Pt's are super attentive and really focus on what you're coming in for, and what you need to improve on. This location is a great environment, fun and enjoyable staff to work with. I was able to return to sports feeling confident and prepared once my therapy was completed.

Clinic provides exercises to improve physical health to get you back into sport, work, or any daily activities pain free. You leave the clinic feeling better with every visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been in PT for different reasons over the last 15 yrs both here and back East.This facility is top notch and one of the best I have been to.. All the therapists, aides and staff are outstanding. They are very friendly caring , supportive, competent and know just what to do to help improve whatever your problem is. Kristen and Danielle are doing wonders to help me avoid knee surgery. I highly recommend this facility. It’s very spacious, clean and has every equipment needed for your particular problem.

All the staff techs are very nice and kind. I highly recommend Body Central over all other Physical Therapy places I’ve been in Tucson because of their quality of work and attention to detail. They take time and you get the one on one attention you need. 5 Stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice staff. Very helpful and understanding. Also, they take AHCCCS and are a fairly easy trip on the bus with a little walking (Rts 2, 11, 15). The staff is all really nice and understanding. The bus has been particularly unreliable the last few weeks and it has made me late and miss at least one appointment. The staff has been really accommodating about that and hasn't made me feel bad about it. My Physical Therapist is Karen. She is wonderful. I'm dealing with an issue that started 20 years ago and she spent a lot of time getting to know my history and what types of issues I have. She's very understanding about my limitations and doesn't make me feel bad for not being able to do more. She spends a lot of time demonstrating and explaining my exercises and explaining what benefit they have. She's very attentive and makes frequent adjustments to my exercises when it's proving too difficult for me or if it's painful. The sports focus threw me off at first because I was worried it would be more of a "push through" vibe but it definitely isn't. The whole staff is super supportive and they seem to do a great job of meeting patients where they're at.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in with some of the worst knee pain I've ever had. Could barely walk without limping and going up and down stairs was painful. Skating kinda went out the window for a while. Kristen did testing and assessment and promptly put me on a program for about 6 weeks. Working with her and Talmadge and the rest of the crew was great and the exercises were focused towards helping with my knee and sport. Saw noticable improvement about 5 weeks in and I'm skating consistently again. Everyone was so helpful and encouraging. I highly appreciate and recommend this PT center.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is very courteous and competent. Everyday they ask a question with multiple choice answers to get patients thinking and to have a little fun. They have several locations throughout Tucson. The one I go to at Ajo and Campbell is conveniently located with plenty of free parking. I would recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I researched several PT's in the Tucson area before selecting Body Central. When I told my physician that I wanted to go with Body Central, he said "I like them". As it turns out, I like them too. They are thorough, professional, and encouraging. I had to work hard. Sometimes it seemed that what was required of me was well beyond my limits. But their encouragement pushed me through the brick wall and I'm better for it. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Body Central. Their entire staff is top notch.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a blind amputee when started at Body Central. I’ve since regenerated all my limbs and regained my sight. What an amazing staff! Always professional always on point. In all seriousness this team is awesome. Steve and Tyler have worked wonders for me and I always look forward to my appointments. You’re in good hands at Body Central. I just wish they would stock bottled water during the quarantine. I know drinking fountains are off limits but we still need water and you don't always have a bottle in the car.

If I ever need therapy again I will come here, and will recommend to others. Techs are friendly, kind, helpful. Place is immaculately clean, easy to schedule appts, always receive reminders. But Kristen and Steve, along with the rest of the team has truly helped me gain my confidence back. I feel like they’re truly there to help. Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely impressed with not only the level of professional care I received for my issue but also the friendliness of everyone at the Ajo Way location. I was treated for several weeks by Kristen with help from Brianna, Hannah and Abby. Everyone felt like family to me by the time my treatment was over. I left feeling even better than before my injury occurred. The desk staff was amazing and greeted me by name when I walked in. I was well cared for physically and emotionally.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a great experience at BodyCentral, receptionists are super sweet and are always in a great mood and always receive you with a great big smile followed with a how are you , always making me feel welcomed. Very chill , quiet and friendly environment. Physical therapist are also super nice and awesome ! They always make you feel comfortable. After my first few visits I already felt more healthy and stronger .

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never had physical therapy before and after having my third baby, I knew that I was in need of some help! I didn’t really know what to expect and was a little nervous initially, but my BODYCENTRAL PT, Madeleine, (who is a pelvic floor expert) made me feel very comfortable. She is very personable, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I’ve had a great experience so far and I feel that I am already seeing improvements and strengthening after just two sessions.

Great attitude, customer care and knowledge of what my needs and concerns are. He works with you to achieve your goals but doesn't drive you harder than your body can tolerate. Experiencia fantástica: Knowledgeable, experienced and friendly staff. Both Kirsten and Steve have helped me get better. They provide physical therapy, massage and developed a program for my particular needs which have helped me get stronger. Their assistants are also great. They help me get through the exercises which are centered around increasing core strength. Typically I spend about an hour there. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. The front desk staff are very nice and professional. I have been here before when I was pregnant and they helped me manage my back pain. I recommend anyone to try them out at least once. They offer gym memberships as well and many other services to manage pain.

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished my third week of PT treatment with Kristen and Steve--I feel so much improvement, and I am continually impressed with both therapists' knowledge and skills. I whole-heatedly enjoy going to PT sessions. Even if my physical issue morphs into something else, they have the skill set and flexibility to address it. The techs and the front desk staff are excellent as well!

They were very accommodating with their schedules, and made sure I had every resource to make not only a full recovery, but a quick one at that! I have made great improvements and I know A LOT of it has to do with my therapy after my back surgery.
