Dr listens with heart and compassion he is friendly and takes his time with his patients I’ve never felt rushed or not heard here and I love that. The woman up front are nice and quick and great at there jobs. Thank you all for the hard work and making a difference in so many of our lives that deal with pain.

Very Veryyy Appreciative to Dr. K and all of his Staff for taking ample time to go over thee diagnosis and treatment options precisely. Experiencia positiva: There is a post currently circulating via several social media platforms & I came here to see for myself if these posts were authentic or false. I am not nor have I ever been a patient at IPS. I have a doctor who is proficient on every level & has a skilled & compassionate staff. I gave IPS a 3 star rating because it would appear that the problem here isn't with any of the Doctors or PA's, but rather with certain staff members that are employed there & who are directly responsible for assisting patients. Patient reviews are personal experiences that are openly shared on a public platform & are an important tool for potential patients to use when searching for a doctor. Business/Owner responses to reviews also play a vital role in the selection of a doctor & are a direct reflection of the office/business/doctor. Some of the responses here are very unprofessional & are in violation of HIPAA laws. I think the doctor(s) & PA's should consider an external cleansing, starting with whoever is in control of Google & other online reviews.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for over a year and they are the only doctors who have helped me. I have a lot of very serious health issues and these people are great. I really love the 2 receptionists at the front. They have a hard job because people come in and yell at them constantly, but they just calmly take care of the situation. I really appreciate this place and the people here so much. If you do not have insurance it is $200 to be seen. Very steep, but worth it if you need a pain doctor. Thank you all so much for being there for me!!!

Experiencia fantástica: B4 Dr. Khatibi I was in pain pretty much all the time. My pain dr at the time wouldn't treat my pain. Now, with the right meds, I'm able to live a life moving!!! He's been a blessing!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Katibi is a wonderful doctor who sits and actually listens to his patients. I understand some people think the office staff can be rude but they are old school and write most things by hand and in books. I've seen people / patients treat the staff very poorly...yelling at them for reasons beyond staff control (patient didn't have ID, paperwork, ins., etc) the office is busy but he listens. I suffer from terrible migraines and there have been days when I could not smile or laugh because I felt so horrible but every time I go to see doctor katibi... he makes me laugh... he has an upbeat personality and is always quick with a joke which is refreshing in a room full of miserable people.. I think bedside manners are pretty much non-existent anymore. It's like a lost art form, but dr. Khatibi practices that art which is truly important when it can actually change a person's perception because they feel like a person and not just a patient.

Experiencia fantástica: Finally a doctor that cares. Most doctors just write the script without caring enough to ask any questions about what’s wrong with me. I love the doctor so much!! He cares!!

Experiencia fantástica: Him and his sister are absolutely amazing and caring they sit and actually talked with their patients which is a plus for me Don't get me wrong there's a few bad seeds but you see that every were and he don't let the situations of others affect his other patients he's a great Doctor and my while family loves him ❤️
