Experiencia positiva: Facility is clean and neat as well as can be most days. Short staffed these days so not enough to go around sometimes. Staff seems kind and caring with the residents good in mind. Their activities department is great and continue to try and involve residents in different activities.

Experiencia fantástica: My family member was treated very well here. When we arrived, admissions took time to explain the paperwork we were signing. We also met the director of nursing, executive director, kitchen manager, activities director and the social worker within the first 2 days of my father's stay. The rehab hall staff were great, especially Sherry, Mindy, and Connie. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing short-term rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working at this facility for almost 2 years. I have worked in therapy for 24 years. I absolutely love working here. It has such a great administrative team, wonderful caring nurses and CNAs. My therapy coworkers are among the best I have worked with! I believe the residents get superb care and therapy. There is a low turnover of staff, which says a lot for a SNF.

Experiencia fantástica: Emerald Ridge is a wonderful place. I work as a cook in the kitchen and my mother in law is currently a resident there. My mother in law loves it there. The staff is great with her she loves each and everyone that helps take care of her. She feels like they are her family. All the staff, from the administration to the kitchen staff and from nursing staff to the housekeeping staff everyone works together to make sure that the residents are well taken care of and feels like family. I'm very proud to say that I work at Emerald Ridge.

Experiencia positiva: I currently a resident at Emerald Ridge and I can't say enough about the wonderful staff. Being somewhat younger than most patients I was afraid I would have a hard time fitting in but everyone has gone out of their way to make me feel right at home. The food... well it's institutional food , need I say more? I would encourage anyone who needs skilled nursing to come here. I can say it feels as close to home as I can get. Rebecca Davis

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to specifically commend the staff of the A-Hall (their locked wing, for Alzheimers and Dementia patients). My mother has been a resident here for 9 months, and the staff is exceptional. I can only imagine the confusion and fear that each patient experiences as they move into a nursing home, and Emerald Ridge makes that transition as smooth and calm as can be. My mother has a relationship with each of her caretakers, and when I visit, I feel like she is being cared for by friends who have gotten to KNOW her. They ease her fears, redirect when agitation occurs, and have extreme patience! Thank you for giving us the peace of mind that our mother is happy & safe, and experiences a quality of life that would be not be as rewarding elsewhere.
