Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this location!! The staff here is so nice and caring and the facility is great!! I worked with Franjo mostly and he really helped me. I sprained my ankle pretty badly about a year ago and with Franjo's help, my ankle is feeling great and strong again. Probably stronger than it was prior to spraining it. I can walk and hike long distances and even started running! Thank you!!!

She explains all she is doing very well and makes it easier to understand the reasoning for each exercise. The whole experience at Select has been impressive from the front counter staff to all of the PT staff in back. My initial evaluation with Shaun was great. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Plans his care and explains his goals of treatment clearly. His team of therapists treat me and everyone there with courtesy and respect, and they all collaborate their schedules well. There has never been a down time that I can recall. I’ve enjoyed my therapy sessions so much that I’ve always looked forward to the appointments and kept them which led to a successful result. By my last evaluation in April, R elbow, shoulder and arm pain and tingling are literally gone. My arm mobility has improved tremendously and the numbness is hardly felt. Thank you so much. You have my utmost respect and hats off to your team for delivering such great service. I highly recommend Select PT. You’re simply the best!

Elliot and his team of therapists; Larry, Krystal, Chanel and Meghan provide excellent rehabilitative services. From the moment you walk in they are warm and inviting. The atmosphere is calm and they listen to your concerns and offer positive feedback. During therapy they know just when to push and when to hold back. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. In addition to the therapists, Joneil and Kimmie the therapy assistants are always available for extra support pre and post therapy. The front office staff, Macy and Rhi welcome you by name and are helpful with setting up appointments and / or answering questions regarding services. You won’t go wrong with this team of professionals.

Experiencia fantástica: Great! I worked with Megan here for a knee injury and she was amazing. She explained things super well at every step of the way, was very patient with me as the injury went up and down and gradually got my knee back to healthy. I trusted them here at select pt far more than any orthopedic doctors that I saw. They were very knowledgable about the knee and again, explained things to me super well, far better than the doctors ever did. Working with her here was definitely was what got me through it physically and mentally. Also, Macy and the rest of the front desk staff were really nice and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Eliot and Franjo helped me tremendously in rehabbing my bummed sprained ankle! They listened intently as I shared my struggles and frustrations and created a plan that really worked for me. They pushed me to get stronger and gave me words of encouragement when needed. The whole Select team would also offer corrections. I had limited range of motion and couldn’t execute exercises like I wanted. After 12 sessions, I can do so much more and feel more confident in long term recovery. Highly recommend and would go again if I needed more support!

The staff performs one on one when you are receiving therapy, which was very important to me in that an ankle replacement is not a common procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a WONDERFUL experience at select physical therapy. Their staff is super amazing and helpful. They have guided me through my rough acl recovery journey (almost a year). I currently work with Krystal, Chanel, Meagan and Elliot and they are all so wonderful and have such great attitudes. They make the not so fun part of recovery so much fun. They are like a family to me and they have all helped me so so much in this process. Not to mention they are all SO FUNNY and know how to keep the spirits up! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

I started with moderate shoulder pain to ending with no pain at all. Their physical therapy team happily explained the reasoning behind exercises, answered all my questions, and shared tips to optimize my recovery. I felt that my healing was in their best interest. Therapy not only entailed strengthening and increasing mobility for my injured shoulder but surrounding structures, which improved my posture! I recommend Select Therapy at the Pacific Beach Location.

The admin staff, especially Macy, will take care of any questions, scheduling, and insurance needs with warmth and efficiency. In Meaghan, the physical therapist I’ve worked with for about six months, I believe I hit the jackpot! She is intelligent, precise, and creative in approaches to get you back on track. Her ability to understand the body, how it moves, and what can be done to restore functional movement are simply astounding. I consider myself unbelievably fortunate to benefit from her dedication, kindness, strength, humor, wisdom, and partnership in healing my body. Besides being highly skilled professionals, they were very attentive and patient, clearly explaining things and answering my questions. The front desk staff have also all been really nice, helpful and efficient. I feel more optimistic about my healing process than I did when I went to a different PT practice (where I wasn't making much progress). I'm getting more thorough, complete care at Select PT - PB. The 2 ladies at the front desk Macy and Sidney were fantastic, very welcoming and professional. My PT Chanel was amazing too. She was awesome in my evaluation and genuinely cared when examining what was going on with my shoulder. I was impressed with Chanels knowledge and expertise. I'm looking forward to recovering over the next few weeks at this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently completed a three month, twice weekly rehab schedule at Select Physical Therapy in Pacific Beach. I consider the program, treatment regimen and staff top notch, (how about 5 stars) and outcome excellent. Now doing things without pain I couldn’t do before. First, the facility is well staffed and organized with a group of educated, experienced, and engaged therapist. The admin staff was excellent, always on top of requested changes or information. My main therapist and “coach” was Chanel, who was excellent, knowledgeable and kept me on track and improving with an easy friendly manner. Krystal also kept me on track and improving with timely advice and consul and always a hearty good morning. Larry and Franjo kept everything going when needed. Yes, I fully recommend this facility!

The difference in the attention I received at Select Physical Therapy vs. the larger institutional type PT clinics I’ve been to was a huge asset to my healing. Experiencia fantástica: Elliot and the whole crew at Select PT on Moraga helped me immensely with my knee pain which was keeping me from doing the things I love like hiking or even walking around the zoo. I have torn meniscus in both knees.All I did waa Physical Therapy; no cortisone or surgery. After 4 months therapy with Elliot I did a day hike without walking poles. A month later I did a 3 day backpacking trip 15 miles 3200ft gain. Thank you guys!

Equipment is varied and plentiful. Most importantly, therapists listen to patients and tailor rehab programs to needs and abilities. I have been treated by Crystle at both the Moraga and Linda Vista clinics. She is a terrific therapist and has helped me make significant recovery.

I met Eliot Lee the first day I limped in and he was SUPER professional and knowledgable about my injury. The plans needed to get me back to normal or better is on pace and the rest of staff is wonderful too especially Joseph, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

Experiencia fantástica: It took me a long time to begin PT for my back and I wish I had started earlier. Elliot and Sai have helped me significantly. The muscle movements and healing/strengthen plan has been highly impactful without being overly challenging. I highly recommend Select PT if your body is in pain. The solution might be easier than you think.

Experiencia fantástica: I just recently started my therapy with Select Physical Therapy. I chose them as I had previously had pt there when it was called Physiotherapy Associates. I always had excellent therapy and great help with my pain and joint injuries. Select Physical Therapy is the same and excellent level of care. Gabrielle is my Physical Therapist, and after only two sessions I am already feeling a difference with my pain level and mobility with my knee and back issues. She gave me an excellent and thorough assessment my first session, and had me start right away with exercises to help those issues. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy..

Experiencia fantástica: Have had a great experience with them after an MCL sprain. I work with Eliot primarily, but the entire staff offers support. Eliot has done a great job setting up a program that constantly evolves and pushes me, and that works at home with a variety of equipment (our building gym opened during my treatment and he shifted my exercises to be able to do with equipment in the gym). Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to physical therapy for over a year hear, healing from a car crash. My wife recommended it when my Dr. said I would benefit from PT. Everyone is great on the staff. Krystal and Elliot have helped me so much. My father goes here to strengthen his legs. It is so convenient and the staff is so friendly that there really is no other choice. When my herniated dics in my neck are flaring I am just praying that I am close to my next appointment.

Eric, Larry, Eliot and Gabby are extremely professional. I have used Select Physical Therapy for two knee replacements, a broken ankle, and a total shoulder replacement and couldn't be happier. Today was my last PT session since my shoulder surgery last May 21st. If you want the best physical therapy, then this place is for you.

I can't really compare them to other places, since I've never had to have PT before, but Eric and his team bent me, drilled me, tortured me in ways I didn't know possible. And every day I left there stronger and better.

Due to some illnesses, moderate knee and back arthritis and creeping old age, I had become progressively weaker and finally decided I couldn't get stronger on my own. I dreaded going to PT, but Eric and the others made it a positive experience. PT work is hard, at least for me, but the atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgemental There were so many simple things I couldn't do such as crossing my legs, walking around the block or standing for more than ten minutes. But they designed exercises to improve my range of motion and strength and now I can do all that and more. It isn't just older people like me, there are patients of all ages and abilities being helped. I still have work to do, but I have a great foundation thanks to Select PT.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the team over here at Select PT! I could not have asked for a lovelier group of people to help me recover from my knee injury/surgery. I personally have worked with Gabby and Eric and they are both AWESOME. They are professional, attentive, and very thorough. In the roughly month and a half I have been seeing them, they have helped bring me from only walking assisted with crutches and in near-constant pain, to walking completely unassisted on my own two feet, almost no pain, and still making progress each visit! They clearly know what they are doing! I have to give a shout out to the aides/front desk staff too - Alyssa, Chelsea, and Steph are awesome as well, they are amazingly helpful and together with the therapists they all create such a healthy, positive environment at Select, I genuinely look forward to each of my visits. Experiencia fantástica: I was fortunate enough to be referred to Select PT this last year and at a time in my life in which I am the most active I have some old and new injuries presenting themselves. The staff here is so amazing and really take the time to dive in and work with you on the healing/strengthening process rather than give you the exercises and send you home. Chelsea at the front desk is always a breathe of fresh air and working in between my crazy schedule they do it with a smile which I love! Great work Select PT team.

The professionalism from the front of the office to the back is great and refreshing. The atmosphere is relaxed yet you still feel comfortable that you are in good hands. Eric and Larry are excellent in their field and really listen to your concerns and come with a treatment plan to get you on your way. The assistants are very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. The clinic worked with my schedule so that I was able to miss just a little time at work rather than just giving me a time and making me take off.
