Experiencia fantástica: I was in White Blossom Care Center for the last 10 days. I got out yesterday, Nov. 25, 2014. I was so pleased with almost every single person in that place from the cleaners to the nurses. Everyone was so kind and warm. I can't tell you how good that stay was. The Center is clean and smells good. After having a knee replacement, there is a lot of pain but everyone there was ready to help me and give me the best experience that I could ever want. I know that I have to have the second knee done and I don't want to go anywhere else but White Blossom when the surgery is done. I feel like I left a part of my family when I went home. Thanks White Blossom for making a difficult time so much better!!

Experiencia fantástica: All of the medical staff at White Blossom have an excellent fund of didactic knowledge and excellent clinical skills. Additionally, all the people I interacted with have wonderful interpersonal and social skills. In the 6 months I've been here everyone has been very kind to me. I intend to return to White Blossom. I have been in other Skilled Nursing Facilities So I have a basis of comparison. Several of the facilities we're quite beautiful however the staff , while technically competent, did not really have their heart in their work and emotionally detached. The entire staff at White Blossom really exhibits genuine caring . A big hug and thank you to the entire front office staff, everyone at Social Services, Jesse in maintenance, and all of my CNA's LVN's and RN's. Also the dietician Shirley and Veran. All my best to MJ Garcia, Harpreet., Kathleen,Stephanie, Leslie., Hong,Tranh, Phi, Lea, Rafael, Joy, Joyce,Jocelyn,Maria, James, Martine,Shirley,Hector, Hong, Inez, Clarissa, Shiela, Onofre Ibe; Craig, and Jesse . Experiencia fantástica: I was at white blossom I wasn't comfortable at first ,but then I started liking it there they were so nice to me and everyday they would change the sheets on the bed and whatever we are wearing and bate us so we can feel clean. They workers there talk with you to make you feel comfortable and laugh they have bingo arts n crafts they feed you good food they help you with physical therapy to get better and they let you have visits anytime . they are so friendly and nice I recommend my grandmother there and family they do there best there to have the patient happy so to me its a 5 star.

From the time I was admitted to two weeks later at discharge, I was treated with wonderful care and respect. The staff are professional and courteous. They came highly recommended and I personally give them a thumbs up.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an accident recently & needed extended care. A friend recommended that I try to get into White Blossom Care Center. She was in White Blossom a few years ago & had great care. It was on the list as one of the centers offered. I was able to get into the Center. I can't say enough of the care I received. Everyone at White Blossom from the CNA's, the Nurse's, Doctors, PT's, OT's, admin. staff including the top administrator are very caring and helpful. I'm glad they were part of road to recovery. I would highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I work as White Blossom Care Centers Director of Staff Development and I have been working here for almost 2 years. Ever since I have started my work at White Blossom I have felt the warm welcome from all of the Staff. From the Management and Administrative Team down to the Front Line Workers, I have seen first hand how caring and compassionate the staff have been in caring for Residents and their love ones. Our Administrator Robert Pierce have been a great addition to our White Blossom Team in ways that he has been supportive towards the Staff amongst many things. Our Director of Nursing Mirjana Fetic, along with her Assistant Director of Nurses Jennifer, and Brett are all working hard and remain dedicated to make sure that everything from the 1st day of Admission to finally Residents Discharge Date that all clinical aspects of care are reviewed, followed up, communicated, and reported to Family, Attending Physician, amongst many who are involve in your Family's care and well being. I am really proud and happy to be part of this great team here in White Blossom.

Experiencia fantástica: My name Daniel Trujillo I'm a resident here at Whiteblossom I just want to tell everyone to know this is a great facility starting with Activity dept always stopping by to offer supplies and inviting me to Bingo. Therapy their very professional And Humerto Marin is a great therapist he knows how to motivate people Always in good spirits and very positive.And Anish vyas is a great leader and he has a lot patience and third of all The Nurses are tremendously helpful always with a positive spirit. Like Jennifer crew and Orelia Sumo and Nicole prince noc shift nurse .For example CNAs Lupita Ponce, Elisa, Maritza Noc shift.They go over and beyond I want to thank White blossom for all their support.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been at White Blossom for over 6 years! This place has an amazing work environment and team players. Everyone here are friendly and always welcoming! Our nursing team and therapists always work hand in hand together to provide the best care for our patients. All I can say is I always look forward coming to work every day and not many people can say that!

Experiencia fantástica: I am the type that never will write a review however I need to get somethings out in the open. I was going to leave a very poor review but there was a nurse that literally hands down was a one man wrecking crew. My mother in law was a patient and she lets my wife and I know everything that happens from her waiting on the nurses assistant and them not responding at night. I know she can be a handful but there is no excuse for her seeing the nurses assistants sleep on the graveyard shift. I was floored when she told me her nurse was the one always checking on her and doing both jobs. I believe one of the assistants she saw walk by her room and didn’t even acknowledge that she pushed the button for help. She told me he went by the name Nehemiah. Yes he did do some work but she mentioned that if he was not in the mood to do his job he let her know by his actions. But saw him sleeping in some room all the time on the graveyard. The other assistant she said went Isaac. He however is a whole different story. She felt he had a chip on his shoulder and could hear his music and snoring. Very unprofessional. The only reason I bring this up is I’m a business man and if some guys were stealing from the company by sleeping on the clock, I’d take action. My mother in law however had not just a silver lining but it was golden. Nurse Maggie is the soul reason this place is getting my 5 stars. Not only did she do her helpers job as well as her own, you could just tell she really cared about the person in the bed. No matter the head ache they gave her she kept coming back with a smile. When we were there visiting she showed the out most respect to my wife and myself. She would explain to us what she was doing and made us feel like we could leave her in her hands and not worry one bit. This world needs more kindness the way nurse Maggie shows to her patients. I do feel bad saying negative things but again I’d like to know if I was in charge. If my mother in law ever needs help again I wish I could just hire her to come to my home and take care of her there. Thank you Nurse Maggie for giving me a little more hope that people can be kind in this world and thank you for helping my mother in law. It did not go unnoticed. Best of luck to you. You deserve the best life has to offer.

Experiencia fantástica: This facility exceeded our expectations after we had a horrific experience at a previous rehab center. The staff is really kind and the PT team was incredible in how they cared for my mom.

Experiencia positiva: I am giving 4 Stars mainly because of some of the staff. My brother had a stroke and went here after the hospital for about 6 weeks. The food is ok and the building is being painted which makes it look better. The front desk staff is all nice and very friendly especially Toni who was always very welcoming. Bella and TG were amazing and so very helpful. RNs BJ and Patricia were also very nice and helpful and kept me updated. Pratiksha was so amazing and empathetic. She was extremely helpful to me and always answered all my questions and helped in all she could. She is a Gem. If it wasn’t for the above mentioned staff I would give 1 star reason being that my brother also has type 1 diabetes and one time when my dad got there he was unresponsive and almost in coma due to his sugar being very low which was caused by getting insulin and not eating. According to management the fault was from an outsourced nurse that was there that day. Both my dad and I went there everyday at different times to check on him and make sure he was ok and all in all it was not a bad experience.

The rehab team were very patient and had him back on his feet in two weeks. The staff were very attentive and gave him great care like he was their own family members. Virend, Luis and the rest of the dietary/kitchen team do a great job serving delicious food to the residents and meeting their preferences. The management team, CNA’s, nursing team, activities team, and RNA’s are all full of wonderful, welcoming staff and the facility itself is also well-maintained, clean and bright thanks to the maintenance team. An overall great place to be!

Experiencia fantástica: I toured this facility yesterday and was so positively overwhelmed by all of the staff who warmly greeted me and patients I saw smiling doing rehab/being kept active in the hallways. I was able to learn from Destiny all that the facility offers to their short term and long term patient population and couldn't help but think this was a great placed for a loved one. If you're looking for a great SNF, you should definitely check White Blossom out!

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for a place for family to get stronger after a hospital stay then this is it. The staff was extremely welcoming and the facility is clean. Destiny and her team are always available to answer any questions and were so helpful throughout the whole process. The therapy team was extraordinary. My grandma was able to make it home for the holiday to spend with us. Extremely grateful. Thanks again.

Experiencia positiva: The reasons for three stars as follow: One of the star is for CNA name TG (Thank God), things are different when he is on his day off. TG is a very nice gentleman with caring heart and well trained! He should be recognized and awarded! One of the star is for the PTA (Physical Therapy assistant) Randy and Jose. Those two gentlemen also very well trained with patience and technique. They truly care of the patients they work with. One of the star is for the OT (Occupational therapy) Madison and Bonnie. Those two young ladies are the fresh air of the gym when they are around. They chat with patients to understand their needs and issues and encourage them to improve. Their knowledge of OT can really help their patients in their everyday life! No star for the administration. The entire facility needs upgrades and better maintenance. No star for the social services workers. They promised a lot but delivered not much. Need to constantly track them down if you want things to get done!

Experiencia fantástica: My grandmother was recently a patient at White Blossom and had an exceptional experience. The rehab staff are great, they got my mom mobile again after a recent hip surgery. The staff were kind and caring. We are so happy to have her home and on the mend!

Experiencia fantástica: This facility has taken great care of my loved one!! My Father in Law stayed in White Blossom for a little over a month. He can be a pain to work with, but the White Blossom Team had him smiling and participating in all of his care. He was able to leave the facility doing things he wasn't able to do prior to being hospitalized! They provided him with the encouragement he needed to really have confidence within himself to accomplish transfers and walking, which were his biggest barriers when arriving! Thank you White Blossom TEAM!

I have had numerous close family members here and even referred my neighbor after her hip surgery. They all received excellent care and the therapy team is phenomenal and highly trained. I will always refer my family and friends here! Thank you again, to everyone at White Blossom!

Experiencia fantástica: Had my uncle stay here after having foot surgery and was really impressed. My uncle is not the easiest to get along with and is very picky with his food and would often not listen to the staff and refuse to eat. Fourtunatley, the staff at White Blossom was amazingly patient and didn't seem to mind repeating themselves, expecially the physical and occupatioanl therapists. The kitchen staff also met with my uncle to update his likes and dislikes, which seemed to help. I would receive calls from my uncle saying he was actually served something he liked and ate the whole meal. Overall, a great place. I highly recommend this place for anyone who feels they might need a little more help before returning home after being in the hospital.

They kept me very informed of my dad's well being, and progress(They made sure to call me every time he fell or had any setbacks to his recovery). The activities department got me into visiting right away after I stressed how urgent it was for me to see my dad.

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to tell you what a wonderful place you guys have. The staff you guys have in the front - Destiny, Sara & Jonah are always so friendly and helpful. Paul CNA has been very helpful and all the other housecleaning staff. Monica therapist has been really good with working with my mom. I've been coming here for over the past 2 years and I've had multiple family members come here to get care. I will continue to recommend this place!

As you can see, the place is so clean and everyone was so kind and welcoming giving a warm ‘good morning’ in every hall I walked through. Facility smells great and everyone was dressed in different color scrubs so you knew each persons role. Their care team is knowledgeable and really gave me a sense of security when selecting the right place. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say good things about their staff. Compassionate, dedicated, and no matter what time of day I popped in, they were treating my dad like a family member. Savannah is so amazing I wish she could be cloned and able to care for everyone's sick folks 24/7 /365. Friendly at the front desk, smiles and pleasant attitudes and wonderful employees front to back. Whatever they make, it is not enough! The only thing I wish I could change is proximity to Valley Med. Sketchy area. I wish the front had a security guard 24/7 and that there would be a sign in sheet to visit.

Experiencia fantástica: My dad spent several weeks, on two different occasions, at White Blossom Care Center. We were very pleased with the excellent care he received by the numerous staff members we met. They exceeded our expectations. Special recognition goes to Bella, one of the CNA's. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend White Blossom to anyone needing rehab. Even the food was good.

Experiencia fantástica: Facility was unable to accept my family member because of 0 beds available. When they showed me the facility it was very welcoming and staff were kind. The intake director in the front did an outstanding job.

Experiencia fantástica: On the road to recovery from a very broken leg, surgery, Orthostatic Hypotension, and the need to build strength after a 2 week hospital stay? The White Blossom team has been very kind, respectful, responsive and helpful in my recovery I knew checking in, that this was not some "Aspen ski lodge sports rehab center". It's a blend of senior care and rehab, more towards the senior care The facilities are clean. My bedsheets are changed daily. They deep clean weekly The food is acceptable, understanding it's institutionalized for 500ish people. It's a ton better than valley med It's not a fancy Napa resort. There have been some meals I did not like. But for the most part? It's good to give you strength to recover. There was initially some issue working out my pain management (pill delivery) schedule. But once the house doctor saw me? We are on track like clockwork The PT/OT team is diligent, working not only to excercise me, but to train me how to do it myself. I've learned to transfer from chair to walker to shower and back. Very valuable This is not a vacation lodge in the Hampton's. It's a health care recovery center. If you come in with a positive attitude, and are able to act as your medical advocate? Or have friends and family that can? It's a GREAT place to recover Clariza, Sarvanez, Eddie, Ritchel, Jane, Victor, Hannah, Anandi. I could just go on and on listing the staff who have done their best to help me at every level. Set your expectations. Try your best. And the Team at White Blossom WILL help you get better
