Experiencia fantástica: My husband was diagnosed with brain and chest cancer mid April. We live outside of Blakey,Ga. We asked to be sent to the cancer center at Phoebe Putney. I am a Rn and my daughter is one also..We have heard nothing but good reports about this center. My children wanted us to go somewhere else but my husband and I wanted to come here. After meeting Dr.Neal and the rest of the cancer team my children agreed with us Phoebe was where we needed to be. My husband was admitted for 4 days for test. The staff could not have been nicer.I have been in and worked in different hospitals during my nursing. and I have never experienced the friendly,professional staff that works here. I encourage anyone to go to the cancer center at PHOEBE .

Experiencia fantástica: I was very pleased the whole staff was very good to us. My granddaughter broke two bones in her arm. We were sent there after the doctor in Cordele talked to the doctor. there. We didn't plan to spend Labor Day weekend at the Hosiptal, but everyone was very nice and helpful to my granddaughter her mom and dad and me ! Couldn't have asked for better staff from doctors to nurses to snackbar. Can't believe negtive remarks I have read! Very pleased! Dianne

Experiencia fantástica: My mom works here and she is an RN. Some of these reviews are very over dramatic. My mom is an amazing, kind nurse. I have seen her work before. Also, some of her very bestfriends are nurses. They are absolutely amazing and the are loved and praised by other staff. Experiencia fantástica: The staff on 6a/b were great. Miranda, day shift nurse was a breath of fresh air. She took care of my every need. Gerald on night shift was fantastic. It was nice talking with him. Arielle & Dee were very nice. Shayla, the student was very sweet. The ladies in environmental services made sure my room was clean and smelled refreshing. They were very courteous. All of them took very good care of me. I thank God for that because I will never forget them. These are the people that patients want when they are in pain and do not want to be in the hospital. Thank you Dr. John Bennett & staff for taking care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: Phoebe has always been a fine hospital, to me. At the moment, the hospital is doing some upgrading. So you may run into more traffic than usual, and you may have to spend more time looking for a parking space.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional. Most excellent Pulmonology group in Georgia. Dr. Palazzolo is the best and the rest of the staff there are just as great. Have known Dr. Palazzolo for over 25 years. I think very highly of him.

However, it's worth noting that road construction and detours posed a slight challenge in reaching the main entrance. Despite this, the overall positive atmosphere, quality of care, and the hospital staff's dedication left a lasting impression. I appreciate the hospital's commitment to safety, patient experience, and understanding during unavoidable external challenges.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Crawford was my wife’s delivery doctor and her and her team were the best! She was able to deliver our twins vaginally and they did everything to ensure a safe delivery. This was the best experience for us and we are so glad that she was the one that did it. Thank you so much Dr. Crawford!

Experiencia fantástica: I know that a lot of people have had bad experiences with Phoebe, and I'm sure that there is plenty of truth to their complaints. But I just wanted to write a review about our awesome experience delivering a baby at Phoebe. Honestly, it was phenomenal. We were pleasantly surprised after reading some of these reviews prior to our delivery. But from the moment of being admitted and put into a delivery room, the nurses were incredibly kind and attentive. They were patient with our questions, were sensitive to my wife's comfort and needs, and were more than willing to help in any and every way they could. The doctor who did the epidural was super informative, making my wife feel comfortable every step of the process. He explained every feeling she might have as a result and was quick to answer any questions my wife had. Dr Cucina delivered the baby from Albany OBGYN and was so great. He was kind, encouraging, and made my wife feel comfortable throughout the whole delivery. After delivering we were moved to Mother and Baby on the 5th floor and we were taken care of so well by the nurses. Thankfully we were a pretty standard delivery with no complications so there was no special attention needed, but the nurses were kind and gentle and knowledgeable. Our only complaint was that the room we were moved to after delivering was really small and hard for us to both be comfortable in there and was hard to have guests in the room. The room was nice, just small. I'm sure other people have had different experiences than us, but we honestly had a great experience and were so thankful for the staff at Phoebe!

Experiencia fantástica: My son had an emergency appendectomy, the surgeon (Dr. Dent) was absolutely amazing, all the staff especially Moria and Elyssa in the pediatrics department were phenomenal with my son! Thanks to them he’s now on the up side of healing and I’m incredibly grateful for this team!

Experiencia fantástica: The ER took wonderful care of my grandson. Dr. St. Marie and the whole team were amazing. Within minutes they diagnosed his problem. They kept us informed and made the arrangements for transfer to the children's hospital. We could not have had better care!

Experiencia fantástica: My father was in the CCU almost two weeks and was given excellent care by every doctor, nurse and other medical staff member that entered his room. Our family will be forever grateful for the care and compassion shown by that department during his stay.

Experiencia fantástica: The nurses on 3C are the best. Mrs. Mary and the others go above and beyond to ensure their patients are comfortable and prepared for their procedures. The nurses in the heart cath section are comforting and exceptionally caring. This is why I drive from tifton to phobe.

Experiencia fantástica: Was at 2nd floor the Ortho nuro Dept. Came in on July 31 , lumbar surgery was there until aug 1 2019 my 5 star rating because these nurses on this floor go beyond the call of duty very professional . I never had to call a nurse they did what was suppose to be done and on time. Special thanks to these ladies , Denise,Dee,Demetria, Roselyn, Carmill. I so apoligze if I left someone out. Continue the same service ladies you gave me. Wonderful job and good people.

Experiencia fantástica: "Employee Health" for the employees and family members is really a good service. (At a very low price for a visit). As a spouse of a Phoebe employee (RN), I recently called Employee Health to inquire on seeing a doctor for a medical issue that I had. Lawanna answered and was very friendly, she answered all my questions and advised me to come on in to see the doctor. Shanterian (Front Desk clerk) greeted me with a smile and was very friendly too. I quickly filled out a one page form. Within five minutes a nurse escorted me to an examination room. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. She did her assessment and vitals, she and I laughed at a joke I made about my situation. Within in a couple minutes the nurse practitioner (Keneyana Soloman) walked in. She asked me to describe the progression of my problem for the last 5 days. She ordered a prescription, and I was on my way. My entire visit was only 30 minutes. All the staff treated me as a "person", and not a "number". That's very important to me.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been all over the state between specialists to figure out my ongoing medical issues, and this hospital has honestly been one of the best. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. I can't speak for the ER, but I can speak for several of the doctors offices and areas of the hospital and it has been fantastic. I feel like most of the one stars reviews I've read haven't been to other ERs, becuase they're ALL slow unless you're showing life threatening symptoms. That's just how medical care in America is, plain and simple. Really, my only actual complaint about the facility is that there really should be a map of the place somewhere near the entrances. I had a lot of trouble finding where I needed to go my first time there, and the entrance I used had some construction going on and therefore no attendant to ask. (Said construction was gone within a week when. I came back, though.)

The nurse was amazing high energy, positive, friendly, willing to help in any way possible..Her name was Shondra May please keep her she was refreshing...I promise I never met a nurse in the ER like her..I wanted to also thank the receptionist she set the tone and I thank you all. But hats off to Shondra May the nurse of the year . thanks

Experiencia fantástica: My Daughter, Chasity Howell, was there for a hysterectomy today. Dr. Payne was great! The receptionists in the 2nd floor surgical waiting room updated me every 30 minutes. Chasity's nurse, Crystal, went above and beyond. We have been to three different hospitals this year and this one was the best. 10 to 1. We will never go anywhere else. Absolutely wonderful.

My Daughter (4) had tubes placed in both ears this past week and Doctor magalie Nelson-charles was the surgeon. We were kept informed about everything before, during and after the procedure. The entire staff was a pleasure and the bedside manor we were shown was top notch!

I'm from out of town and been to many hospitals, this by far was one of the better hospitals Ive been to. They treated me with respect. They listened to my needs and everything that was wrong. They did take people ahead of me but its an emergency room. When your sitting there you have no idea what's going on in the back. So I just wanted to write this to say thank u so very much for treating me like a human being and giving me accurate and complete care. I couldn't be more satisfied
