Experiencia fantástica: I have been to RU Ruffin Road three different times over the years for different injuries. In each case the professional staff has fixed me up so I can get back to all the activities I love. Over the last 4 months I have been going at least weekly for two different injuries and with Chris' expert care am getting better. I recommend RU wholeheartedly!

Physical Therapist Chris was my daughters therapist and he was so amazing. Now she healed from her injury and loves the staff so much she is attending the Classes in strength that they offer.. Scott the trainer also is superb! Highly recommend Rehab United! 10 Stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Rehab United is heads above every other physical therapy clinic in the country - plain and simple. I've been a client since May 2007 when I aggravated my newly repaired right knee. I've returned for other sports-related injuries and after my second right knee surgery, and am currently seeing Ben at the Point Loma location for an ankle injury. They focus on the whole-body including body mechanics to help strength the areas that are compensating as well as the injured areas. I also love the massage therapists that I've worked with post surgery and for flared up injured areas. Mariah Moreno is hands down (pun intended) one of the most spectacular massage therapists in San Diego County! The first appointment I had with Mariah was early this year and it was so necessary. Our 125 lb. American Akita had to have a herniated disc repaired in her neck and couldn't walk up and down stairs for almost two months. We live in a third-floor walk-up. My body was so out of whack and I'm already riddled with a plethora of sports-related injuries so nothing was working properly. I made an online appointment through Resolve Wellness's website and about seven days went in to the clinic for my appointment. RU is not like a typical massage therapy office. They are a medical office so they are very thorough. When you arrive (10-15 minutes early), they will have you fill out a complete history so they can target the appropriate areas and work with you for treatment. Mariah does the same. Each appointment we discuss where I am hurting or overworked and she walks through her plan for the session. You will love Mariah. She is such a genuine soul and lovely and fun to chat with while she's driving out the cares and aches of the world. Before RU I didn't really like massages because they either hurt when they shouldn't have or didn't feel like anything. I've worked with three other massage therapists over the years with RU but Mariah is now my regular therapist. Just had a session with her yesterday (10 July 2023) and I can feel all of the spots she targeted...hurts so good! Thank you, Mariah and RU!

The only thing I'd recommend is to get the paperwork in advance, it is supposed to be emailed and I called the Friday before, but it did not get to me. It takes about 20 minutes to fill out. Friendly front office and PT. I like that there is parking close by and some is in the shade.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming through the VA for some time and see Ms Becca who is my occupational therapist. She has always been so respectful, kind, considerate, listens to my concerns, and pushes me where and when I need to be pushed. I have nothing but respect for her, the assistants and front desk staff that have always made us feel at home (sometimes I bring my daughter when needed). My quality of life has dramatically improved and I can do things I love again like picking up my daughter and playing sports with her as well as my favorite crafts like crocheting.

The physical therapist are very knowledgeable and helping me strengthen my knee so I feel confident to return to work. The front desk are always so helpful and always greet me with a smile.

He explains the how and why before each stretch or exercise and then demonstrates them. He demonstrates a caring positive attitude towards my recovery. The facility and equipment are nice, well maintained and very clean. Highly recommend Rehab United.

Bridget is absolutely the BEST physical therapist anywhere. She is so knowledgeable, professional, caring, & kind. The physical therapy assistants, Crista, JJ, Jordan, & Courtney, are from the same cloth as Bridget. They have enabled me to go from nearly being in a wheelchair to walking comfortably in about 2 months. And that’s without hurting me! The entire facility including the front desk (Jade & Co.) are wonderful. A real caring, healing place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was not disappointed! In fact i looked forward to seeing everyone. From the time I walked in I felt cared for and supported. I highly recommend this group if your apprehensive. They are awesome individually but a great team!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had three separate rounds of Physical Therapy at Rehab United Kearney Mesa for shoulder surgery, hip pain and plantar fasciitis. Every time I have had a superior experience. The schedulers are always friendly and efficient. The physical therapists are so experienced and knowledgeable. They are patient with you - getting you to stretch before working out and showing you how to do the exercises. The therapists explain why you are doing each exercise and how it will help you get better. They send links to you so you can do the exercises properly at home. It's been great every time. And I will put in a plug for their massage therapist too! The work space is a giant gym sized room with lots of equipment, tables for massage, and open space to do your exercises. During COVID, everyone wears a mask; the equipment and tables are cleaned between every patient. The front desk even sterilizes the sign in pens. Love this place!

A quality organization from top to bottom from Physical Therapists to admin staff along with state of the art equipment Good spirit from entire staff any day of the week. Transitioned to their fitness arm, Fit Societe, and worked with Kainoa and Scott till the pandemic hit. Both professional fitness trainers focused on the success of their clients. RehabU has the rep among medical practitioners as being one of the best in the county as they recommend their patients to them.

Because of their background in physical therapy, they understand how to work the body without aggravating any parts that are, or have been, painful. It was great to do a workout alongside people where I felt I was working just as hard as they were, even though they’re in better shape than me.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very pleasant and they try to work with you to avoid late cancellation fees. I never had an issue with parking. The restrooms were always clean and water was readily available. There were a couple times I had my baby with me but they didn't have a problem with that. The best part is that I'm fixed! This was my first experience with physical therapy and it was grand.

My program has helped me immensely for my back issues while stretching / strengthening my core to help me stand and walk (good posture) in a whole new way; a whole body approach focused on full function. I've gone elsewhere for PT that had me doing limited & isolated muscle groups exercise. RH United is far superior to my past experiences.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are absolutely amazing! From initially making the appointment to meeting with the PT, the process is smooth and painless. My insurance recommended Rehab United and I am grateful for that. My daughter had bone fusion surgery in July and had to relearn to walk. My daughter is also high functioning Autistic and her Physical Therapist Chris Wolfinger has been nothing short of amazing with her. The patience he has with her warms my heart.. in the almost 6 weeks my daughter's been doing PT, she's improving by leaps and bounds!! I would recommend Rehab United time and again.
