I want to send a huge shoutout to them for dealing with my ridiculous questions and my whining when things were painful or I wasn't where I thought I should be. Aly got me walking and moving again and Kennady was able to get me strong enough to start dancing. The dynamic duo is a must see and if you need care they are the ones to knock it out of the park. Thank you both so much! And shout out to all the assistants as well for doing so much to further my recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: I have started my hip therapy with Bethany a few weeks ago. I had excruciating hip pain for 9 months and can already see an improvement. Bethany has done a fantastic job in diagnosing and pointing to the origin of the pain and the exercises she personalized for me are already helping. She is absolutely pleasant to work with, I could not wish for a better therapist.

After months of looking around and trying different places, I thing I found the right one. I will strongly recommend as all the staff is thoughtful and skilled. Very professional. They take the time, have the tools and knowledge to make you feel better. And they do not cut corners. and take the time and effort to treat you the right way.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here for physical therapy for both knees. My prior PT office fell through so I needed a place to go to quickly. I called other PT companies and found it difficult to get scheduled or to even speak to a person/get called back. As soon as I called Select Physical Therapy, it was night and day the professionalism and courtesy I received. Shelby was very helpful and prompt getting me scheduled for my initial consult and paperwork to get started. My physical therapist, Kennady, was very thorough for my consult, made a treatment plan specifically for me, and walked me through all the start-up exercises. I really appreciate the weekly PT sessions provided here because it's not just a quick in-n-out feeling. From the friendly greetings and warm welcome as soon as I walk-in, to quickly getting started with the exercises with the friendly staff (Shiya is great!), to discussing the treatment plans and PT exercises with Kennady, and a therapeutic massage at the end of each session. Can't recommend Select Physical Therapy enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Select PT for my neck pain. I had been having pain for over 3 months. I rolled my eyes to my doctor when he suggested I do PT because I have had experiences where therapist just go through the motions. HOWEVER, my treatment at Select PT was amazing. I have quickly recovered. I am sleeping better and have almost no pain. My therapist Nicole was very knowledgable and professional. During the treatment sessions, they felt more like a personal training than a standard PT. I recommend Select without any reservations. Thank you so much!!!

With her applied massage and set of exercises which with time grew in number and complexity, I was able to greatly reduce strong pains in my neck. I highly recommend her, with no hesitation. Her assistants, Leane and Julie, are also very good and dedicated.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had a herniated disk for 14 years. In addition, I stay active running, biking, and strength training so I've been through a lot of physical therapy over the years. I had been fairly pain free until I was recently hit by a car while bicycling. This resulted in a new back injury. The treatment I received from Bijan Matthews has been terrific. In just a few weeks I've gone from excruciating pain to back to full activities. I still have some residual pain but it's 95% better. The facility is very good. The attention I receive during my sessions is excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: I came into the Select Therapy with a neck pain that persisted after my bike crash for ~2months. After our first session, I started seeing the benefits right away. My pain reduced significantly and the exercises helped a lot. Blair was very good at understanding the depth of my injury and what we can do to get better as soon as possible. Everyone there is super friendly. I love how attentive they are with their patients. I would recommend it 100%.

They actually use their hands to massage vvt the injured area. They do have a machine that massages the area too, but you always get a personal massage. Super knowledgeable physicians helped me work on strength training and understanding why I'm experiencing the pain I've been having. Experiencia fantástica: I'm so grateful my Neurosurgery PA referred me to Select Physical Therapy. I had explained that other Physical Therapy groups insisted on treating each injury as a separate focus. The trouble with this approach was that exercises for one injury (ie, knee) would aggravate other injuries (ie, lumbar). I explained that I needed a holistic approach that would treat cervical, lumbar & knee injuries. After breaking my neck & undergoing multiple cervical surgeries 9 years ago, soon followed by a bad Physical Therapy experience, I had been nervous about restarting Physical Therapy. I was so relieved & thrilled about PT once I began going to Select Physical Therapy. Blair, my Physical Therapist, is nothing short of amazing. I continue to be impressed by her knowledge, experience & great attitude. From the very beginning, she has carefully listened to my concerns & needs and clearly answered my questions. Each visit she asks how everything is feeling/responding to treatment & manually works on the area most in need. I've been going 2-3 times/wk for ~6 weeks and starting the second week I began noticing increased strength & marked reduction in pain. I've been an athlete most of my life & have had numerous, various injuries that landed me in PT. I can honestly say that Blair & Select Physical Therapy are the best! I love how Blair uses a holistic style that incorporates yoga & Pilates type exercises that strengthen my core as well as entire body, so that I feel better all around. The staff that work at Select Physical Therapy are terrific as well. Jennifer, at the front desk, always greets patients with a smile & great attitude. Joyce is a PT Aid that is kind, patient, knowledgeable & great at keeping me & others on track with our exercises. She checks in frequently, and does a great job of applying therapeutic, moist heat, E-stim, etc. I am & will be eternally grateful to have discovered this gem & wealth of experience.
