I recommend this Clinic to anyone I know who got injured. The front desk was very kind. She made sure you were getting the proper care and the best care. Proactive physical therapy was also beneficial and would teach me everything I wanted to know about the physical therapy field. Also, they would answer all of my questions and concerns I brought to them no problem. This place is the best at what they do, 10/10. I recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve come here for several injuries over the years and would recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy. I’ve worked extensively with Alliena who has assisted me with both my ankle and shoulder and has been extremely helpful with both, Jayson, Erin and of course Leslie who always checks me in. They’re all wonderful and fun to be around as well as a host of assistants who are always fun and helpful. When I come here I know I will receive quality care and an extensive home program that is tailored to my needs. They use the StriveHub app which is super useful because I always have my exercises on hand on my phone but also give you print outs which I like so I can have the pictures in front of me while I do my at home program. What I find most useful about coming here is that each visit is tailored to my needs that week. Sometimes I get taped, usually I get cupped and there is always an offer of heat or ice at the end of the session which is nice. The facilities are clean and the equipment is cleaned in between each person so I know I can feel safe here. Throughout Covid and continuing on all of the staff and patients continue to wear face masks which is wonderful as well. You can never be too careful. If you’re scared or ashamed you need to go to pt the staff here will make sure you feel safe and cared for. They never put you down and are some of the most wonderful people I’ve met. Highly recommend.

I went for hand therapy and it improved my wrist movement after surgery to a level where I can continue with my daily routine (which I was afraid of loosing). Definitely the best!! Thank you guys!

Experiencia fantástica: Currently receiving treatment at Mission Valley Ruffin Road for total knee replacement. Therapists Erin, Alina, and Jason and PT Aide Zach have been fantastic. They take the time to listen to my goals and tailor my therapy program to my activity levels. Everyone at the center is supportive, friendly and the facility is well equipped and clean. I highly recommend ProActive PT Ruffin Road and will be coming here again after my next total knee replacement surgery at the end of the year

I highly recommend not getting injured, but if you do happen to get injured and need rehabilitation, I highly recommend ProActive PT!

Experiencia fantástica: I started off pretty cynical about PT because of a rough experience I had in the past, but now I am a believer! Taylor is fantastic at the front desk. She is constantly thinking a step ahead of of what I need and it's genuinely kind and so helpful. Jason, Danny and Alliena are amazing at challenging you without feeling pressured and always check in to see how you are doing and making adjustments if needed. They are very attentive and always explain why and how a particular exercise is going to help. I'm having significant improvement on something I had conceded to just being a part of my life, pain-wise. Lastly, the energy in their location is great. They manage to balance being silly and laughing with us without wavering on the professionalism and production side. I've had other PT for different injuries and I used to dread going, so it's refreshing to look forward to it! Highly highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Having been to multiple PTs over the years, and I can already tell this place is definitely one of the best, after just 2 sessions. Jayson offers beneficial alternative therapies (cupping, etc) that I have not had anywhere else, and Danny is awesome as well. It is obvious everyone enjoys their jobs. The staff is VERY friendly, knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, calm, and efficient. I will absolutely recommend this location to others. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Proactive physical therapy is life changing. I came in feeling tremendous pain in my neck and back and now I feel like I have fully recovered. I thoroughly enjoy their unique exercises as they have extremely helped me progress. Aside from the therapy, the staff is also very supportive. It is rare to find an establishment where every single employee shows interest and is so nice and polite with every action they take. Aliena, Adrian, Danny, Rachel, and Taylor are the best. It was such a pleasure working with them, especially my PT Jayson. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location to others. My expectations were far exceeded.

Experiencia fantástica: Proactiv Physical Therapy is the best PT office I have ever been to. I was hit by a semi truck a few months ago and was unable to sleep, sit, or walk comfortably. I thought surgery would be my only option but after coming here and being seen by Jayson, Alliena, and Adrian I feel so much relief. They pay attention to you and your needs individually and try a variety of different techniques to help with pain management. They also give you exercises to do at home to help with the pain. The entire staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating to your schedule as well. I would highly recommend seeing them if you’re having any pain at all.

The office and therapy staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I also like being able to log into the website for exercise instructions, so I may continue to make progress at home.

After struggling with a reoccurring injury for over a year, I finally have hope and progress towards getting back to where I was before my injury. They have take care of me from day one have gone above and beyond. If I had one complaint it would that they need a true stretch at the facility.

And on top of it all, the staff were AMAZING. As someone who works with different teams at my own job, this is the type of team that everyone wishes they could be on. Experiencia fantástica: I got into a huge car accident about 5 months ago and I started going to ProActive about 2 months ago and let me just tell you that not only is the staff amazing but I have improved so much in just a short period of time when going to Therapy here. I was having a lot of back and neck pain, especially when I sleep and it has gotten so much better. The staff are all super friendly. I love how everything is organized. If you're not doing the exercises right, one of the staff members will come and show you how to properly do it. They always offer openings that work around you're personal schedule. Lastly, they offer many things like hands on treatment, cupping, and the back massager. Overall, I would highly recommend this place because you will receive the best treatment possible!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic establishment. I was in a car accident and injured my hand and received exceptional treatment and care from Katrina. I then had to receive treatment on my lower back, but was sent to a different company. I immediately did not receive that same family feel when walking in. I requested treatment back at ProActive and could not be happier. I am currently receiving therapy from Jason and Adrian. They consistently CALL me to check In and give me appoint reminders instead of a lousy automated email or text (although they do provide that as well). I am always greeted with a huge smile and happiness. Nothing but genuine professionalism and transparent business. Truly appreciative of you guys, and highly recommended thank you.

She has never once made me feel like a client or an appointment she always remembers to ask how I’m doing with my new position at work. It is definitely the little things that have made my time here memorable. This journey has not been easy but it has been made bearable by these true professionals. To say their facility is clean and organized is the understatement of the year. I was apprehensive with Covid-19 to come to physical therapy but from the first day, from my first session my concerns were put to ease. They spend half of their time sanitizing and the other half healing us. I could not end this review without mentioning Dany. Dany always looks sharp in his uniform, he always asks you how are you doing and does anything to brighten your day. Today he broke his personal best record and smashed out 16 pulls ups just to put a smile on our faces. I think people that put so much of themselves out there deserve to be acknowledged and thanked. I’ve been attending here twice a week for a month for pain in my elbow. I drive the 25 minutes to this location because of the great treatment I receive. Thank you everyone at ProActive!

Everyone on staff is very attentive, the Therapists are knowledgeable and focused on exactly what my concerns are, and the Excercise Specialists are great at teaching the excerices and keeping me in proper form for the stretching and strengthening workouts. They are all skilled and friendly making the workouts fun and I have really benefited from coming here. It's also in a great location in MV that's easy to find with free parking and I've quickly booked all my appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: I had suffered from neck pain for 5 years. Went to two other physical therapy offices, but got no relief. My doctor recommended Pro Active PT. I was skeptical, but since I had tried everything else and surgery was not an option, I went. I'm so glad I did! After 2 months of therapy, I am almost completely pain-free! The therapists are all wonderful, and they are all "on the same page." Nothing they did hurt me, and I began feeling better within just a few sessions. I can't say enough good things about this office. They really know what they are doing, and I am SO grateful they got me out of pain!
