I could hardly even wiggle my toes when I started (much less move my foot) & was honestly very scared & worried. The team here were all so encouraging & knew exactly what to do each visit to best help me through every step of recovery. Not only are they extremely knowledgable, but they are all so kind & caring. This is exactly what I needed! They taught me how to walk again, and will still be working with me as I continue my recovery process. I am forever grateful for this wonderful team a professionals!

The front desk always has a kind greeting and they are very helpful in scheduling appointments and working with your timings. Kyle, Daniel, Corey and all the PTs are great to work with and push me while also giving plenty of encouragement. They are very knowledgeable about my injury so the variety of exercises they choose leave me feeling better than when I arrived. I am confident that with their continued help, I will be back on the pickleball courts very soon!

Experiencia fantástica: I have so many positive things to say about PT Concepts of Allen. I’ve been coming here for almost a year, and every single visit is nothing short from excellent. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is always friendly and greets you with a smile. There are so many different amenities that this place offers, from massage chairs to Cryo Therapy, there’s something for everyone no matter what brings you in. The trainers and Physical Therapists are elite, with impressive resumes and so much knowledge (special shoutout to Daniel, Corey, and Kyle). Even though they are multitasking with multiple patients, the 1 on 1 attention you get from whoever you’re working with makes you feel like you’re the only one there. They’re all overly qualified with what they do, genuinely care, and are invested with your road to recovery. They push you when you need it, and are super friendly at the same time. There is also an abundance of tools and technology they use to help you get through whatever brings you in. I recommend this place to anyone of all ages, and with whatever type of injury or therapy you require. 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: I began going to PTConcepts/ChiroConcepts of Allen after being in an accident in which I was horribly rear ended this summer. I had horrible neck and back pain all the way down into my leg and had symptoms into my arm on the left. I began by seeing two Chiropractors Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Mike. They were both wonderful! Gentle but effective and they did lots of deep tissue work to help decrease the tightness and knots in my neck and back that was causing the tingling in my arm. Each week I was feeling better and better. Once my body was able to calm down from the acute damage from the accident I moved to PT to work on strengthening. I worked with Daniel and Kyle and they were wonderful. They are such a wealth of knowledge. Being a PT myself, I really liked the way the chiropractors and PTs use their expertise together treating the patient to improve not only pain but function. I love this clinic from the friendly and helpful office staff to all of the clinicians that I encountered. Thank you all so much!!

From the moment you walk in the door the staff greets you with a smile and kind words. The therapist are the bomb! Daniel, Kyle, Corey and the whole team out do themselves. They do a great job of multitasking and make sure you get the one in one you need. The most friendly, thoughtful and fun. Yes, they even make you want to come to PT. Experiencia fantástica: I was in a vehicle car accident back in June 2021, and I was referred to chiroconcepts of Allen by my Dr. Vicki Seidmeyer. Dr. Tyler Winfield at chiroconcepts is a great Dr really cares for his patients. His Physical Therapy team Kyle, Daniel, and Cory...are really great I usually don't tend to remember people's names that aren't great and they are awesome team. And the front desk girls are awesome as well, I highly recommend them to anyone.....Thank You to the whole staff at chiroconcepts today us my last day...graduation day.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the most Amazing Physical Therapy establishment I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door, the best front desk personnel will greet you and get you in and started on time!! I’m in my 60’s and have been to almost a dozen therapy places over the years for knee, back, neck and shoulder issues. Never have I felt the pain relief like I have here. I had a total knee replacement 8 weeks ago, and started working with Daniel 2 days after I was released from the hospital. I used a walker for the first week after surgery then I was walking on my own. Everyone is amazed at the recovery I’ve had working with Daniel and Kyle. Lastly, PT concepts of Allen has the best recovery equipment anywhere. Plus they have a Chiroprator, sports management and the PT, all disciplines in one place. All the doctors and assistants work as a team for your successful recovery.

I had been seeing another chiropractor for 3+ years and had no major improvement, switched to PT concepts and have since been improving immensely since day 1. I have scoliosis of the lumbar spine, which over many years has culminated in many overall back issues They quickly pinpointed where I needed the most work - which areas needed strengthening. I have worked with all three of the guys and they each have contributed greatly to my progress in getting back to a more active life, and becoming more pain free. These guys are just awesome! I must also mention the front desk ladies. They are always greet you with a smile, and are always ready to help you in any way. I’ll reiterate - PT Concepts of Allen is an exceptional place for rehabbing!

Experiencia fantástica: It is very rare to find a PT clinic with such caring and knowledgeable employees. Everyone at the front desk is very warm, welcoming, and I am always happy to see them. The PT staff is always coming up with new ways to challenge me and make me better, and it is clear they always have my best interest at heart. For over a year I struggled with one shoulder injury that kept me sidelined from my sport. I went to three different PT clinics and yet I never got fully recovered. Then I found PTConcepts of Allen, and they got me back to throwing and playing healthily with no issues whatsoever.

Experiencia fantástica: I am seeing Eric for PT for my weak shoulder, pelvic instability, weak core and tight hip issues. I love the way he tackles muscles to get them moving by breaking down the dysfunctional movement patterns instead of simply finding the source of the pain. He does so without wasting any time and gets right into it. He is also trained in soft tissue therapy which is such a plus for a physical therapist as he can release the muscles first before the exercises. I also like how the exercises have been different and not the same each time which helps me engage better and get stronger overall. I love how they take it upon themselves to get be better -- if you are looking for someone to give you that one-on-one attention and to get you not only pain free but stronger... I'd look no further.
