Experiencia fantástica: My physical therapist, Carol Dickman, was terrific! I had a total hip replacement in 2015 and had PT at another facility and had to discontinue as it was not helping. I had the other total hip replacement and my MD recommended this facility to me and my experience is so much more positive and therapeutic. I have been helped recover from surgery, from issues with my back and other problems. The exercises built strength but did not cause pain or soreness. The other therapies available helped with issues of inflammation and muscle tightness. Sara, the PT tech and all other wonderful staff help this facility move smoothly in a friendly and efficient way. I cannot thank everyone enough! I would, and I have, recommend Agility at St Mary's to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I've done physical therapy before at other places around town and the experience here is 1000 times better. I have been battling Plantar Fasciitis and some weirdness with my hip dipping when I do squats. The initial session to determine how to proceed with treatment was thorough and I truly felt cared for. From there it only got better. Nicolas is incredibly thorough. We would go through movements and treatment and adjust when necessary as new things came to light. I may not be at 100% just yet, but I've come a long way and I know I'm on the right path with this team! Derek at the front always remembers me and continues to greet me with enthusiasm. I appreciate the kindness from every member on staff and look forward to all my sessions. If you are in need of a physical therapist, I highly recommend anyone from the staff at St. Mary's Agility Spine and Sports Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Agility by my knee doctor. He said he wanted me to try PT before anything more drastic. When I called to schedule my first appointment, the woman I spoke to on the phone was really nice. She had a friendly attitude and made it easy to schedule. When I showed up for my first appointment, they have you fill out a survey of your pain to keep track of your progress, which I thought was pretty cool. It looked small from the front area, but once they take you back, it's pretty big. The whole staff is really friendly. It's nice and calm once you get back there and start doing your therapy. My physical therapist was very knowledgeable and I left my first session a little more educated on what was going on with my knees. As the sessions went on, I met other assistants, which all very very nice. It's pretty cool because you get to know them, as they get to know you. They all know your name and treat you like a friend. A couple weeks went by and I have improved tremendously. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience doing my physical therapy here at Agility. I had a triple pelvic fracture and rebuilt right knee which had me in a wheel chair for 3 months. My therapist was normally Nico. With the help of Josh, Jose, and Edna they helped develop me from learning how to stand up with a walker to walking completely independently comfortably. Everyone here, from Derek out at the front desk to all the therapists and assistants in the back, all made me feel welcomed and important. My development and comfort level was always a priority. I always had one on one attention whether it be directly with my therapist Nico, or the knowledgeable Jose, Josh, or Edna helping me through my exercises. Id recommend this facility to anyone and everyone needing physical therapy. Great place to be to get healthy and stay healthy.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a fantastic experience at Agility under the care of Nico Kenagy. My post surgery recovery was a long one, and painful and Nico (and his minions) was there for me every step of the way - he was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, caring and understood what needed to be done to get me back to functioning well with my shoulder. I highly recommended Agility at St. Mary's and highly recommend Nico Kenagy as a physical therapist. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: The genuine care and concern provided by the therapy staff as well as the office folks is what sets Agility apart. They are, of course, adept professionals, but even more importantly, they are sincere in their desire to help patients recover and improve their lives through time. I love this place, and ALMOST (but not quite!) wish I had additional injuries just to be able to continue to share in the positivity which is a natural part of the Agility experience.

Experiencia fantástica: 04/15/16 Last year 08/2015 I was going through physical therapy at St. Marys Outpatient therapy for a total left shoulder joint replacement surgery i had in the beginning of august 2015. I went to therapy for 5 months and still do not have even 70% the range of motion i should have had for going through therapy for the amount of time i did. They also had too much staff and too much rotation of the therapist working with you so you could stick with one individual and there program. Then a friend Moses Baca told me about agility spine and sports physical therapy-St. Marys. He had total knee replacement surgery and he only went through 6 weeks of therapy and he had at least a 90% recovery with the therapy and just raved about the staff and how wonderful they were. So for my Right total shoulder joint replacement surgery i had in 03/04/16, I decided to go with agility spine. I started therapy with agility spine on 13/21/16 and have now been through 4 full weeks of therapy and i am already at 80% range of motion back. Agility spine, there staff and the equipment they use has really been an amazing experience. Jake is the main therapist that works with me and he has therapist assistants who help him and they all work as a team. You are always with the same therapist doing the same routine so you actually progress in your therapy. Their front office staff and medical staff is so nice, professional, personal and friendly. I can tell all the other patients that go there are happy also. I would defiantly go back for anything else i needed therapy for and send everybody that i know that has surgery to Agility Spine Therapy. Experiencia fantástica: Agility was recommended by my doctor so i could have dry needling and physical therapy. Everyone here is awesome. Tim was my primary therapist. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty much everyone there worked with me in some aspect and all were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. I was seen for hip pain and back pain. I didn't even have to finish all the sessions my doctor suggested. I feel so much better and have been pain free. I highly recommend this facility.

Experiencia fantástica: The team (including the front desk) at St Mary's Agility is fantastic and extremely professional and courteous with their clients. For 4 months twice a week they were there with me to help regain the use of my shoulder. I never expected the recovery to be so difficult, but thanks to Agility's dedication and personal attention, I'm good to go again and have pleasant memories of what was a painful process.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very pleased with the physical therapy services I received at Agility. Nico Kenagy, the physical therapist who worked with me is wonderful. He is extremely competent in his field, professional and very nice. The exercises he had me do directly addressed the areas of muscle weakness that I experiecned after hip surgery. I particularly appreciated the fact that he listened to my concerns regarding my physical inabilities, and showed me exercises specifically designed to address those concerns. I am now able to do many physical activities that I was not able to do when I started therapy. The therapist aides who worked with me are, to a person, helpful, friendly and patient. Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Agility is top notch, and I've had a lot of past experience with PT staff and offices for comparison purposes. From the time you book the first appointment it's obvious they are very competent and caring, and faced with a complicated foot issue after surgery, I know it was a challenge to treat. Jake LaShot has such deep knowledge of ways to address mobility and pain issues and he is so focussed on helping regain normal activities. Other staff members are friendly, and it's just a good atmosphere, you can tell they enjoy their work. Go with true professionals if you require PT, this crew will work their hardest to help you.

Experiencia fantástica: Top-notch care from the helpful front desk to the entire PT crew. I'd visited St. Mary's location in 2017-18 after foot surgery. Now recovering from a total knee replacement. Ty and Steve with assistance from Josh, Ruth, Jeanette and interns Becca and Harry have been just terrific to help me get back my ability to walk. When old issues with my back and tendonitis surfaced a few weeks into therapy a new protocol was designed, and this 'whole body' approach has made all the difference. I'm a ways from where I need to be, but plan to stick with them. The whole place has a positive and caring vibe with a team approach not found in other PT clinics I've visited. Experiencia fantástica: The staff are super great. Great customer service from the front desk staff. I am doing Physical Therapy at the St Mary’s location. It’s about 5 minutes from my house. My experience there has been very pleasant and my pain level is good. The staff are just super and I absolutely would recommend Agility to my friends and family member’s. This is a long review but I just so happy about the care I am receiving.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been having trouble running for several years with some shooting pain and tightness in my hip after running and at work. I would increase my miles and every time crash into pain causing me to decrease my milage signficantly. My VA Nurse Practitioner referred me out for a Sports PT. I chose the St. Mary's location of Agility because they had openings and was assigned PT Lauren. Lauren was able to watch me run on a treadmill, assess that I sit too much at work, and see my issues. A bundle of tightness in the wrong areas and lack of strength/ engagement in the right areas. She then showed me the problems and gave me concrete information, exercises and stretches to solve those problems. She answered my questions with paitence. Wow! My feet land straight now, and my glutes are engaging when I run, my legs have the flexibility to go behind me when running without pulling on, and twisting, my lower torso and hips. I'm so grateful to PT Lauren and the other staff there. They will watch you, assess, give you information and tools to fix your health! They probably take your health insurance too, give them a call. Experiencia fantástica: We love Agility! I first came to Agility for my knee more than 10 years ago. I had wonderful results! When my husband fell off the roof four years ago, and we had to choose a therapy location, Agility was our choice! The therapists, receptionists and everyone at the St. Mary's location has been absolutely wonderful! They have helped my husband progress through the 21 surgeries he has had on his ankles and leg. They have been instrumental in getting home from full time wheelchair to walker, to walking sticks, to being able to walk unassisted! His transformation has been wonderful! Thank you to all the therapists, old and new, those who have moved on and those who are just starting out. Wonderful work and encouragement on this long journey!

Experiencia fantástica: I have typical geriatric arthritic pains and unsteadiness, which I thought I was stuck with for the rest of my days. My wife was satisfied with the Agility PT help she'd received two years ago. I got a referral and met Maria Russomanno. During several sessions Maria gave me numerous exercises, and showed me how to do them. She listened when I said I didn't have a lot of time, and tailored the workouts accordingly. After just 6 sessions with this always cheerful, always upbeat and encouraging therapist, I have regained a sense of balance which I thought was gone for good. Thanks to her excellent direction and attitude, I am recovering strength in leg muscles I had long ago written off. THANK YOU Maria.

Experiencia fantástica: My only complaint is that the facility near St. Mary's is difficult to find in a maze-like parking lot surrounding the various clinics in that area. But the PT was first class (Alex) and the facility was clean and well equipped. Highly recommended.

She answered all of my questions and taught me the exercises I will need to keep the back pain from returning. I highly recommend them.

The Front Desk was always welcoming and professional in scheduling and taking care of insurance. The PT Techs followed through with all required exercises in a conscientious manner. These therapists deserve many more stars as they are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, skilled, know their profession well and are willing to listen to my aches and pains and make special efforts to alleviate them! They are pleasant, they explain procedures and they make me feel so very much better. The facility is clean, the front desk ladies Kasey and Kristen are always ready to accommodate my appointments. What can I say, other than to recommend these two therapists and this West Tucson facility. Make your appointment there and you will certainly be glad that you did!

Experiencia fantástica: I have always been very active, but now that I am over 60, I was starting to have some chronic aches that were keeping me from sleeping well and enjoying some of the activities I'd always done. I had never been to physical therapy before, but my sister encouraged me to try it, and Agility had a center just a few miles from my home in Tanque Verde. I met Lexi Patterson for my assessment. She succinctly pinpointed my weaknesses and laid out a plan of treatment to strengthen the afflicted areas that I would be able to continue at home ongoing -- even after my weeks of treatment were over -- which is exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend her. She, as well as the rest of the staff, are friendly, upbeat, accommodating and very knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: My son went to the West location for Physical Therapy for his knees and was treated by Ali and Kayla. They were both amazing and very professional. Their facility is always clean and they keep everything very organized. I’m so happy he got to be treated by both Ali and Kayla they both worked very hard for him to be 100% now. Thank you ladies!! Experiencia fantástica: I was a patient of this location 10 years ago after a bad car accident . I worked with Jacob back then and still recall such a great experience with therapy . My doctor recently recommended that I begin therapy for lower back treatment. I immediately thought of Agility and so glad I did. Everyone from the front desk to all the therapists are so amazing! I scheduled with Andy to begin treatment, plus I was very happy to see that Jacob is now a senior technician there- I highly recommend agility , The knowledge and care from the entire team are exceptional !

Experiencia fantástica: My first time at Agility I saw Marissa. I had plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis from running. She was friendly and a highly knowledgeable physical therapist. Marissa gave me several stretches and strength exercises. She gave me some suggestions to adjust my running form. All of her advice made an immediate difference. I was hoping to see Marissa my second time at Agility, but found out she was not available. Instead, I worked with Maria who was equally exceptional. Maria was kind and had extensive knowledge of all areas of physical therapy. She gave me several strength exercises that immediately fixed stiffness in my IT band. Agility far exceeded my expectations. There is no better place to go for physical therapy.

The staff is very patient, compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. Right from the first appointment they make you feel comfortable and at ease. Experiencia fantástica: Agility has been my go-to PT for all my various bumps, bruises, chronic headaches, bursitis and falls for OVER 10 YEARS. They are currently administering PT for total knee replacement surgery. They are all top shelf, compassionate and thorough. They take their work seriously. This recent knee replacement has been a challenge to be sure, but they are helping me get through it 100%.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an awesome place. Went there after having problems after total knee replacement. Andy Ochoa was my physical therapist. He truly listens to you and understands what you are dealing with. He is “hands on”. He seemed to know exactly where massage would help. So many therapists I saw previously did not touch my knee at all. Massage truly helped my tight and sore muscles. His advice and treatment plan really helped me. I came to therapy using a cane and left therapy not needing it. On my last visit Andy said I could call him any time if I had questions/problems. How many people do that? Can’t recommend Andy Ochoa and Agility Physical Therapy enough.

Excellent therapy programs and also very personable. I appreciated that I could talk to her about my concerns. Also, the whole team is great--they work together very well.
