Experiencia fantástica: I can not say enough good things about Dr. Dawson! He has changed my life for the better and is unlike any Dr./specialist I’ve ever seen. I live in Las Vegas and I fly every six/seven weeks to see him, that’s how important he is in my recovery and regiment. I have a winged scapula and other issues due to my very active lifestyle. I followed Dr. Dawsons instructions of simple stretches and light weights/bands and I feel like there have been huge improvements. I feel like I can avoid surgery now, and I can even sleep on my right side, which I haven’t been able to do in years!! Not to mention the in person adjustment, stretching, Thera gun, and education is unlike anywhere I’ve gone before. He is extremely smart, kind, patient, and explains everything in understandable terms. If you feel uncomfortable in your body for whatever reason, you need to see Dr. Dawson and I promise you will feel like a changed person after the first visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in today for my first session (work comp due to repetitive strain caused by a desk job) and I left with considerable relief for my pain! John was pleasant and made the process easy to understand. He explained what my trouble areas were and how he was going to help me. I recommend him for your PT needs. Also, John habla Español!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for PT. Dr. John and his staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Always understanding and really relate to their patients. I have been to a few places in the county and this place is by far the best and most interactive to me. Always a good time rehabbing and learning new techniques. They really need like 7 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: A big thank you to Dr. John, Andre, Luis, and Allison! I've been to several physical therapy locations for various injuries over the years and San Diego Elite Physical Therapy is top notch. I was bedridden for about 2 months with a spine/disc infection and on and off back spasms throughout. Once I started to recover from the infection, my spine was tilting heavily to one side to avoid hitting the nerve going to my leg. This was a painful recovery but the team here made me enjoy moving around again. I was given many exercises and stretches to try in the beginning, but we whittled down the list over time and focused on what helped the most. Their philosophy is to stick with what works for your body and to gradually increase the difficulty. As with many things in life, the more effort you put in, the better results you get. You still have to put in work at home but you will be well equipped with knowledge of what to do. The San Diego Elite team has a positive energy that created a fun, controlled environment for recovery and challenged me to push myself.

Experiencia fantástica: Getting treated for a work comp injury. Was 1st sent to another PT Clinic where I received minimal help. My experience now with SD Elite PT has been amazing. Not only hands on treatment by Dr John and staff, but education that allows you to utilize what you learned! Real credit to their profession!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to PT John Dawson after a pinched nerve injury. His education, exercise practices, and bedside manner were all top notch. He was kind and helpful with providing printouts I could take home to continue exercises and stretches to help me gain strength once I was out of the painful stages of the injury. I also appreciated from a logistical standpoint that he accepted my insurance. He made it convenient to book / change an appointment through a simple call or text message as well. Parking was easy too. I graduated from physical therapy after my injury and left feeling like I learned a lot about why my injury happened, how to gain strength to help avoid the situation from happening again, and I now owned inexpensive equipment (resistance bands, lacrosse balls, etc which he recommended to me) to do home exercises to use as needed. I would go back to him if needed and would recommend to any of my friends in the SD area who are in need of PT services.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. John and staff (Allison, Luis & Andre) are ELITE. Dr. John listened with intent and touched (physically) specific areas without me pointing it out. If you're looking for a specialist I'd strongly suggest SD Elite physical therapy. Thank you Dr. John and staff.
