Experiencia fantástica: My daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis at age 14. Dina was recommended to us by our Orthotist. We loved her immediately. My daughter was very angry about needing to wear a brace, and Dina was so kind, patient, and so reassuring. My daughter would not do the exercises so Dina showed her the best way for her to stand and sit for her curve, and showed us some simple things she can do when taking a study break for a few minutes. Dina is one of those rare professionals who goes above and beyond, spending time with me on the phone, following up after our doctors appointments without asking for payment or pressuring me to schedule appts. She obviously truly cares about her patients, and is so good at what she does. My daughter' curve ended up decreasing in her brace and I can only imagine working with Dina contributed to that. I will always be grateful for her help and cannot recommend her more.

Experiencia fantástica: My scoliosis curve and anatomy only became symptomatic for me in the past several years as an adult. Most providers just don't get how to manage it and therefore, if "you're not a surgery candidate" you are left with traditional pain relief injections to address your "degenerative" situation. After rounds of unsuccessful "traditional" PT at my primary provider, and considering a brace, I was referred by my chiropractor to Dina. Dina has taught me to understand my curvature and rotation, and Schroth exercises to incorporate into my daily way of life that provide me relief and hope! Thank you Dina! I am beyond grateful!

Experiencia fantástica: When I was diagnosed with scoliosis two years ago I wasted no time finding Dr Dina Chalom. She is one of two people in San Diego who knows the Schroth Method. Working with her helped me get out of pain even after the first session. She gives me great exercises and body awareness techniques. I recommend taking her workshop and/or working one on one. She’s patient, humorous, and kind. She’s a great PT and resource for Scoliosis.

Experiencia fantástica: Several months ago, I had a back and hip problem and I was referred to Dina Chalom. I've gone for physical therapy for years with temporary relief, but ever since Dina showed me some exercises specific to my problem, I am feeling a lot better. I do play a lot of tennis and make sure I do what she has taught me. Dina showed me some exercises that I had never done before and they have been great. I had only four visits and have not needed any since.
