Experiencia fantástica: As a marathoner, I battled plantar fasciitis for literally months before I made an appointment to see Dr. Al. I was in pain and pretty much hopeless in completing the rest of my running year. After a handful of appointments, I was back on my feet running again. Pain free. Dr. Al will tell you it's "simply textbook" what he did on my foot, but I can't be fooled. It was magic. I would recommend seeing him to anyone who wants to remain active and feel great!!

My husband talked me into seeing Dr Alex and must admit I went not expecting any change. The 1st week I was amazed, had only 2 major headaches & after the first month only had a few minor ones!! it's been 1 1/2 yrs and I have not had a major headache since then!! He does a great job of supplying simple, yet effective strategies to fix or alleviate symptoms and isn't trying to just turn his clients into regular, repeat customers. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tapplin is truly an amazing Chiropractor. I have been to about 10 different chiropractors in the last 20 years but never had one like him. Every other Dr was able to relieve the pain temporarily, but never worked to find the cause of the pain. Dr. Tapplin used an extensive test procedure and sent me home with a lot of advice and a personalized stretching routine. I did exactly as he said and I am feeling a lot better and making great gains with my mobility.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a college high jumper and Dr. Tapplin treated my ankle after I had surgery. Before going to see him my ankle was still giving me a lot of problems, even with the surgery. As a last effort to get my ankle feeling better I went to Valley Spine and Sport. After only a couple treatments I was feeling so much better. I went from not being able to high jump to feeling just about 100% in a month or so. I would recommend Dr. Tapplin to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been very active with sports all my life. I'm an avid lifter. I was bench pressing with a buddy spotting and I began to press the barbell upwards. I lost all strength in my right shoulder and instantly had terrible pain. Despite continuous wear and tear without an adequate amount of rest I am near a 100% recovery and still improving. This all due to Alex's advice and prescribed therapy treatments. As a college athlete, he really helped me with my lower back pain and I've had less problems since. One downside is that the appointments are short (only 20 mins), but that could be good if you're on a time crunch!

After dealing with lower back pain on a daily basis for over 2 years and dealing with failed attempts by different Chiropractors in the area, I decided to give him a try. He took care of my issue in a few visits. He focused on the area of pain, made some adjustments, gave me some exercises to do at home or gym, and my back feels great again. Definitely will recommend to family and friends, and if you need a good chiropractor you will not be disappointed.
