Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and efficient front desk always welcomed me and answered any questions I asked. Karl did my initial intake "interview" and Exam. Explained my options and the plan for me in detail. Reviewed my progress with me regularly. Friendly, easy to talk with and understand. Very knowledgeable, helpful and positive. I had a ruptured Bicep tendon & 3 of 4 Rotator Cuff Tendons were torn. Had RC surgery. Afterwards I worked mostly with Ashley & Alona. Both were friendly, very knowledgeable and focused on my recovery. Explained every exercise in detail and made sure my posture etc was correct. They monitored me & made sure I was safely performing my tasks. Also worked with others 3-4 times. This was difficult for me at nearly 70 YO! Everyone (even those who I didn`t work with) was supportive, positive and FANTASTIC! I am stronger, more flexible and in better shape than I could have imagined. I am back on the Golf course now, Thanks to everyone at this clinic! I highly recommend this clinic.

I travel everywhere in western Washington for work, however, I feel at home whenever I have the opportunity to cover appointments at the Physio Health Clinic in Kent. Physio Health Clinic has been my favorite clinic to work at for years. The staff there is wonderful, starting with Dr. Martin Hehn. Dr. Hehn is a very compassionate human being, his commitment to help people is unparalleled, and he has put together a great team of healthcare professionals in order to serve those in need. From the medical assistants to the office personnel, you will always experience the best customer service with the respect, privacy, and compassion that you deserve as a patient. Dr. Mikhail Makovsky is a great doctor that brings a lot of experience to the table, especially when it comes to injured workers. He is very respected by the Department of Labor and Industries, and he's always determined to help patients navigate the very complex process of a worker’s compensation claim while obtaining the best possible outcome. Lastly I have seen this Clinic grow throughout the years. They have now expanded their Physical and Occupational Therapy wing with the addition of Danny Beeman and his team. Danny brings more than 20 years of experience helping patients recover from all sorts of injuries, including sports and work injuries. From physical therapy, work conditioning and work hardening, His rehab treatments are excellent! His team of assistants are also also very professional. I really enjoy working with Iryna Hrytsyuk, Ezra Sauter, Alona Hyde, and Ashley Basinger, but they are all very proactive, friendly, and compassionate driven professionals who will take care of you with a big smile on their faces. I recommend Physio health Clinic with pleasure as the best place for all of your medical and rehab needs. Don’t be shy! Give them a call and schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience. The front office personnel will make sure to work with you considering your income bracket, regardless of your medical insurance. Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best clinic I've ever been to. The doctors and physical therapy team here is outstanding for what they do for their patients. Dr. Hehn and Dr. Makovsky went above and beyond to provide the right treatment for my back after being misdiagnosed at other clinics. And while undergoing physical therapy and chiropractic treatments, my back pain improved massively. I would recommend anyone here that is injured in a heart beat.

Each one was very knowledgeable and each one was very conscientious of my limitations and pain thresholds. Have made very good progress due to their caring and professionalism. Experiencia fantástica: I went to Physio Health clinic for PT both before and after knee surgery. I found everyone there (from the front desk staff to the physical therapists) to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always greeted me, remembered me, and worked with me to reach my goals. They worked with my complicated health insurance situation to make sure my treatment was covered. They have all kinds of equipment and it seems like they're constantly expanding and getting the latest technology. I also had massages there as well as chiropractic appointment a few times and all of the providers were fantastic. I highly recommend Physio Health! I'm very helpful for everything they did to help me on my journey to better health!

Experiencia fantástica: I had been looking for an attending physician for my labor and industries occupational disease for almost two years but I couldn't find anyone willing to take my case, deal with a self-insured employer and schedule me within the month (most places I called were booked out more than 6-months). This was the only place to return my inquiry, follow-up, research my case and schedule an appointment within the month. The office staff were attentive, flexible, problem solvers and super friendly. No bad attitudes. Despite being a new patient, they treated me like I was a guest. My doctor, Dr. Malik, was attentive, very well spoken, professional, intelligent, concise and understanding. I wish I found this guy years ago. I highly recommend this place for industrial injuries and illnesses.

But everyone is friendly and welcoming. I recently moved and there are a dozen places closer to my home or work but I won't go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad to have met all the staff at this clinic, as an interpreter I can say it’s been great seeing how patients receive the personalized treatment they deserve. The front desk ladies are on top of things all the time and are so willing to work around people’s schedules. Dr Henh has been blessed with great healing hands & Dr Makowski can be a pretty straight forward man but I’ve seen his humorous side, he was the first doctor I worked with when I became an interpreter in 2009. They make a great team. On a personal note I truely enjoy interacting with them, EVERYONE is so friendly, respectful and caring. My mother is going though some health issues and Dan (physical therapist) he asks me how my mom is doing, all the time, he’s so sweet. Luda, Iryna & Ashley are fun & great to work with. A group of doctors that are concerned about the health of those in their care and have a great attitude while doing their tasks and listening to the needs of the people, not just pushing them through the motions and out of the door, like so many others.
