Experiencia fantástica: The Miller clinic is fantastic. Dr miller and his staff really care for their patients and try to work with your schedule. I have seen many doctors for my back and dr. Miller was the only person that understands what is wrong and is working on how to fix the problem. Go to the au clinic to see him! Worth every penny. Wish he was the first person I went to see.

The pharmacy staff is kind and helpful and has helped figure out insurance errors and let me know about price changes before filling medication. Mrs. Ginny Donald is a great PA-C and goes above and beyond. I always leave feeling better and like my bases are covered.

They never take longer than an hour for the whole appointment and call you back within 10 mins of your actual appointment time. All their staff are friendly and seem to generally care. Dr. Owens is one of the best doctors I've ever seen and treats you with such compassion and respect and is very knowledgeable! I will be sad when I am no longer a student and cannot go here anymore:(. Wish more clinics were like this!

Experiencia fantástica: Miss Jackie was amazing. I came in for a rabies titer and I told her I don’t love getting my blood drawn and she made me feel so comfortable and confident in her abilities. She got me on the first stick which I was so thankful for. Miss Jackie rocks! I was in and out in probably 25 minutes. The front desk people were attentive and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I had used the med clinic occasionally through my undergraduate degree for simple things and they were great. Where the med clinic really shined was helping me after surgery while I’m grad school. They not only assisted me with recovery and bandages, but when the recovery process that my surgeon had me on was not working, Dr. Kam figured out a way to recovery process that got me healed up much faster. I can’t recommend them enough.

I was quickly in and out which is rare at a doctor’s office and the doctor (I can’t remember her name but she was a nice blonde lady) even offered to pray for me at the end! This left me with a very positive opinion of this clinic and I intend to do business with them in the future.

I have had a couple of different providers during my time, and they are all extremely qualified. I recently went to see Skylar Moore, and I felt instantly welcomed when she came into the exam room. She is so passionate about healthcare and views the patient as a human being, not just a condition. She is personable, thorough, and I cannot recommend her and the entire staff enough. They have always answered any questions quickly. Despite the pandemic, they have continued to serve the students and faculty of Auburn University selflessly. Experiencia fantástica: The Med Clinic Team is doing an incredible job with COVID-19 testing. The entire process takes 3 minutes max. The team is upbeat and kind, even though it is 95 degrees outside and they are in full PPE. Results are to you within two hours. I highly recommend them as the Med Clinic team is my normal doctor, but especially for COVID-19 testing.

The main goal of theirs has always been to make me healthier and compared to others in similar situations, I can tell that I am extremely lucky to have them. I’ve never had to WAIT unlike at other doctors offices that expect you to be on time yet they’re notorious for running late-usually because of being overbooked =poor scheduling. I have been sooo pleasantly surprised and grateful to get lab results THE SAME DAY! Super courteous staff-always greeted with a smile by everyone. I’m usually a baby about getting blood drawn, but the lady who’s name begins with an L, uses a tiny needle, is so personable and easy to talk to she does a fabulous job of distracting from what she’s doing. My P.A. Is extremely compassionate, personable, thoughtful and kind. By her actions she’s demonstrated she genuinely cares about me and I’m not “just a patient”. I arrive 10 mins before, as soon as they are ready I get a text and I’m back. There is no long wait! Always greeted and treated in the best manner by all the staff, but Bridgette is the best. What made her above and beyond is that she really gets me, understand me, comforted me when I needed, and genuinely offers help as far as she could. Experiencia fantástica: I am so impressed with Jill Dark, my nurse. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided great care with a calming manner when I came in for back pain. Also Bridgette, my provider, was extremely thorough when accessing my situation. She explained everything in detail regarding the management of my pain and what I should expect. Both of these ladies made my visit with extreme back pain much more pleasant than I anticipated. Their smiles and attitude were contagious, and most importantly, they were very clear and took the time to answer any questions I had. I would definitely refer them to anyone I know!

Two days ago I took my daughter who due some recent bad experiences with blood draws is very afraid of needles. She needed a TB skin test and the staff was professional, compassionate and so helpful. They made her feel like it was ok to be afraid but also reassured her they would do everything to help her. And they did! They were so sweet to her and made her feel so much better about everything. They relationships I’ve developed with the staff and healthcare providers over the past few years have been incredible. Unfortunately I’ve had some pretty nasty illnesses and they always went above and beyond to ensure the proper diagnosis. The on-site lab is awesome for rapid diagnosis and subsequent treatment. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had cryptic tonsillitis for months now and I can say as someone who has to visit the clinic frequently—I’m very impressed with the nursing, technician, and PA staff. PA Bridgette Seales is a very professional, caring, and tenacious doctor. I have been extremely impressed with her in my time there. Nurse Kelley also cares deeply for her patients. Additionally, flabotamist Jackie Denyse has never failed to stick my arm perfectly. If you go to auburn medical clinic I highly recommend seeing these three individuals for your care. They are outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going there for 4 years now. Before I went to the med clinic, I hated going to the doctor. And by that, I mean I had such severe anxiety that I would be on the verge of a panic attack anytime I went to a doctor. But, 4 years ago, I saw Dr. Cason for the first time. He is an amazing doctor. He is very kind, and explains things so well. He takes all symptoms seriously (I've had many doctors disregard symptoms, or give an explanation without searching other possible reasons). He listens to everything you say, and he clearly cares about helping you get better. Over the last 4 years I've had a variety of issues, and he's been there the whole time helping figure out the right mixture of medications. On top of this, the staff that draws blood is also amazing. I really hate needles. It used to be a full phobia of them, but the med clinic has slowly helped me freak out less. The staff there is also very kind. They don't judge you for having a fear of needles, and also fully explain what the labs are for. They show me everything (like making sure the correct name is on the blood vials) to ensure there aren't any issues down the line with the results. They also do an amazing job of talking to you while they take the blood, which really helps distract from the whole needle thing. With the med clinic and Dr Cason, I would probably have never got the treatment I needed. He's also greatly diminished my doctor anxiety, so I feel confident enough now that when I move I can go find another doctor, without having a panic attack.

Experiencia fantástica: I, along with several other faculty members I know, use AUMC as my primary care provider. Unlike other providers I've seen in town, it is easy to get an appointment and the wait is never long. I always see Skylar Cope and love the personalized care I receive from her. I've never felt like a number in this practice. Skylar spends as much time as needed with me and makes sure all of my needs are addressed. I think the staff are generally nicer here because they are used to dealing with students. This clinic is open to the community though so anyone can come here.
