind Pilates as a way to heal and strengthen your body overall. I started in 2010, after the great success I had, I bought my own reformer and did it at home. And then I have continued going for regular maintenance for my back...bc I'm human and I fall off the wagon sometimes. But they always welcome me back and I keep going. I cannot recommend Pyramid Plaza more. I usually see Cyndi or Fiorela, and have on occasion seen Bitsy. They are all fabulous!! What are you waiting for, go in, it will make you feel so much better....but you have to take the time to do the work as well.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is some of the most friendly I have encountered with all the treatments I've gone through after injuring my neck/shoulder back in September 2017. Cindy and Fiorela have provided great treatment and have really helped in improving my movement. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent, experienced, high quality therapists. Other PTs failed me in the past, but this one is amazingly helpful. I have chronic back issues due to scoliosis and a long spinal fusion that was done years ago. I am so thankful for Pyramid Plaza and their rehabilitation through Pilates. I went from unbearable pain with lots of physical limitations to fully functional, normal, and drug free! I recommend this place to everyone I know. Couldn't be happier!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the best. I came to Pyramid a few years ago for a hip replacement and it was the best decision. They were so good that I recently returned for therapy with my back. The staff is awesome. The facility is great. And the atmosphere is friendly, encouraging, and professional. Coming back after a few years felt really comfortable. I actually missed seeing these great people the last few years. And although I’m not stoked about having a spine injury, I know I’m in the best hands possible. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
