Experiencia fantástica: I have had physical therapy with three therapist but Charlotte has stood out. From day one she directly targeted problem areas and has eliminated them. Pain was relieved in out first session. Yesterday she knew exactly what hurt and how to relieve it. Today, I feel strength and health in the problem area for the first time since the issue began in January. I began therapy in October.

Experiencia fantástica: I have to admit to having a slightly jaundiced view of physiotherapy, going into my experience at RU3 at La Mesa. Previous encounters with other providers had relied on photocopy handouts of stock exercises - a ‘one fits all’ approach. My wife recommended RU3 from her own good experience there. That ‘one fits-all’ preconceived notion went out of the window pretty quickly. There is a lot of experience here, and a methodical approach to understanding what is out of balance in your body and muscles. Using measurements, they test a theory with different exercises, and are able to rule out the problem you thought you walked in with, then get down to fixing what it is actually causing the problem. Open minds, backed up by a seemingly endless array of practical exercises. And for the gracefully-challenged among us, if, like me, you are perhaps clumsy at getting your body parts to perform specific physical routines, they send you home with a tracking app with links to videos of each of the exercises required. A very supportive, non-judgmental environment, and deserving of a strong recommendation.

Experiencia fantástica: I have come to physical therapy at Rehab United for several issues over the past few years. They have helped me through shoulder, lower back, hamstring, and now hips, knee and lower back. The therapist is hands on at each session and an intern guides you through the exercises under the watchful eye of the therapist. I recommend RU. The massage is also extremely good and reasonable. Chelsea is my go to therapist. She knows me and my issues and has always guided me through.

I am very pleased with the facility as it has state of the art equipment to help with my recovery. I had frozen shoulder on one side and then shoulder surgery on the other side. Shannon led my rehab with amazing results. She is caring, careful and systematically planned out my PT to make steady progress. I couldn’t be more pleased. Another important factor is that the entire team works really well together and the location has a very friendly, supportive vibe. They are super friendly and patient with all patients regardless of age or capability. I always look forward to going to my appointment, always enjoy the experience, and always feel better afterword. I would recommend PT to anyone recovering from surgery or needing more flexibility and movement. I wholeheartedly recommend La Mesa Rehab in United as the best place to go!

Experiencia fantástica: I met the owner, Bryan back in January of 2007 at the Ruffin location. He helped me with sports hernia injury and turned me into a beast, free of pain! Fast forward to now and a back/hip injury. I’ve been going to the La Mesa location and working with Chelsea and all the awesome assistants. To say I’m happy would be an understatement!! I can’t even find the words how incredible Chelsea is and what she has done for me. I thought I was looking at the possibly of back or hip surgery until I started working with Chelsea. I am amazed how she diagnosed how my hip was rotating or not rotating and she put a plan into action. I can’t count the number of doctors, chiropractors and other health professionals that didn’t diagnose my injury correctly. I dig the energy and vibe with everyone and I love going there. I’m forever grateful for Chelsea, Oscar, Natalie, Mallory and everyone there! You are AMAZING!!!!

Since the very first appointment, I have been spoken to in a manner that I could understand (I'm not a doctor) and I was given hope that I would feel better. I was suffering from a frozen shoulder and back problems, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to make sure my body is exactly the way it needs to be- in order to be successful at what I do- and pain free. Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars for Rehab United. I went there for neck and back pain from years of working behind a desk for 8 hours. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Erwin is my assign physical therapist and he is amazing!! He makes sure to cover all areas of pain each time I come in. He takes me through multiple exercises and stretches that address both my neck and back. It is very obvious that the staff care about their clients and their well-being. I definitely recommend going here and trying it out.

The PTs are knowledgeable and the PT aides are very funny and friendly. Definitely be sure to ask your PT what their preferred injury is and what they studied - you might be surprised! Also, you can ask for a free injury screening from a PT! doooooo iiiiitttttt

I have no pain, NO PAIN! Even better, my legs are starting to feel equal. You are completely responsible for this and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. As you know I have a long history of failed PT and unhelpful practitioners. You have a natural intuition, insight, and talent for fixing people through physical therapy that is unmatched in my experience. You see things other people can't, and your ability to accurately analyze movement is uncanny. I remember being in tears in your office because I thought I could not be helped, but you helped me, and words cannot begin to describe my gratitude. Experiencia fantástica: Without a doubt the best Physical Therapy location in East County. It was recommended to me by multiple doctors. My wife and I are both used it for shoulder surgery and their work is excellent both of us have full use of our arms and Ben who runs the location is great. They also have classes as well as massages

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a client of Rehab United since 2007 for multiple sports injuries and they are hands down the best therapists around. Unfortunately, I have spent a lot of time in PT and had experience with both good and bad therapists and clinics. I returned to RU for post knee surgery therapy November 2017 with Ben H. I had never been to the La Mesa location but had worked with Ben H. years ago. The reason I continue to work with RU is their dedication to treating the whole body not just the spot of the injury. They make sure your body is aligned and moving correctly. My first return visit was 27 November and I could barely bend my knee, could not walk, and didn't have full extension. After 5 sessions I was able to ditch the crutches and am almost at full and correct walk. I flew home post surgery specifically to do recovery and rehab with RU that is how fantastic they are!
