She recognized my symptoms for sore shoulder didn't present itself as normal, and directed me back to care MD. MRI revealed "Cervical foraminal stenosis" which will probably require surgery to correct. Thank You Kirstin for directing away from PT. I'll be back for rehab PT as soon as possible. Dave

Experiencia fantástica: After suffering an extremely debilitating back injury followed by surgery...I wasn't certain if I'd ever feel comfortable or able to walk normally again. Kirstin helped me get back to normal....and then some! My body honestly feels better than it did when I was a teenager. Kirstin was very supportive and remembered every detail about my experiences. I have gone through several rounds of physical therapy for this Condition and have made the most improvement here, so I appreciate all the work, time and dedication put in by my therapist to treat my issues from varied angles.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed with how much my PT (Lauren) worked with me to identify the root cause of my knee pain when running. She also gave me a many strengthening exercises with detailed info to make sure I had the righ technique. I'm on my way back to recovery and feel like I have the tools and confidence I need to run long distance again. I highly recommend coming here for PT needs.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my second therapy office I have been to and have to say that I have improved by leaps and bounds at Core Physical Therapy. My therapist is Laurie Hettinga and she really gets what's going on with my back and legs and gives me exercises that I can do without hurting myself. The first therapy office I went to had one size fits all therapy and I injured myself following their direction. It was evident when I went to Core Therapy there is more than one way to treat symptoms.

Experiencia fantástica: Wes was such a great physical trainer, super easy going and extremely knowledgeable. The exercises that he taught me were simple yet still challenging enough (given proper repetition) to help my trouble areas. Wes also sent me articles and assigned exercises for me on their StriveHub app in case I forgot how to do a particular exercise or how many reps I should be doing. I would highly recommend Core Physical Therapy.

He's very attuned to nuances of strengthening and that I've never experienced from a physical therapist before. All the staff is very kind and and extremely competent. Excellent follow up and helpful emails too.

I had been going through life exercising improperly and moving my body in a way that resulted in 2 disc herniations. With their help, I am well on my way to recovery and more aware of how to exercise properly and move my 6'2" frame through a world met for people who are 5'10".

Experiencia fantástica: I see Esther once a week for licensed massage therapy. The staff are all really wonderful and Esther has amazing skills. I definitely feel well taken care of here! Update 11/02/18: I began seeing providers at Core for PT several weeks ago and had another truly wonderful experience. I have worked with Laurie, Mallory, Kensie, Alethea, and their interns Alex and Ally. Everyone is super skilled and friendly and always conscientious about the problem areas. I "graduated" from PT yesterday since they really improved my condition very quickly and because I'm relocating to a job in Tacoma. Core did an excellent job preparing me to take care of myself after I graduated and I measured stronger than when I began treatment. I also feel stronger and much better since I began. I am very pleased and impressed with the outcome. Also a huge shout out to Emma behind the front desk, she does a great job with scheduling and insurance concerns. I really can't recommend this place enough. I will miss working with the entire Core team!
