Experiencia fantástica: This past fall, I returned home from a hiking trip in the northern rockies (having carried a toddler miles through the stunning Banff and Jasper National Parks). The day I got home, my lower back gave out and I had a debilitating, first-time experience with sciatica. I was on the floor for three days with excruciating pain. I could not walk, bend, or lift anything. It was horrible. Christine at Perfect Balance PT --- you literally helped me walk again! I am writing, now, months later, to say thank you and promote your brilliance. The scariest part was not understanding what was happening in my body, and not knowing if I could be right again. Perfect Balance PT treatment --- which was all done remotely because I live too far away --- was like an education: in addition to guided stretches and exercises (even guided breathing), I also learned how my back, hip and core were all connected. We looked at anatomy. Addressed ways I was sitting, cooking, and sleeping; my exercise routine; how I was picking up my 2 year old; etc. Things that were out of balance in my everyday that made me susceptible to injury and long term issues. I wanted relief from the pain in my left knee, and her exercises worked like magic! She is a great source of motivation, and so earnest about promoting healing and health. Experiencia fantástica: Christine is the most gifted PT I've ever worked with. Even at my first visit, I left feeling significantly better. I have a physically demanding job as well as am an athlete and have seen her for several issues. She has always been able to target the underlying issue and provide treatment and supportive exercises for me to do at home to enhance healing. I've also sent a family member to her who was having an acute back problem (he almost couldn't walk) and in one session, he was 90% better. She has a broad range of knowledge and uses many modalities to support her patients. She uses myofacial release, cold laser, craniosacral, massage, support tape, cupping and energy work and more. If you have an acute or ongoing issue, Christine's wide range of healing techniques will get you back to feeling great.

Experiencia fantástica: Christine was awesome helping my son, a soccer player who plays at a really high level, recover from his severe ankle sprain. 4 weeks of 1-1 therapy and my son was back playing in about 5 weeks, and at full speed in 6. She took great interest in my son's soccer and knew the treatment modalities. My son, now 16, thought he benefited a lot from the treatments. She uses state-of-art techniques, spends a lot of time teaching self-care techniques, and is someone my son started to trust. Our goto physio for him going forward. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Chris for the last 9 months after a foot injury. When I had walked into her office, the first time, I was literally limping to get in and could walk no more than 10 steps. Now, I am actively exercising on the regular thanks to the therapy Chris has provided. While I had been to other physical therapists, every time I would leave their office, I would leave in more pain. However, this experience was completely different. Chris customizes the therapy based on exactly what you need at what time. As you progress, she increases the intensity of the therapy as well, so that I was able to return to normal functioning. Thanks to Chris, I have got my life back. I am regularly going on walks, which, at the time of my injury, seemed impossible. She uses of variety of modalities to help support recovery, Including TENS, the laser, and Hands-on massage. Additionally, she works on strengthening So that similar injuries can be prevented. I am very grateful to Chris for helping me recover through my injury. I highly highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Christine Doblar by a friend and thank goodness I went. Suddenly my left arm began to scream pain after working out with a heavy medicine ball. I couldn’t hold a cup of coffer nor drink from the hand in that arm. In just one session not only did Christine get the screaming pain to dissipate I was able to play five ice hockey games last weekend by following her stretching and icing methods before and after each game. Though I’m not healed after one visit (not realistic to think I should be) I’m definitely headed in the right direction and I’m able to continue with playing hockey. Highly recommend Christine.
