Experiencia fantástica: I had an unfortunate fall back in November of 2021 in NYC and had to have full Achilles repair surgery. I left New York for a few months after the surgery and came down to Alpharetta GA to heal and get some sun. I am beyond thrilled with the service I received from the team at Champion Physical Therapy. Keith and the entire crew are supportive, knowledgeable and generally make you feel welcome. I'm so glad to have spent time healing here and will make sure to visit the next time i'm in town. When I left town Keith helped me find a new physical therapist in NYC that matched their own team. I'm back in PT now and committed to a full recovery. Champion PT is THE team to go see in the Alpharetta area.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended! After looking online and seeing positive reviews, I called Champion PT and spoke with Kaylie. She was very polite and helpful in getting my PT order that had been sent to another provider who wasn't in my network. All three of the staff (Keith, Drew and Kaylie) are professional but also very friendly - they make your visit a pleasant one even if you are in pain. Plus they're on time. Drew was my physical therapist. He asked questions and listened well before assessing my hip status (range of motion, pain level, etc.). What impressed me most was how interactive Drew was - he didn't just show me exercises to do then walk off. He made sure I was doing them correctly and worked on pressure points/stiffness based on that day's need. They provide online access where you can watch your specific exercises demonstrated properly which was very helpful. Obviously you'll progress quicker if you do your home work. Every visit I left feeling better than when I arrived. My pain is less, and my range of motion and knowledge has increased. Thank you, Champion PT! :)

Experiencia fantástica: This place is a gem! I have been seeing Keith to rebuild my core and strengthen my back after having my daughter 2 years ago. Being a dad he understands the daily struggles of picking up a 28 lb toddler. I appreciate how much he cares and wants to help me be a stronger mom for my daughter. I also love that keith is able to perform needling treatments and decompression therapy. And Kailey their front desk girl is the absolute sweetest! So caring and personable!! Highly recommend..

The support staff, facility, treatment, and physical therapist I worked with were best in class and set the standard for excellence. Every phase of my recovery journey was charted with Keith who felt more like a teammate working towards a common goal and not just a physical therapist. I felt supported, confident, and encouraged every (literal) step of the way. Any other PT group is a distant second to this team. If I ever hurt myself hiking again I know right where to go!

Experiencia fantástica: So, u just spend a lot of time and money with ur Dr to help U reduce ur pain. Now comes another opportunity to rebuild your body parts, continue to feel better and get back to your normal wellbeing. Of course, u have physical therapy option, use it wisely. However not all physical therapists are the same. I have had 1 knee replacement, 2 hip replacements, several epidural shots in my back, Achilles’s tendonitis, shoulder pain, torn biceps and wrist pain, to name a few problems. With that I have had several hundred physical therapy sessions. I am no expert, however I listen to my body. Keith at Champion Physical Therapy is my # 1 therapist after all these years. He does an analytical diagnosis of ur current problem, creates and detail solution using his medical knowledge to isolate the pain problems. The solution consists of measuring ur progress, strengthening damaged bones and muscles and moving U back to normal strength. He maps out a strategy to help u rebuild, strengthen and eliminate pain. He does not hand U off to other therapist or trainees in the office.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Champion Physical Therapy are all very professional and knowledgeable. My therapist was Nikki and she was awesome. She knew exactly what exercises I needed to heal the pain in my back. I could not believe how my healing progressed from week to week. They are all friendly, caring, and compassionate. Nikki worked hard as she got to know my body, my symptoms and the routines that would help me. I also love the app they use so I can do the exercises at home. Nikki set up the virtual exercises and I just had to log in and follow along every day. I have had therapy for my back at other places but this group is the best. I highly recommend Champion Physical Therapy.

My mother was in physical therapy for several weeks with the best therapist that could have, Keith is an excellent professional, a therapist full of empathy, which makes the patient feel strong and with the best strategies to improve immediately. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and taught me countless exercises each session. Additionally, I learned a great program to permanently keep my shoulders healthy. Experiencia fantástica: I visited four or five different physical therapy groups before I found Champion. I had a very serious leg injury. The other groups were very nice but they were not equipped to provide me with the treatment I needed. I went to Champion and started to notice results very quickly. They are very knowledgeable and very attentive. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs effective treatment. I love this group - they are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a pinched nerve in my lower back which caused extreme pain, caused pain to shoot down my legs and even immobilized me for sometime. At it's worts, I couldn't even get out of bed or even walk. Nhat was instrumental in getting me back to being mobile. Nhat also went above and beyond by checking in on me (after treatment was done), sending supplementary workouts/daily routine to help me prevent further injuries. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Nhat Ho or anyone at Champions Therapy!

After extensive MRI’s and meeting with an Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in sports injuries, he gave me two options, surgery or Physical Therapy. I had many doubts about Physical Therapy so I reluctantly made an appointment with Dr. Ho at Champion PT. Upon my first visit, my doubts and pessimism were met with knowledgeable, professionalism, and a caring touch. I’m proud to say that I am back on field and my shoulder is feeling better than ever. Experiencia fantástica: I had a pretty severe case of frozen shoulder. Aaron was outstanding and helped me avoid surgery. Aaron and Jose are not just the best at what they do, they are also pleasure to spend time with, which is important to keep you motivated and coming in consistently.

Experiencia fantástica: I had rotator cuff surgery in January 2018 and needed PT to get flexibility and movement back. I chose Champion Physical Therapy and they were great. The process was easy appointment times were available that worked with my schedule. Billing was easy, and coordinated with my Insurance. My repair was solid so my Doc wanted me to start passive PT with-in the 1st week. So I started PT with Aaron, he was fantastic, I could not move my arm by myself, but he performed the passive manipulations and kneaded out the knots. My recovery was defiantly faster with Aaron’s help it’s been about 16 weeks and I have almost have full movement and flexibility back, 100% will get there when it finishes healing. I would defiantly recommend Aaron and Champion for all your Physical Therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I had as positive experience as one could want when having to go to physical therapy for a pinched nerve in my neck. Aaron was fantastic at assessing and balancing my current pain level with my desire and ability to restrengthen the muscles. His empathy and expertise helped lessen the pain in the beginning, followed by helping my recovery and return to normal activity. I never felt pressured, sold or as just a number. I am confident that the knowledge, personalized attention, and customized home exercises all helped in getting me through this painful ordeal.
