I suffered from a vestibular attack June 2021- vertigo symptoms for 3 months, with vision distortion and balance issues for 6+ months. I felt a significant improvement by session 2, and, continued through all sessions and home practice. Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this place. Although I was new patient and they were busy, they fit me in on one day after I called them. I had a stubborn case of BPPV. My first appointment was with Leann. She is kind and knowledgeable and we tried Epley a few times, but my BPPV wasn’t resolved. So I came back for a second appointment and this time with Diron. He is the owner, and highly experienced. He’s also very strong, and I have a body that resists turning fast or hanging my head freely due to fear of vertigo, but he could fix me after 2-3 trials of Epley. After that, no BPPV and no dizziness. If my BPPV kicks in again and I’m in the SJ area, I’ll definitely ask for another visit with Diron.

I was referred here and had Diron work with me on a whole bunch of different exercises. He caught a bunch of little things my doctors did not notice and with a couple months of different exercises he helped me return to school. They are super supportive, super knowledgable, and extremely honest. I would not have healed the way I did without their help. I would definitely recommend Vortex Physical Therapy.

Cara is the soul of the clinic with her care and customer services; she welcomes you and prepares the paperwork in a friendly and smoothly way. My vestibular therapist is Brittany and I cannot be happier. She listens and understands each piece of what I experience. Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Vortex! I was suffering from ongoing vertigo for 2 weeks and was miserable. One morning the vertigo was so bad it knocked me to the ground and my head could not find what was "level". Immediately broke out into sweat and had nausea. Cara was able to get me in the same day. I saw Leann, who did a full assessment and diagnosed my right ear as the issue. She was thorough, friendly, and after waking up the next day I felt 100% better. Vertigo is really scary but glad Vortex was there to help.

My therapist effectively targeted my balance deficiencies and provided appropriate exercises, resulting in tremendous improvement and confidence in my balance. She actively worked with me for close to one hour per visit and provided effective home exercises. Always professional as well as caring, she is my hero! The office staff was friendly, efficient, and promptly processed my insurance claims. I highly recommend Vortex for anyone experiencing balance issues.

Experiencia fantástica: For anyone with any vertigo or vestibular problems, do give this place a try. They know what they are doing! My PT here is Johanna and she is great! She performed a maneuver on my left ear for BPPV, and then instructed me through a series of exercises for post-BPPV habituation. She answered all my questions patiently, checked in on me from time to time, and tracked my progress with the exercises in subsequent visits. I am doing a lot better now and very thankful that I found this place.

The staff is very responsive and friendly. My therapist, Brittney is beyond a 5 Star rating. My 2nd experience comes as a referral from my Stanford physician. Brittney has read through all the records sent and has discussed my condition is depth. She listens to what I am experiencing and together we work toward a solution with strengthening exercises, concentrating on the balance issues that I have, along with vertigo and instability. I would highly recommend Vortex Physical Therapy - they are a caring group with the care of their patients being paramount.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been suffering with vertigo for several months in 2020. Tried many of the exercises that I found on the internet which seemed to help for a few days but soon the dizziness would return which was very frustrating! My doctor recommended that I try Vortex Physical Therapy & Balance because she’d heard that they were very successful in treating vertigo. I booked an appointment but didn’t have much hope. My therapist, Johanna Kerr was wonderful, after some initial questions, she got right to work on my problem. After several attempts she was able to stop the spinning but warned me that it could come back so we scheduled two more sessions and finally the vertigo is gone and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Vortex. Johanna was friendly and very professional and the other staff were great too. I would highly recommend Vortex Physical Therapy! Kathy

Experiencia fantástica: I could not have found a more fitting place to treat my Vertigo ( BPPV). I had been dealing with balance/dizzy/motion issues for quite some time now after my primary physician told me to wait it out and it will go away naturally. From the minute I called and scheduled with Cara to the time I walked in and was treated by Brittany, it has been 100% positive! Brittany was understanding, spent the time explaining everything that she was going to do, along with what to expect. The following day after treatment I still felt woozy and I called the office, I spoke with her and was reassured what I felt was normal. Her patient explanation of BPPV and how to treat it was amazing. I highly recommend Vorte Physical Therapy. My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so glad that I found Vortex PT for an onset of vertigo, whew! They really know their stuff. The setup here is amazing, all the equipment is specialized for treating vertigo. Even infrared goggle to detect fine eye movements for diagnosing and selecting exactly the right exercises to do for it. I highly recommend Vortex. Cara at the front desk is super nice and professional; their therapist Brittany is amazing and highly effective, so enjoyable to work with. I'm falling-over delighted with them! (hopefully not falling over for very long though, lol)
