They were so good to me i was a patient twice during the 2 surgical procedures that i have had and i highly recommend them! All the staff has been so caring and kind. I visited my Mom at this facility almost everyday. I cannot name all the staff that I became fond of but to name a few it would be Elizabeth, Gina, Traci, Mfon, Richard, Kim, Debbie, Larry, Rebecca and her 3 sons, Bernadette, and so many more. Ms. Stella provided exceptional care for my uncle more than any other nurse has ever done. I recommend this facility and will rate it 5 stars because of the services my uncle got from the nurse.

The Maintenance Director Jody White is awesome at his job not only do he focus on making sure that the building his safe he understands and look out for the residents and their Familys.

My job was made easier by the assistance provided by the assistant Director of Nursing, Ms. Stella. Her willingness to help, her gentle candor and her knowledge was a good asset. This facility is lucky to have her there. I'm pleased.

The staff work hard to care for the patients here. I could not imagine a more supportive facility. Experiencia fantástica: Much appreciation for Director Rod Wallace who helped resolve a problem, not of his creation, when a hospital inappropriately transferred our loved one to his facility. They should have sent him directly to hospice and not for rehabilitation as our family member was in his last days. The research had already begun to transfer him, but when Mr. Wallace saw the pain that he was in and how much it would be a burden for our family, he heard our appeal and allowed him to stay. As it turned out our loved one died the next day, even quicker than we had anticipated. Mr. Wallace also assisted us in resolving the billing issues created by the incorrect placement. It was a very difficult time for our family, which would have been made much worse, without the compassion shown by Director Wallace, and the entire nursing staff at The Belmont at Twin Creeks for that matter. We are extremely grateful. Our faith was restored in humanity. Thank you so much. The Humphrey Family

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about this amazing place and its amazing staff. In the midst of a pandemic, my dad was treated so well! The entire staff was so professional and treated my father with respect and care every moment he was there. I have 7 brothers and sisters who called every day and the staff was always so sweet and understanding. My dad still raves about how good the food was. It was pretty scary when he went in. He was in horrible health but he has been home now for a week and back to his old self. I credit everyone at the Belmont for this. They gave me my dad back. Thank you all!

Staff is incredibly caring, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure the residents’ needs are met. Shout out to nurse Gertrude who is diligent and always caring, answering questions and assisting even when it is outside of her regular duties, Matthew in the business office, and activities coordinator Larry! ED Robert and Director of Nursing William have been incredible, assisting with matters personally and very effectively. Thank you!

The wonderful nurses like Sudah, Tracey, and Joyce are pleasant as well as thorough in giving Don the best health care. The great kitchen staff, cooks, and all work to please the patients. Tracy Taylor makes sure folks are ok and have what they need in the dining room. The CNA's have been amazing and so kind in caring for Don. Experiencia fantástica: My wife, my brother-in-law, and I are at the Belmont every Friday (for the past 7 years) ministering for our Church. We have gotten to know many of the residents throughout this time and they all seem very pleased with the care they receive. Also, we are very impressed with the staff there. Debra, the receptionist at the front desk, is so sweet and friendly. Larry, the Activity Director cares so much for the residents and his ability to interact with residents and families is outstanding! Also, a long-term employee who needs special mention is aide Juanita. She always greets you with a smile and jocularity and treats each resident as if they are family. In summary, through the years we have found the employees at Belmont to be friendly, professional and very caring and we would recommend The Belmont for placement for anyone's loved one.

Over the period of 3 years I became familiar with several of the staff at the Belmont. I want to say thank you for all you did and could do for my mother. Experiencia fantástica: My mother had a massive stroke two years ago and has been residing at Belmont for over a year. My father is very devoted to her and stays with her most of the time. Recently, he had been feeling ill and decided to walk down to the cafe. He started feeling dizzy and fell face down out in the hallway. Dee Dee (one of the nurses on staff) immediately came over and assessed how he felt and called 911. He was resistant, but Dee Dee stayed with him until the ambulance transported him to the hospital. Thank God she was there to call 911 as he ended up having pneumonia and a broken vertebrae in his neck from the fall!! The emergency room doctor stated my father was very fortunate to have Dee Dee make him stay still until the ambulance arrived as he could have ended up paralyzed!! A BIG THANKS to Dee Dee for her genuine compassion for others!! But, she isn't the only one who cares for her patients...a special thank you to Juanita for always making my mother laugh; Debra for going the extra mile in her care; and Mr. Larry for his kindness!! It's these people along with many others who make us feel better during a difficult season of our lives!

We had a wonderful experience at there facility, I must say we were impressed with all of the staff during her stay. I would highly recommend this facility.

She introduced me to some of the nursing and rehab staff. You could tell they genuinely love their job and care deeply for the patients. Patient care is their #1 focus. I encourage you to tour and meet the team here. You will experience outstanding customer services along with top of the line patient care and rehab. My aunt and I would definitely recommend The Belmont.
