Experiencia fantástica: when our 8yo came down with Strep at 11pm. ER Staff was great with our scared little guy. They actually taught him how not to cry during the shot.. I thought I was at a children's hospital. Needs a 6th star.

Experiencia positiva: The health care my 87 yr old mother is receiving is great. The only reason you don't see 5 stars is housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. You're not suppose to get dirty feet in your hospital room. I'm not an environmental technition, but I'm pretty sure when you mop the floor you should use more that just water.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this Hospital I went in ambulance to the main hospital they did not see me took out my IV and put me back in the waiting room went to the hospital and they diagnosed me with bronchitis so this hospital is awesome better than the main

Experiencia fantástica: Had to take my son's girlfriend to the ER 3 days after Hurricane Michael for an abscessed tooth. We walked in, never sat, went straight back into a room, received immediate care, pain medication, a CT SCAN, and IV antibiotics. Were in and out in 3 hours! Everyone was so kind, even though they were going through so much with the fact that their homes and families were affected by the hurricane as well. Nurse Tricia was amazing. Thank you Phoebe North!

Experiencia positiva: When it comes to the ER, they need to DO BETTER! The waiting period is way too long and they lack greeting materials. As far as being admitted, the nurses are nice & dedicated to needs.
