Experiencia fantástica: My daughter has been seeing Dr. Mo at SPARCC for a year now. We are treated with respect and compassion by him and all of his staff. We always feel like we mean something to them and never feel like we are rushed and not listened to. My daughter has seen one other concussion specialist a couple of years ago and we hated the whole experience and never went back. Dr. Mo knows his stuff and cares about the people and the work that he does. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go with Dr. Mortazavi!

Dr Minor checked my hip many different directions and knew within 2 minutes what was wrong. He used ultrasound to show me. I have seen multiple doctors for my hip problem and not had any real results until now. Thank you SPARCC

Experiencia fantástica: If you are having issues related to a concussion, look no further than SPARCC. It is not an exaggeration at all to say that being treated by Leila Samsam there totally turned my life upward. I got knocked out and concussed in a car wreck and began experiencing the aftereffects (migraines) in the weeks and months afterward. I visited three different doctors and all three did nothing for me except say that I was suffering from post-concussion syndrome, and everything should clear up in a few weeks. That didn’t happen as things instead began to get progressively worse. The migraines very much affected my job and ability to do anything without the constant fear of a migraine bringing me to my knees. So, I called up SPARCC and made an appointment with Leila. I essentially told her the first half of my story, and she responded with the second half and was dead nuts on. She clearly explained what was going on – that my brain was still recovering and telling me through the migraines that it was being overstimulated. She always took the time and asked questions about everything going on, and always gave me clear direction on how to fix my head (and other bonus lifestyle tips too). If I had not gone to see her, I would have continued to suffer from debilitating headaches and would probably be unemployed at this point. That is why I can honestly say she changed my life for the better in a huge way, and highly recommend her services. Thanks Leila!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a team that provides both clinically relevant and empathetic care for your needs you have found it! After being seen at other places for a history of other sports related and fitness injuries, SPARCC tops the list of being the best thus far. Everything from the check in process with the front staff, to the history forms, clinical exams and referral support, it has all been top notch. I truly believe they have a passion for helping their patients achieve their goals and that is shared among all their staff, regardless of who you will see. My case was not a typical injury but more complex involving other systems; after seeing both Leslie Streeter and Dr. Minor they came up with a care plan that was very individualistic and tailored to my needs. You will find that they are not only knowledgeable on the clinical aspects of care but also really know their stuff when it comes to the current research as it applies to medicine and improving outcomes. I appreciate that because it shows they always want to better their practice and apply the newest approaches to helping patients. A couple of times I needed to reach them both outside my appointment times to ask some questions to ensure I was on track, and both Leslie and Dr. Minor were directly available and answered promptly to what I needed. As I continue to rehab I am very grateful for their care and also the referrals provided. They work with some great physical therapists and other specialists in the community, so you will be in good hands if you need additional support. When I go to my appointments with PT we are in constant communication for what is needed next so you won’t feel like you are getting fragmented care like you would in other settings, often to the effect of, “do this exercise, hope it helps, see you next time.” The feedback loop among SPARCC providers and other specialists won’t leave you hanging as they are vested in your recovery. I would highly recommend SPARCC to anyone. They have treated me like family. That’s how health care should be.

They take the time to make detailed notes, provide comprehensive care, advocate on your behalf with other physicians and insurance providers. From the front desk to the treating physician, you will not find a better group of providers.

Experiencia fantástica: I am currently under the care of Dr. Jon Minor at S.P.A.R.R.C. The staff there has been genuine and thorough. Dr. Minor has been tenacious, insightful, and knowledgeable. He has sought out facts and went above and beyond while devising a plan for recovery and getting access to the care needed. I am so grateful to have him on my team!

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars for Dr. Mo! I am very pleased with my experience at SPARCC Sports Medicine. I had chronic knee pain for several months. Dr. Mo was caring, patient, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything in detail, patiently went through all the available options, and responded to emails/calls in a reasonable time frame.
