I am a very active 73 year old woman, and Dr Sujaya Deodhar worked not only on my hips, but my shoulders, back, neck and head! Seems like everything (pain) is connected. I was regular for about 6 months with IRG sammamish and worked with Dr Sujaya, Kristen and in those 6 months they helped me recover. When I joined I was barely walking and when I graduated I was very independent and able to go on treadmill, drive myself and gained strength. Their scientific method which is data driven plus they put their heart and soul to make me better was beyond expectations. They are very talented very professional and go beyond their way to help me in my journey to recover.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a long history of sciatica induced back pain which was getting worse over the years. I had tried home therapies, pain meds, chiropractic treatments, but to no avail. I thought surgery might be the only way out and was feeling super hopeless about my situation. I decided to give physical therapy as a final hail Mary before going down the route of surgery. And I am happy to report after two months of treatment that my range of mobility has vastly increased and pain cycles have reduced by more than 70%, which is miraculous given how dire the situation looked before treatment started. Dr Sujaya and her great team at IRG is super knowledgeable and the exercises are tailored to target the specific pain triggers and strengthening of muscles. The team is super patient to address any questions you may have about the condition, and imparts the right information that supplements the physical exercises. I am now feeling super hopeful about regaining my mobility and the perform wide range of physical activities without worrying about debilitating pain. Thank you IRG and keep up the great work !

I'd had a bad experience in PT in past, and I'd been hesitant to try it again. I'm so glad I did. Rama from IRG PT is absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend her enough. She gave me a bunch of exercises, and I no longer have any pain. She was also very personable and a pleasure to spend time with.

Experiencia fantástica: I suffered a severe shoulder dislocation in May 2022 and was recommended to IRG Sammamish center by an orthopedic doctor. Having had below average experiences with other physiotherapy centers in the area, I decided to choose IRG Sammamish as it was conveniently located near my home. When I first visited the center in late June 2022, my shoulder was extremely limited in movement. However, Dr. Sujaya, who is also the clinic director, provided me with exceptional care and expertise, tailoring my treatment plan to my specific needs. Although the recovery process was initially painful due to the impact of the injury, Dr. Sujaya's constant encouragement and expert guidance kept me motivated to continue with physiotherapy. After an MRI in September, two top orthopedic doctors suggested arthroscopy to regain movement, while others suggested taking a cortisone steroid injection. However, Dr. Sujaya persisted with various exercises, and by the end of November, I had regained most of my shoulder movement without surgery or steroids. Despite some orthopedic surgeons telling me that I would never be able to swim again without surgery, I was able to swim laps in freestyle in December 2022. Now with most of my shoulder movement back, I have started working on strengthening by going to the gym regularly, following the exercises suggested by Dr. Sujaya. I would highly recommend IRG Sammamish and Dr. Sujaya to anyone who lives in the Sammamish area. Thank you once again, Dr. Sujaya, for helping with my recovery without any surgery or steroids.

Experiencia fantástica: Very welcoming place with the knowledgeable staff. The place itself is very clean and bright. I worked with Sujaya to strengthen my legs after ACL repair for the last several months. Sujaya really knows what she is doing, she gave me exercises to do at home as well, I can see a progress in my abilities now. I should also mention Kirsten, beside being a PT, she is a great artist. There is always a new drawing every time I go. I attached a photo of her drawing, I hope she would not mind. The IRG staff is very supporting, a front desk lady, Hanah, was joing me several times when I did monster walks, the worst exercise in my routine. Would return there for my neck. I would highly recommend this place, it’s quite a bit of the driving for me, but I am glad I chose them.

Experiencia fantástica: I started my shoulder rehab process a few weeks with Sujaya at IRG - Sammamish. The Front Desk has been wonderful in helping me set up my appointments. Sujaya has been very clear in her directions and very careful to watch and make sure I was doing the assigned exercises correctly. She follows the protocol given by my orthopedist and has given me a home program I can monitor digitally and note my progress. I would highly recommend IRG - Sammamish.

Experiencia fantástica: I have used IRG for 3 issues. Kirsten Ross resolved a lower back issue and Dr. Sujaya Deodhar resolved an upper back issue and frozen shoulder. Being in pain made me anxious to move but with their calm and caring reassurance I have regained movement and strength. I find myself still doing the exercises when feeling sore. All of the staff cares about you. I will definitely use them for future needs. PS the views of the Olympic Mtns out their window's are amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: IRG is absolutely wonderful! I suffered from frozen shoulder for about 9 months and finally sought help to find relief. Rama helped me through mobility stretches, range of motion and eventually strengthening the shoulder area so I can fully use my shoulder again. I have seen all of the Physical Therapists at IRG and every single one of them is top notch. It was always a pleasure to go to PT and it sure doesnt hurt that they have the BEST view of Sammamish and the mountains! I'm grateful for everything they have done for me and will use them again if there ever comes a need.

I had a lot of anxiety about the process during my first few appointments, which was alleviated through Rama's ability to effectively provide treatment without pushing too hard or too fast. She is very patient with teaching exercises and always has a very positive attitude. The front desk staff were also very friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I am not well versed in Physical Therapy, I have not had to overcome many surgeries, so this was my first real experience with PT. I had torn my bicep from my elbow and my first surgery was not successful, the second surgery for my arm required removing a hamstring from my leg to maximize the success rate for recovery so I was a bit of a mess. I am a 52 year old male, far from in shape, post Covid pounds added to an already heavy set, I’m being kind to myself, I’m fat. I had a brave face, I think, but after 2 surgeries I was terrified my arm and lifestyle would not be the same. I love golf, love, love, love! When I first met Kirsten Ross PT, I was immediately assured we would be getting me back to pre-accident health and perhaps better. Her education and experience with almost any ailment I came in with during my recovery was astonishing. She understood when to push me and what our pace of recovery would allow. The surgeon thought 6 months recovery with PT would be required from my 1st surgery, he expected a longer recovery after the second, especially since it now included a hamstring removal. We beat that timeline together. Kirsten gave me an ever changing regiment and equipment for home exercises to keep up with my recovery and inspired me to push myself beyond pre-injury shape. I’m actually down 14 lbs but that’s a drop in the ocean on what I need to lose. I will always be so grateful that I was lucky enough to have Kirsten as my recovery therapist. I’m not sure I could have done it without her. Thank you for giving me my life back Kirsten….

Matt is very knowledgeable and knew just what to do to to help heal my shoulder. In no time, I was on the mend. Madeline, who works at the front desk, is a genuine person and greeted me warmly at each appointment. The entire staff at IRG is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this group and highly recommend them. If you’re the least bit hesitant, as I was initially, I recommend you call IRG right away.

She is very knowledgeable and clearly understands my limitations, yet very encouraging as I go through this process. I'm sure she'd be great for physical therapy on other body parts as well - I would highly recommend her...as a matter of fact, having required PT several times over the years, IRG has always exceeded my expectations.

I’ve been seeing Angela and her knowledgeable stuff for about 4 months, and have had great improvements! They take the time to listen and truly care, I have been given tons of great exercises and tools to strengthen and heal my injury. Being a full time yoga teacher, I feel like my exercises are personalized to helped me in my daily life. Plus the view from the windows is gorgeous, it’s a breathtaking mountain range on a beautiful day.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at IRG- Sammamish are incredible. I've worked with Danielle, Angela, and Rachel the past 8 months, prepping for and recovering from two knee replacement surgeries. They are gentle, kind, fun, and encouraging. They recognize and acknowledge pain, but then push me to the edge, so I can keep getting stronger. I leave each session with one or two new things to practice at home, along with a print-out of the exercises. Appointments and bookkeeping/insurance are handled efficiently and sweetly by Shane. This group of therapists, including Julia, one of the massage therapists, has truly transformed my future. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going for awhile for a serious injury. I really enjoy my visits. The staff is kind and patient. I struggle with remembering how to do a particular set of exercises and they always kindly show me how to do it, always patient! I've seen young and old patients and everyone is always happy. You do not feel like a number. They also offer massage therapy through insurance and cash pay for those of us who need it. Plus. While you are doing your exercises, the view is beautiful! I have no trouble booking appointments and both physical therapists are wonderful to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: You can call me one of those skeptics. After my hip surgery, my doctor suggested PT to get back to normal. I honestly didn't want to go, as I have had very little success in the past visiting PT facilities. I think I even said to Angela the Director that I didn't believe in PT and it was a waste of time :) They have proved me wrong. I love this place...to the point that I look forward to coming in for my visits. My mobility is night and day of what is was when I had my surgery, and that is directly related to the exercises and care that this facility offers. I can't recommend this place highly enough. GO!

Experiencia fantástica: Very good therapists and they know a lot how to deal with each patient. I was in a lot of pain after an OA flare up in my knee. Danielle helped me to recover from it and get my mobility. I was provided with exercises to be done at home and help strengthen the muscles that has really helped me.
