Experiencia fantástica: I loved going herefor my appointments. Great staff and they're truly concerned about your well being and that extends further than what you're there for. I have a background of abuse and I've developed ptsd from it and they always made sure I was on the last bed and facing the room so everyone is in front of me at all times. PT Solutions was amazing working with him, keeping him motivated, and building a PT/client relationship with him. He enjoyed going each visit even though he knew it would be work. These guys are amazing!! Cannot rave about them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience at PT Solutions at Biltmore Village. I worked mainly with Gina and Anna but did also work with Taylor and all were excellent. They were very caring and took time to get to know me and really understand my needs and concern and as someone who had never done physical therapy, before that was very reassuring. These are knowledgeable folks and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Stephanie was also a delight to work with, she handled scheduling appointments and paying bills with ease and although we were wearing masks during these covid times, I’m quite certain there was a smile under that mask. All in all, I was very happy with every aspect of visiting this location for my physical therapy needs and would go back again if I every need physical therapy treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I truly looked forward to my visits with Anna. She and Rachel rehabbed my old hip and knee injuries, and got me back to running for the first time in years. They listened to my goals and set reasonable expectations. They challenged and encouraged me and have set me up for continued success. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. It's a fun environment, with both the staff and other patients cheering each other on. I can't say enough good things about my experience with PT Solutions!

Experiencia fantástica: PT Solutions was an overwhelmingly positive experience for me. I was fearful of both my injury and its pathology and totally out of commission prior to my arrival. PT Solutions changed that narrative - rather than focusing on the underlying cause of my issue, we focused on recovery through movement, because the human body was meant to be in motion. The basic idea was to set a goal of returning to the different activities I love to do, and to work towards that objective through specific strength building exercises. This philosophy made a tremendous difference for me from both a physical and mental perspective. I regained control as well as confidence in my long-term ability to do the things I want to do, even when faced by a chronic injury. I've learned that while most injuries or illnesses can't be cured, through professionally guided PT and other holistic lifestyle changes, they can be well managed. So, I encourage whoever might read this to get into a place like PT Solutions and make the difference for yourself - the structure and professionalism provided by the trainers are truly top-notch. If in Asheville, I highly recommend Julia at the Biltmore Village location. I can't say enough positive things about Julia's approach, knowledge, and demeanor. You want her on your team. Also, as a local of the mountains, she understands the demands of active living and builds you up for a return to being outside and enjoying the life you want to live. Thanks again, Julia!

I found them at a post-race celebration after hurting my Achilles and immediately bonded with the team at the tent, especially Julia. With PT Solutions, I went from hobbling and holding back tears, to running faster and stronger than I had before my injury. They listen to your concerns and and give you exercises that make sense. They take your feedback and continue to improve upon your exercises. I really loved that the entire team made me feel welcome. You are greeted by name with a smile every time you walk into the door. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the Baltimore Village PT Solutions for 6 weeks, and have another 6 to 8 weeks to go. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff. I look forward to my appointments and am thrilled (and my surgeon is too) with my progress after extensive shoulder surgery. My range of motion is far ahead of the normal pace, and my therapy has been pain free. The therapists and staff are caring and encouraging which makes a very big difference. This is definitely the best place for PT in Asheville!

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely holistic, knowledgeable Physical Therapists. Example, they actually LISTEN and clinically RESPOND to patients! The facility is clean and orderly. The management is " on top" of things. The front end staff is welcoming, and "keeps tabs" in a very polite way on each patient's budget. I have made noticeable progress. Here is one of the videos of my therapy exercises my therapist made for me. I was not to be able to come for a while, so "Dr. Julia" made this for me to continue at home. I recommend, in the highest terms, this facility.

Experiencia fantástica: My doctor sent me to PT Solutions in Biltmore Village to address knee issues. I worked mostly with Julia, but also with Anna and Rachel. All three therapists were great. They pushed me hard to improve strength and flexibility, but were supportive and kind and made the experience really positive. The facility is well equipped, clean, and modern. All of the staff members are great. I have recommended them to friends, and would not hesitate to go back when needed.

I felt like I was heard about the pain I was in and didn’t feel pressured to accept treatment I didn’t feel comfortable with. Julia, Stephanie and the other staff memebers were so encouraging and inviting. They made me feel right at home and made sure I knew that they wanted to help relieve the pain I am in! Each therapist has extensive knowledge (many with advanced academic degrees) of both anatomy and the best means of addressing physical impediments. Experiencia fantástica: I want to add more wonderful things about pt solutions. Taylor is the best. He worked with me to get rid of my jaw pain that was causing severe headaches, my shoulder so I don't have to get any more shots in it, my hip, and my balance so I quit falling after I fell about 5 times and I no longer need a cane. All the therapists and staff are great, so friendly and helpful Every doctor I go and tell them I'm in physical therapy. They say great and ask me where I'm going. When I say pt solutions they say Taylor is the best. Even doctors who have physical therapy in their office. Taylor's amazing. He is funny which helps. Everyone there is the best. They speak to you by name at the door and they answer the phone quickly and the phone doesn't say press one for new patient and two for established patients. I'm so glad when I don't have to punch numbers to get to the right person and half the time you have to leave a message and you spend alot of valuable time in the process. It's nice to have someone answer the phone right away with a smile. I won't ever go anywhere else and tell everyone that they should go there.

There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to the staff for giving me my life back from debilitating back pain. I've been on a Monday/Wednesday evening schedule for a while and adore the team that's there those nights, but every doctor and support staff member I've interacted with is incredible. They're funny, fun, kind, and supportive of not only the patients but of one another as well. You can tell the team loves what they do and it makes for a positive environment in which to work towards my health and wellness. They've also been great in coordinating with my insurance, helping me set up a payment schedule, and providing necessary documents for my work accommodations. I recommend PT Solutions to anyone in need of physical therapy.

There staff is always so positive and welcoming :) You really get great professional treatment. The best thing is they don't want to just put a bandaid on your symptoms, they actually care that their patients heal. It's a workout they give you, let me tell you that. But the experiences are always fun and it's just been the best PT experience I've ever had. I hope you give the free screening a try. I went in with problems that had been brewing for a long time, and after several weeks of therapy, I feel like I'm on the mend, which is something I did not expect to happen, but I was desperate so I went. The folks who work here are informed and dedicated to finding solutions to fix what ails you. I recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: Not only are they highly qualified and trained to help with a wide assortment of conditions, but you honestly can not find nicer people on this planet. You always leave here feeling fortunate to engage with such positivity (& some hilarious corny jokes). After years of dealing with jaw issues that several dentists, acupuncturists, and general physicians could do nothing to help, one dentist suggested I try physical therapy and within a few sessions I immediately found some relief for something I thought was untreatable. After a few weeks I'm definitely a full believer in the incredible possibilities of physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Had 2 problems one with my leg - thigh and knee (turned out to be IT band) and one with my shoulder (rotator cuff). They did a combination of physical manipulation (similar to massage), needling (similar but not the same as acupuncture), and targeted exercises. They used all three methods and solved my problems. I'm back to physical pain free normal and better. I left without problems and armed with exercises I can do regularly to stay that way. They are respectful, interested, enthusiastic, positive and make sure they are working to help you meet your goals. Their methodology, for me at least, was to educate on what the problem was and what was needed (they will explain in easy to understand terms and answer questions the same way), help you activate then strengthen the necessary muscles. Excellent clean facility, easy to get too, free parking I highly recommend their services.

Experiencia fantástica: PT Solutions is amazing! After my doctor suggested physical therapy for a muscle strain/sprain in my lower back, I went searching for the right place. The facility is bright, spacious, clean and welcoming. The entire staff is genuinely warm. I've had physical therapy sessions with both Jess and Taylor, who I can't say enough wonderful things about. They're extremely knowledgeable, upbeat, and positive. They check in to see which areas are causing you the most pain at the beginning of the session, explain what they're doing throughout, and guide you through exercises that you can also do at home. I can honestly say I look forward to my PT appointments! I would highly recommend PT Solutions to anyone who is looking to feel his/her best.

Experiencia fantástica: I had knee surgery over a year ago. Had not been faithful to do my excercises and was having pain. Afraid knee replacement was near. Decided PT was worth a try again so this past January began seeing Taylor for therapy. The manual therapy and excercises have strengthened my knee and it has been amazing to have hardly any pain sometimes none! And no brace and no surgery in sight! The atmosphere in this place alone has a healing effect because between Taylor, Jessie and Rebecca they give the best care in every aspect of your visit from scheduling your visit to the time you walk out. It's like a family there and you feel like you're a part of it. Would recommend to anyone needing PT.
