Experiencia fantástica: The team at Physio took great care of me during my time with them. I made significant improvements toward recovery from my injury, and they gave me the tools necessary to prevent it moving forward. A special thanks goes to Jarred and Sam (my PTs) for helping me through the process, and the whole team for making scheduling, billing, and the whole experience, a breeze. Also, their massage therapy program is out of this world. Bethany is a miracle worker. Very grateful for the help they all gave me.

Experiencia fantástica: I only go to visit the wonderful practitioners at Physio when I need to as I have been doing for many years. This time I had a recurrence of hip bursitis and as they did before, many years ago, they used several different methods to help rid me of it. Including A-stym and deep tissue massage, as well as teaching me the exercises I would need to do at home. It worked, and in a few short weeks I was back to my regular exercise schedule! Robyn was a standout who seemed to be able to zero in on my problem areas immediately and get down to the business of healing me. Brenda and the rest of the office staff were great at working with my insurance and they are always welcoming to us patients. 5 stars !

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to Physio in late 2023 for help with weakness/pain in my hips and pelvic area. Robyn has been wonderful, explaining my weakness/pain and working with me to prioritize exercises and tailor my daily regimen to my own needs and schedule.

A couple of the issues was chronic and they very patiently worked with me for a long time until it finally started getting better. Previous PT's I had been to could not do the same. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Gracie was efficient, fun supportive motivating could roll with my moods, good and bad in a couple of months she moved me through many exercises to develop my strongest self, point out, weak muscles, and give me everything I need to get back on track. Experiencia fantástica: I had an ACL reconstruction at end of July. Gracie did a great job getting me back to doing the things I love. 3.5 months later and I'm swimming, hiking, and yes - even jumping a little! Pickle ball is on the horizon soon and I hope to get back to skiing within the year. Gracie was encouraging the whole way, compassionate and I enjoyed her sense of humor too. The front desk staff was always pleasant and welcoming. The environment was clean and inviting. High recommends! I hope I won't need to go back anytime soon, but if and when the time comes for more PT - I'll be using this office again. Thanks for the great care.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been struggling with right knee pain for many years. X-rays and scans have shown no damage or degenerative conditions, and yet occasionally exercise or sport or merely claiming stairs will trigger another episode of pain and swelling. I’ve visited a number of physical therapists and fitness trainers, hoping to learn what’s happening and techniques to prevent this problem from occurring, but never found help or answers. I am very happy to report that I finally found answers from Dr. Maggie Parker at Physio North Asheville. Maggie was able to determine in our first appointment what was happening with me physiologically to continually trigger my problems. Her knowledge of the musculoskeletal system is incredible, and her therapeutic approach really works. Maggie employed a combination of therapy and exercise, and taught me how to strengthen my muscular system to help prevent injury to my problem areas. I finally found relief from my pain and hoped the techniques she taught me would help long-term. Fast forward two months: I’ve been living in Europe since my last appointment with Maggie and I walk miles every week, and climb multiple flights of stairs with absolutely NO pain. I am incredibly grateful to have finally found such a great physical therapist! Maggie’s expertise and great patient care literally improved my life significantly.

Experiencia fantástica: I had terrible issues with my back. With the help of Jared Dapkevich and Rachael Suggs, they helped me strengthen the area and eased pain and inflammation. The staff at Phisio are professional and genuinely care about your recovery. I would recommend they’re services for any physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, I imagine you would be hard-pressed to find a better clinic in the mountains or even the state of NC. I was so lucky to find my physical therapist (Jared) after a failed attempt at Physical Therapy earlier in the year. My massage therapist/accupuncturist recommended I give Physio a try and I couldn't be more pleased with the services, the staff, and the environment. Dare I say, I enjoyed my hour? I even got a graduation gift to celebrate my commitment as a student. I had to drive 40 minutes from Waynesville to use Physio and I have absolutely no regrets. My ankle is moving well again after triple join surgery and despite my own hard work, I could not have done it without Jared and the team at Physio.

Experiencia fantástica: My Doctor recommended I go to Physio Physical I had open heart surgery last year I was having a hard time turning my neck to the left and right I was in allot of pain when I met Jarred he's down to earth calming Therapist he was gentle and kind The whole office has an calming effect they are all kind always happy which is good feeling All I can say about Jared is that he is amazing therapist the fact that my neck is 100% better Thank You Jared!

I have seen several therapists there and I learned useful exercises from each one. Gracie stands out for her attentiveness to details and her understanding of how to adjust exercises to benefit me most. Today, I received a very nice note from her that reminded me of what an extraordinarily thoughtful person she is. I will never forget her and I will remember the good care I had at Physio.

Experiencia fantástica: I have utilized the PT services of Physio in North Asheville multiple times over the past 10 years for injuries to my knee, shoulder and lower back. The clinical and therapeutic results for each occurrence has been nothing short of outstanding and with a complete return to optimal and pain free functioning!! Really!! I credit the excellence, caring and professionalism of the Physio staff for my return to wellness - not so easy a task for a 76 year old. From the assistance of the support and scheduling staff, to my massage therapist/PT technician, to my primary physical therapist, I have been attended to wonderfully… and always with positive results!! Experiencia fantástica: I suffered from debilitating chronic daily headaches for over 6 months -- and then I went to Physio PT. Amanda and Rachel truly are miracle workers. They completely fixed my issues and helped me build up the muscles in my upper back and neck to prevent a reoccurrence of the headaches. As an added bonus, they are two of the nicest, warmest, loveliest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. The front desk/administrative staff also are extremely nice, helpful, and efficient. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Physio PT -- they can fix you!

Experiencia fantástica: I have the highest regard for this practice. Maggie Parker, PT, DPT and Rachel Suggs, PTA, worked wonders on my ankle after I broke it in 3 places. Maggie is a great Physical Therapist and Rachel is the best if you need soft tissue work on an injury. I went in barely able to move in January, and walked out today with almost no limp. Everyone at this practice is easy to work with, from front desk to scheduling and working through insurance. I would send my family to them and use them again if needed. My thanks to everyone there.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly, highly recommend Physio for all your therapy needs!! I went to Physio with a broken left shoulder, never been through pt I wasn't sure what to expect. From the staff at the front desk to the the all the therapists, everyone is so friendly. Emerson is wonderful and highly knowledgable. He is very considerate with the movements he gives you to do making sure not to cause you any additional pain. Rachel is fantastic! Her attitude can put you in a good mood and the massaging of my limbs really helped with speeding along the healing of my shoulder.

I come out a completely new person with returned good movement and pain free. I have recommended physio to both friends and family. There is an upbeat atmosphere in the office and therapy space. Limp in and skip out! They provide excellent care.

They make you feel like a friend and not just a patient/client. I will truly miss them after I am discharged as one of there patients! They work amazing with any injury. They work really well with muscles, bone, scars, and tissue! Posted a few pictures from when there was stitches, when stitches were taken out and then now after being discharged!

Experiencia fantástica: Emerson was personable, professional, easy to talk to, and highly skillful! Following his expert advice I healed a painful pinched nerve on L3/L4 in about 5 weeks, plus I also improved my hip strength and mobility. I have a plan now for maintenance and if the injury recurs, I'll understand what's going on with my body and how to heal it. The whole staff at Physio is super friendly and efficient. 10/10, High recommend!

I saw Amanda and Rachel for my shoulder/neck pain and the combination of working with both of them really improved my pain levels and gave me skills for pain management. Experiencia fantástica: My experience with a rotator cuff surgery was so positive at Physio PT and Wellness that I returned to them for recovery from two more shoulder surgeries -- and a leg and neck problem that followed. The office staff is as friendly and helpful as are their therapists! Both Rachel and Tyler were spot-on with figuring out problems and recommending exercises -- and responded to my request to ALWAYS give me instructions with photos so I could manage my exercises correctly. Brenda's overall management of Physio was often important with respect to communication with doctors and insurance -- and she made me feel like part of the Physio family!

I always love being greeted by Brenda and Amanda, and shooting the breeze with Emerson. This is a side note, but I had fun working as the massage therapist while at Physio, too.

Everyone from the receptionists to billing to my actual physical therapists were always caring and encouraging. The facility is great, the staff well trained and I was even able to get massage therapy which helped a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Physio P.T. to anyone in need.

I loved how they worked together as a team and seeing both of them was very helpful. Rachel did several treatments of the astym and cupping on me and it made me feel SO much better. The administrative staff, lead by Brenda, are all well organized, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The physical therapists with whom I have worked, Amanda and Rachel, are absolute experts and always ensure that the patient understands what modalities are being employed and the benefit derived from each. I have also received treatment from Bethany, unquestionably the best massage therapist I have ever encountered, who works in concert with the physical therapists to enhance their treatments.
