Experiencia fantástica: I take my son here for his check ups and i take him to the dentist side every 6 months for his teeth cleanings. His pediatrician is really nice and is really good with kids she does really well with my son she sings kid songs when she's trying to look in his ears and look in his mouth. I highly suggest this place to any parents with young kids. To both the dentist side and the medical side.

Experiencia fantástica: They are friendly do there job and then some I need alot of medical health ... And different things but they are nice maybe busy but they make effort to fit everyone in including pharmacy I was real sick staff infection and need my prescription filled ND I got there at lunch break and the lady thought about it looked at me and took the prescription and said don't. Go no where and I was last out of the waiting room super polite and answered my question about the meds. And the mental health specialist up stairs ligitly cared about my mental health... Was about in years with me when I broke down in the office and had the doctor actually stop and listen to me this time and help me instead of guessing and saying you have 15 mins and rushing me out..... And the specialist at the end sent me home with a care package including a jacket first aid stuff, snacks feminine hygiene, cleaned my wounds and talked to me, related and told me I made her day ....cause I was joking with her and she got all my concerns and needs brought to the serface and actually looked at and told her they were important ! I appreciate them and there heart ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best place to receive health care. One of only a few places that truly cares and takes the time to listen to what you have to say. I drive from Puyallup past so many doctors, urgent cares, and two hospitals to go here. Parking sucks if you have a midday appt. Still worth it to be taken care of by people who actually care.

Experiencia fantástica: I was concerned after I read the reviews here.. However, after visiting the doctor (Nauert) as well as a dentist the following week. (Will update this review with the dentist's name) I was extremely impressed. Everyone was very patient and understanding. Dentist even stayed late on her own time to help with our child that wasn't quite so happy about having to have a tooth pulled.

Experiencia fantástica: This review is for the administrative staff. We did not receive care here. We were a walk-in (no appointment) for an urgent visit and had to wait. What amazed me is that the lady checked another clinic that had a cancellation and had to call them few times to arrange. But at the end we drove there on time. Well done.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people! I love the care and consideration I received when I was here for my outpatient surgery. Nice clean and convenient location too.

Experiencia fantástica: I find the doctors knowledgeable and with great bedside manners. All the receptionists are friendly and professional. The pharmacy seems quick at processing my prescriptions. The parking lot is usually busy, but you can always find a space.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing here I've had 3 kids threw them and my 5 kids see Beth Nauert. She is by far the most amazing pediatricians I've ever met. This whole team is incredible!

Experiencia fantástica: My boys always have positive experiences with their pediatrician, Dr. Beth Nauert. She's thorough, caring, listens to our concerns & she's the ONLY doctor that's ever called us, (herself personally) after hours, to check on my son's medication & to see how he was doing (instead of having a nurse or receptionist make the call for her). I highly recommend this facility. There are more services here, besides pediatrics. There's dental, acupuncture, doctors for adults, pharmacy, weight loss programs, same day appts, etc.
