Experiencia positiva: I was a member for about 15 years. The facility is really top notch with excellent access to trainers and programs. My complaints are minimal: It's very expensive and they charge for simple things like putting your membership on hold for a month. I also often wished that they would expand their hours on the weekends.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing. They have daycare on tuesday/Thursday nights and on weekends until noon. (And in the process of adding more times) It's SO nice for parents who want to work out. They have a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, towel service, group classes, pickleball, full fitness room with brand new equipment, and even a spa. This gym is AMAZING. It's so clean and staff are more than willing to help with everything.

I'm seeing results already, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great place to work out.

Experiencia fantástica: Programs are for there for all levels. Good walking track. All the machines you could want. Bright and sunny. Lovker room are clean and have stuff. You know what I mean ladies. Pools available. I do Zumba gold and yoga classes there.

Experiencia fantástica: Full service workout facility. Friendly staff, many class offerings - both types and times, nice and clean facilities. Workout equipment could be a bit updated. Some of the free weights, mats, pads, rollers, etc. are a bit worn. When equipment breaks, it seems to take quite awhile until it gets fixed. Locker rooms are clean and we'll stocked. Wish there were a bit more conscientiousness about masks covering nose AND mouth - by BOTH staff and members.

Experiencia fantástica: Great selection of fitness equipment for able and disabled people. The NuStep is great. The warm therapy pool is amazing, just pay attention to the schedule because it is shared with onsite physical therapy. The physical therapy department is fantastic with excellent staff! Will is an excellent, knowledgeable trainer, who is really creative with excercises for someone like me that has limited mobility. He's also energetic and encouraging.

Experiencia fantástica: Came for massage... Had a hard time walking when I came in ( it's been months). I can not believe the difference in a 90 minute session. I can walk with hardly any pain. MJ definitely a miracle worker. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! ♥️

Experiencia fantástica: Love the Wellness Center. There is a very good variety of things to do, regardless of ability level - novice to athlete. Lots of equipment, a large variety of classes, top notch instructors and personal trainers, if that's your thing. 2 pools, hot tub, walking track, Turf floor, and soon to be outdoor area. My only regret is there is not a dedicated yoga space, with heated classes. I'd like that to be expanded.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place to work out, relax and unwind. There is a great balance between available equipment and amount of people, which is the state of the art, and so you always find free equipment when you need it. The facilities are great too. It has saunas, a huge hot tab, large showers and all the fresh towels you can use. The staff is very professional, kind, always ready to help and very knowledgeable. It is a bit pricey compared to the average gyms, but this is no average gym and you have to pay for quality.

Experiencia fantástica: Great ER, cardiac unit and hospital staff. Great cardiac surgical team also, did my quadruple bypass and the Stent before that. All A+ experiences. Just don't want to go back for a while.

Experiencia fantástica: It's a huge modern building that has an area for rehab and any kind of fitness machine you can think of. Lots of classes to choose from A huge swimming pool, huge jacuzzi and a hot water pool too. The staff is top notch. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean. The only downfall is that it is a little pricey...but you get what you pay for here!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been too multiple gyms and this is the cleanest one by far! Trainers and staff are kind and helpful. The recent update has really made a difference, a lot of new machines and more space for cardio and lifting. Love this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: NCH Wellness Center is offering the MedFit program for 60 days for $60. It is refundable upon completion or the program. I have been using the program for the last 5 days. It is enjoyable and highly regarded by the participants I have spoken to. I finished the original MedFit program and had my fee reimbursed. I was able to use the facilities 39 times in 60 days. I spent about 4 hours per session and used a variety of equipment. A lot of hard work. Worth it. Afterwards I joined the wellness center and continue to use the facility in lieu of having to get a prescription for physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: The club is clean, the people who go there and the staff are friendly. I love the whirlpool for my arthritis.

Experiencia fantástica: Associated with the hospital, but you can join on your own. For those under Dr.'s care, they have a variety of rehab programs. For anyone else, it's a large, well equipped facility with every kind of machine and apparatus, free weights, a great competition-size pool and a decent 1/8th mile indoor track.
