Experiencia fantástica: I feel so fortunate to have found Reid Physical Therapy. I just went through 2 surgeries back to back. I initially went to a PT place close by and had such a bad experience, it literally set me back. My surgeon is the one who said to find a family owned location and he was right. Here at Reid Physical Therapy, I got everything I needed in an hour long session. Reid really takes him time and focuses on what needs to be done to get you where you need to be. I am about to have a third surgery before the end of this year, a knee replacement and I am grateful that I have Reid Physical Therapy to come to after to get me up and moving. I can't wait to get my life back and thanks to Reid, I feel like I am on my way.

Experiencia fantástica: Post shoulder surgery Reid was recommended by a friend after I was having "issues" with the first PT provider I went to. When I called the office to see if they took my insurance Reid himself got on the phone with me and assured me that he'd give me the best possible care in my recovery. His confidence registered with me and I began my treatment and he and his staff did not disappoint. After a major shoulder surgery I was cleared by my surgeon after only 4 months when my original prognosis was 8 months. Reid is very approachable and brilliant at his profession. He and his staff not only give the necessary care for recovery but they also educate each patient by arming them with the knowledge they need to stay healthy going forward. While nobody likes PT or the recovery process, I will truly miss Reid and his staff. They are all beyond wonderful & knowable and truly make you feel like you're at home with friends during what is a difficult time for most. I believe that comfort went a long way in my recovery process. Like my friend did to me, I highly recommend Reid.

Experiencia fantástica: Having now had two (2) separate knee replacements, I would like to provide my assessment of and experience with Reid Physical Therapy. My initial knee replacement therapy occurred in 2011 and for the therapy, I chose a large therapy center which was known to service a professional sports team. I really thought I would get the best, given who they worked with. Quite the contrary, it seemed that each session was serviced on a 1 therapist to 4 patient ratio at all times and I rarely received one on one guidance and observation. For this reason, for my current knee replacement therapy in 2023, I opted for a much smaller therapy center and chose Reid Physical Therapy in Roswell, GA, for his Therapy Services, which occurred January 20 through June 1, 2023. Honestly, my therapy consisted of 1 hour sessions with a certified therapist or assistant in a one on one setting. Generally, at all times I was observed with a prescribed treatment/work out plan for each therapy session. I was most impressed by the planning that had occurred prior to each session. As for results, my 2023 new knee has progressed and regained its strength and stamina unbelievably well. My surgeon now on two (2) occasions has inquired “who did you use for your therapy?” I truly believe that he is as impressed with Reid’s Center as I am, and I wholeheartedly recommend Reid Physical Therapy for any therapy needs you might have in the future.

Raid was very knowledgeable, comforting and had a set plan for my shoulder recovery. I enjoyed the entire staff during my 7 weeks of therapy. Today was my last session and my shoulder feels SO much better!! I highly recommend this clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: I have now gone to Reid's Clinic for two different ailments over the past coulple years, both of which had significant lifestyle impacts. I am a healthy and very active 34 yr old male so retaining physical form is important to me. I had initially gone to an orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed my shoulder as having a torn ligament and suggesting surgery. Wanting to use that as last resort I opted for a couple months of physical therapy at Reid's Clinic. Reid was thorough in the assessment and laid out a plan to heal and strengthen the shoulder. After completing the path to recovery both at home and in the clinic, I had no more pain in the shoulder and it was back to full use (WITHOUT SURGERY). The second was the resurgence of an old motorcycle accident knee injury. There were no physical signs of an unhealthy knee from the ortho doc, however, it was painful and felt very unstable. After another couple months with Reid on an escalating plan to stretch, target the pain, and strengthen the surrounding muscles I have much less pain and increased stability not only in the knee, but also the hip. If you are looking for someone that will take a long term outlook on your health and consider the big picture then stop into Reid's clinic for a consult.

On the first visit, Reid spent time learning about my situation to best target treatment. He also educated me regarding the best way to do daily tasks to avoid aggravating back pain. Experiencia fantástica: I came to the Reid Clinic needing relief from pain on my left knee caused by sciatica. It had been several months since this condition started and I had been to another PT clinic, was treated for 6 weeks but the pain did not go away. So I was hesitant to try another round of sessions. I’m glad I did! Reid and his staff (Ivy, Jessica and Cassie) have all been very attentive. I was always treated with the utmost care. Reid is very good at listening and answering questions. After a few weeks of therapy, I was able to stop taking pain relievers to help me sleep. I was never kept waiting to begin my sessions. They are great with scheduling, never having more people than they can care for at any one time. I actually looked forward to my twice weekly appointments. I came out of my sessions feeling better and with less pain each time. I have just completed my 8-week program and am in almost no pain now. I’m sure that I’m well on my way to full recovery now. Yes, I would recommend Reid Kelley to anyone needing to improve their physical well-being!

Experiencia fantástica: After hurting my back and loosing most of the use of my legs and feet, I went to my internist. She only gave me pain pills, which didn’t help me to walk. Had MRI’s, went to a neurologist, who had me take a bunch of blood & nerve tests, but did recommend I get physical therapy. I started with Reid, who had been recommend by 3 friends. Wow, what a difference! I can now walk, go up & down stairs, drive, do all the things I hadn’t been able to do for months!! I highly recommend Reid and his staff, especially Lauren. Very professional, caring, and oh so wonderful!!!

When I walked through his door, I was in pain from spinal stenosis and facing two knee replacements. Reid got me past some of my back pain and taught me techniques and exercises to minimize flare ups. Then, with the goal of replacing my knees to further protect my back from unnecessary bending, I finally had a plan. I have replaced one of my knees so far with a surgery set for my second knee in March. Reid 'multitasked' me through physical therapy that addressed both my new knee and continued to strengthen my back. I highly recommend Reid and will continue to do so.

If you are paying out of pocket - The Reid Clinic is a great value. They also take most insurance. I prefer to go to a physical therapist that is not part of a large chain for more personalized attention. The Reid Clinic is owned by Reid himself - he will be your physical therapist! Reid has excellent credentials and experience, and his assistant Ivy is a pleasure - professional, upbeat and encouraging. Smiles are really important when you are injured and climbing back from physical incapacitation! It is a relatively small office, but I never felt uncomfortably close to other patients. (There are three individual treatment rooms and a gym.) I am now walking close to normally and with minimal pain. I have regained strength. I will continue with the exercises Reid taught me on my wellness journey. Thanks Reid!

Experiencia fantástica: I switched to Reid and it wasn't easy to hear him say that I needed to hit the reset button on the previous therapy I had been invested in for a year with minimal results. The exercises Reid assigned over time were more user friendly and the tools could all be bought off of Amazon, no gym membership required. Reid also helped me to evaluate my home environment for other triggers of pain. Having time for consistent conversations at each visit helped to educate me to not have a continued cycle of pain. Reid and his staff are consistently kind and punctual with appointment times.

Experiencia fantástica: After breaking my leg and wearing a boot for nine weeks, I was ready for some physical therapy. Reid was the answer. The space is not crowded, has private therapy rooms, clean and friendly. All the therapy was so helpful and healing. Reid and I worked out a plan and we were able to accomplish lots of goals. Reminders were sent in a timely manner. I always had a PT assistant with me monitoring my exercises. Reid, the PT, did an amazing job making sure my muscles were relaxed with gentle massaging. There are private therapy rooms as well as an open area for patients to use equipment. Reid and his staff have worked with me for the past 4 1/2 months and I can't give enough accolades about their methods, their attitudes, their concern for the patient, their appearance and the cleanliness of the office. When I fist started therapy, I was at a zero level, not being able to freely move my arm, but now I would say I'm at a 9 level, knowing that by continuing my exercise program at home, I will be at a level 10 within a few weeks. Experiencia fantástica: I have been in physical therapy for different issues over past 14 months, and have been going to Reid Physical Therapy since June 2019 for a severe frozen shoulder issue, and Reid + staff have helped me to get movement back and manage my pain. I have been able to get back into shape as well by signing up for the work-out sessions in between physical therapy. Reid is very knowledgeable! He is also patient and understanding. His team is helpful and kind. When I have needed flexibility to change my schedule this wasn't a problem in getting onto the calendar. I purchased a package of work-out sessions for my mom as well (she is 70 years old, and although in good shape, needed help with stabilization and strength). Although she was very reluctant to go to her sessions at first, she has grown to be very appreciative and supportive of Reid's help. She says she's feeling stronger and understands some things she can do to continue focusing on stability, strength, motion. I am very grateful for what Reid has done for us!

You get hands on care from Reid each visit and the whole team helps you get back to the activities you love really fast. The self referral option is great if you have an issue and need therapy quick, most other clinics you need a doctors referral first but at Reid’s you can do both. Far and away, the best physical therapy I have ever experienced! Professional, thorough and definitely on point with recuperative techniques. Experiencia fantástica: After a total knee replacement surgery last October, I needed to find a physical therapist to provide the rehabilitation necessary to get my knee and my motion back to normal. Not ever having gone to a physical therapist before, I didn't know what to expect. I interviewed several clinics and therapists and after talking with Reid, I knew he was the right choice for me. Reid personally did all the manipulation on my surgical knee every visit. His excellent. extremely personable staff worked with me and explained all of the exercise routines that Reid prescribed for my therapy. The entire staff is very professional and very friendly. They made me feel comfortable being there. I looked forward to my visits and as my knee improved I was able to reduce the number of treatment visits required. I probably have another knee surgery in my near future and I will definitely use Reid and his staff for that therapy as well!

Experiencia fantástica: The Reid Clinic was a fantastic first-experience with physical therapy for me. I went to get help with the nagging remnants of an ankle injury, not really knowing what to expect. Reid and his team were very professional and thorough, and they were always on-time (several times I didn't even sit down in the waiting area). The number of recommended treatments was reasonable, and I have since been able to exercise without giving that ankle a second thought. I would return without hesitation for the reasons stated, but the bonus is that Reid is a super-nice guy!
