Experiencia fantástica: My aunt has been living at Timberview for several years now. The staff there are consistently friendly and professional. She likes the food and she loves the staff. She says they make her feel comfortable and she enjoys the friendships she has made with them. They involve us in regular care meetings to discuss how things are going. Whenever I go to visit her, she looks clean, happy and well cared for. The building always smells nice. I've never experienced the odors that are typically associated with these kind of environments. The other people there seem happy and well cared for. I would not hesitate recommending Timberview to any of my close friends and family members. I wouldn't have them go anywhere else. They have earned my loyalty and my respect.

Experiencia fantástica: Was looking for a place where my Grandmother could feel at home and at peace while she was recovering. As I walked in I was greeted by a few of the staff members all who were very friendly and very welcoming. They had just recently went thru a remodel and the place looks amazing. You can tell the staff is very well treated as long with the residents who are there. It was sure a relief speaking to the Director and Marketing person as they both left me feeling such at ease and I knew this would be a perfect place to leave my Grandma. Thank you so much to all of you for taking your time to show me around and answering all my questions that I had. It made the transition so less stressful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is searching where to leave their loved ones. Best wishes

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Timberview were all exceptional. They were professional, courteous, kind, caring and compassionate. My dad was at the coast on vacation and, long story short, he ended up in rehab at Timberview. I had been warned about what to expect at a rehab/nursing home and I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in the door. People were cheerful, funny, and it even smelled good. All staff - the Administrator, Admissions person, RNs, LPNs, Physical and Occupational therapists, CNAs and housekeepers, were all friendly and pleasant, without exception. Stephanie, the Social Service Director, made the move from Timberview to a place closer to home, an easy transition for my dad and our family. The optimism exuded from the staff helped my dad in his recovery. I would highly recommend Timberview.

Experiencia fantástica: From the time my father arrived at Timberview everyone from the admissions and social services staff to the nursing and therapy team were not only skilled, but kind, caring and most importantly treated my father with dignity and respect. His meals were delivered with a smile, as was his laundry. The housekeeping staff made sure his room was always clean. Anne the administrator even checked in on my father and offered an encouraging word when he saw her on his daily “walks.” We’re all in this together, and everyone can make a difference by giving back. Experiencia fantástica: My mom is there for rehab from a stroke, They are awesome, my mom loves all the staff, (Really loving all the attention she getting plenty) Everyone is so nice and helpful—they keep me informed and update on her progress, I’m so thankful and greatful None of us get a hand book how to navigate the aging stages of our parents, I wish they had retirement wing for assisted-living, It’s so comforting at the end of the day, knowing that my mom’s needs are being met, and that she totally safe and enjoying herself, Connie Turner c/o Colleen Cooley

Experiencia fantástica: Wow! Residents smiling in lobby. Smells good and clean, feels like home but professionals work here. Nice and bright inside such a difference in energy. First time inside this facility. I've worked Prestige before and it was an awesome place. This is my third time in this facility. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have not experienced a staff so caring in years, since I was a CNA in 1983. Residents are clean and happy. Happy staff! Happy residents! Okay a little frustrated today. Told pharmacy we give 5 star care, I expect you to do the same. They did! A round of gold stars. We rocked today.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so scared to leave my precious mom here. Well as soon as I finished getting her things in she was smiling. Take a minute before you judge and watch how amazing the staff is! Take a moment and walk around it is busy but that is because it is well staffed. I visit often and can not wait to bring my mom home but she is safe and cared for. Concerns are quickly answere they are caring it is a passion for most there even how under paid our health care system is these employees do this because they care and it shows. Beyond Blessed?

Experiencia fantástica: I am currently residing at Timberview. I have completed all of the therapy required of me and am continuing to get more independent. i get along great with the staff and most of the patients. i enjoy motorizing around the halls with my Seahawks mask. The food is great. The building is cleaned twice a day. The place is very clean. I give the staff 8 out of 5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Placing your mom in a care facility when she can't even talk is one of the scariest things I think a child can do. Doing it during a pandemic when you can't even visit was one of the hardest, most stressful things I've done. I cried all night the night before she was admitted. Fortunately mom got into Timberview and I can't say enough how well she was treated and how hard the staff worked to keep me and the family up to date on her progress. The staff here really cares and the therapy is amazing. We were able to take mom home after six weeks after she had been admitted following a stroke. She is now able to talk, eat, walk, and resume most of her daily activities. She was treated with respect and encouragement, supported and never left alone. The staff set up video appointments so we could talk with her and helped her get her own cell-phone charged and set up so she could reach us at any time. They let us know what she needed and kept us apprised of her progress. Especially helpful was helping me navigate the Medicaid system, even going as far as to make follow up phone calls for me and helping to understand the forms and processes. When I took mom home on Monday she told the staff she'd miss them and "I hope to see you again soon - as a visitor that is!" I hope mom never needs to go into a care facility again, but if the worst should happen I'd definitely want her at Timberview.

Experiencia fantástica: My mother-in-law just got transferred here from the hospital. During Covid we were scared because often during normal times care centers/nursing homes are depressing, let alone during Covid. But we are feeling so relieved now. We were thinking we weren't going to be able to keep in touch very much. The Administrator spent half an hour on the phone with me answering questions and telling me about all the amenities that they offer. They are customer service oriented and compassionate at the same time. I am very impressed. She even helped us do a FaceTime call so we could actually see my mother-in-law. She seemed happy and doing better than at the hospital already. She was tested for covid upon arrival and will be able to get her covid vaccine soon at Timberview. My mother-in-law is really hard of hearing but they have wireless headphones for the TV and can turn on the close caption for her. She will be able to order anything she wants at any time from the kitchen. And therapists will work with her to get her strength back. We feel that she's in great hands at Timberview and are very thankful for that.

Experiencia fantástica: I was recently a resident here for rehab after my hip fracture. My experience here was really good. It can be intimidating at times, but overall staff was very nice.

Experiencia fantástica: My significant other was here for about a year and passed away a year ago. He was treated really well. I practically lived at Timberview and spent every evening with him, as well as many mornings. I appreciate the Administrator for everything she did, as well as the rest of the staff and Heather. One night, when he wasn't doing well, Heather, the Director of Nursing, drove over from Lebanon to meet me here so I wouldn't be alone. After loosing my significant other, I was looking for a job, and one in laundry opened up. For the past year, I have been working at Timberview doing laundry. I have seen Timberview through the eyes of a family member, and now the eyes of an employee. I can tell you the leadership is genuine and truly cares about the people. The staff are invested. The building is clean. We have had the State in multiple times for infection control surveys and monitoring. I understand they are impressed with everything we are doing to keep the residents here safe, and have sited us with no deficiencies. I recommend family and friends because I know they will be taken care of. No place is perfect, but Timberview has the heart.

Experiencia fantástica: No heated up frozen meals at Timberview. They serve fresh fruits and vegetables and cook using real ingredients. I recommend eating in the dining room. They serve you directly from the steam table and the other people we've met were so interesting. The care here is great also. Staff members smile and are genuinely interested and concerned. I felt like they looked at my loved one as a whole person, not just a list of all the health problems they had. The staff are fun too. They laugh and joke with us. We love it. The building is clean. Any issues we had were addressed right away. No one is perfect and I would imagine no nursing home is either. When you have a building full of so many different backgrounds, ages and personalities, it's not going to always be a smooth sail. The important thing to us was being treated kindly, receiving competent nursing care and feeling like family. If this is important to you too, Timberview is where you want to go.

Experiencia fantástica: I have no complaints. In fact, I absolutely adore the girls and guys who take care of me. They have gone above and beyond everything I expected. It's a scary experience and they made me feel at home and directed me where I needed to go and helped me out. I've never seen a more cheerful group of people doing very stressful work.

Experiencia fantástica: For those of you who may not know, I was recently hospitalized and thereafter stayed for about 3 weeks at Timberview Care Center for rehabilitation. My experience was pleasant at the very least and fun. Meeting people, laughing at the lunch table and going to activities made my stay more enjoyable. The food was excellent. Both Steve and Bart in therapy are unsurpassed in my opinion. I grew to love most of the caregiving staff as well as many of the patients. I am especially fond of the pet policy because so many seniors, myself included, love to have pets visit. I would recommend Timberview and I expect to return again in another 3-4 months with my next knee replacement.

Experiencia fantástica: I am currently a short term resident and have been here for 5 weeks . The CNAs are very nice and helpful, the food is good and the therapy is top notch. I've made lots of friends here and love the comfortable environment . I would highly recommend it here
