Experiencia fantástica: It is with the deepest respect for each and every staff member with whom my Dad, brother and I interacted, that I recommend Pinegrove to anyone who is in the sad position to have to place their loved one in a nursing environment. The care and attention that our Dad received was beyond my very tempered expectations. As an overprotective Daughter, I had the highest level of trepidation. So much so that I panicked when we arrived, and wanted to take my Dad home. I was assured by Dad's Doc that decision would mean certain, and painful death. The compassion and care paid by EVERYONE at Pinegrove that evening and throughout Dad's relatively short stay was outstanding. I agonized that first night, but finally acquiesced to keep him there, for at least 1 day, so that the team could prove to us that they would show the utmost care, dignity and respect to Dad. Every team catered, graciously and patiently, to our Dad's requests. To say that our Dad wasn't the most easy patient would be an understatement. Not only was he treated very well, so too were both my brother and myself. After 2 1/2 weeks, we made the difficult decision to honor Dad's wishes to take him home. While leaving was one of the most difficult calls we've ever had to make, we knew that HOME was where HE "needed" to be. The support given us for home hospice placement was fully aligned with other behaviors we'd encountered; very helpful. Dad has been home for only 1 day. His prognosis appears bleak at this time. But... in the end, it's his life, and his wishes that matter. Even upon leaving Pinegrove, the compassion and support from everyone, was literally overwhelming to me. My Most Sincere Thanks to Dr. Dang, Yessica, Anelyn, Luke, Allen, Loida, and each of the RNs, Physical Therapists & CNAs who cared for our Dad. There were so many... Debbie Arbiso, Upland, Ca.

Experiencia fantástica: My grandpa spent a few weeks here during Covid. They have strict protocols to ensure safety of their patients, employees, and visitors. Doctor and nurses were kind.

Experiencia fantástica: My father spent the last 1 1/2 yrs of his life here and we are so thankful for the care he received. The facility is bright and cheerful with a very nice central courtyard. Staff are friendly and the director, Luke, cared for my family far beyond what was necessary.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place. It is clean, the residents looked safe and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, efficient, and they all looked like they were enjoying their job.
