All the staff were amazing and the receptionist was very welcoming; her insurance and financial management was great.The facility was clean and well-equipped, creating a comfortable environment for rehabilitation. I appreciated the personalized care and noticeable improvement in my mobility and strength. I highly recommend for anyone seeking quality physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very bad lower back pain with my third trimester of pregnancy. I came to Darya with my OB’s referral. She evaluated my pain level and immediately gave me 3 different exercises to help release my pain. After 2 weeks, my lower back had gotten much better and I could sleep again! Then I followed up with her in my postpartum, I felt my body has recovered much faster than my first pregnancy. Darya, Galina and Xavier are all very kind and knowledgeable, they make a great team to help us achieve, recover from different circumstances. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

I had disc problem from ten years ago, from then, I couldn’t run or work out confidently, especially lifting and squatting. Experiencia fantástica: I came to Darya with a broken ankle and needing to rehabilitate it. She has taken very good care of me and my ankle, and I am able to move so much better now than when I first came to Athletico. Javier is also a great assistant to Darya and runs through exercises while she’s tending to other patients. The location isn’t too crowded, parking is easy and best of all, they take insurance which makes it super affordable.

Everyone in the office knew their jobs and with compassion , helped me greatly. I wish I didn’t have to change to another athletics, but we are moving to a new home. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Athletico Physical Therapy for over a month now after I had hurt my back. Darya Zhelezkov is an amazing physical therapist. With, what felt like, a few light touches she pinpointed the the troubled area and had a plan of what we needed to do to fix my issue. And it is working. All the sessions are one-on-one. She is there to make sure you’re doing your exercises correctly and very encouraging. Scheduling appointments is very easy and fits my own, at times, very busy schedule. She is the physical therapist I’d recommend to my family, friends and just people in need.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to PT for 3 weeks now and what a difference! I was in so much pain from a rotator cuff injury and dreaded trying PT until I met Darya. She alleviated my fears and patiently showed me how to do each exercise. I had exercises to work on at home and she even recorded me doing one of the exercises on my phone so that I could make sure I was performing it correctly. I have made an enormous amount of progress with her help and gentle encouragement. So thankful I didn't just go get a shot or have surgery. The individualized plans are adjusted each time based on your range of motion when you come back each visit. Everything you could need to make progress toward a full recovery is available to you. And Darya is just sensational at coaching you every step of the way.
